Claims (5)
- Procédé de transformation d'une installation pour le traitement thermique de matières à grains fins, notamment d'un dispositif pour le séchage, la cuisson et/ou le frittage de matières premières à grains fins à utiliser dans l'industrie sidérurgique, comprenant une grille mobile, laquelle grille mobile est formée par une pluralité de chariots à grille (11), chacun des chariots à grille (11) comportant une grille (14), au-dessous de celle-ci un corps de chariot à grille (12) avec deux parois longitudinales et deux parois transversales opposées sensiblement verticales, et des parois latérales (16) s'étendant vers le haut depuis les côtés longitudinaux des corps de chariot à grille (12), les parois longitudinales et latérales étant superposées sensiblement en alignement, caractérisé en ce que les corps de chariot à grille (12) de chaque chariot à grille sont remplacés par des corps de chariot à grille (12) dont les parois longitudinales sont inclinées vers l'extérieur suivant un angle en allant vers le haut et sur lesquels des éléments d' appui (15) étanches au gaz s'étendant vers l'extérieur se raccordent aux côtés longitudinaux des grilles (14).
- Chariot à grille (11) comportant un corps de chariot à grille (12) formé par deux parois longitudinales et deux parois transversales opposées, une grille (14) disposée sur le dessus du corps de chariot à grille (12) et deux parois latérales (16) s'étendant vers le haut depuis les côtés longitudinaux des corps de chariot à grille, caractérisé en ce que les parois longitudinales du corps de chariot à grille (12) sont inclinées vers l'extérieur suivant un angle en allant vers le haut et en ce que des éléments d'appui (15) étanches au gaz s'étendant vers l'extérieur se raccordent aux côtés longitudinaux de la grille (14).
- Chariot à grille selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les parois longitudinales du corps de chariot à grille (12) sont inclinées vers l'extérieur en allant vers le haut suivant un angle sensiblement égal à 45° par rapport à la verticale.
- Chariot à grille selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui (15) étanches au gaz s'étendant vers l'extérieur ont une largeur pouvant aller jusqu'à 350 mm.
- Installation pour le traitement thermique de matières à grains fins, notamment un dispositif pour le séchage, la cuisson et/ou le frittage de matières premières à grains fins à utiliser dans l'industrie sidérurgique, comprenant une grille mobile, caractérisée en ce que la grille mobile est formée par une pluralité de chariots à grille (11) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4.
