Claims (8)

  1. Atmungsaktiver und wasserundurchlässiger Schuh, geeignet zur Benutzung durch Männern, Frauen und Kindern und bevorzugt zur Sportverwendung, umfassend ein erstes atmungsaktives und wasserundurchlässiges Trägermaterial (3), das in die Seitenwände eines Schuhkörpers (1) eingesetzt ist, wodurch dem Benutzer größerer Komfort und Hygiene bereitgestellt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste atmungsaktive und wasserundurchlässige Trägermaterial (3) eine Membran (7) aufweist, die von einem Elastomer oder einem Derivat (13) davon überspritzt ist, dem eine Form von einer bestimmten Breite um ihren gesamten Umfang (14) gegeben ist, mit einer zentralen, regelmäßigen Perforation (15), wobei die perforierte Seite (16) des ersten atmungsaktiven und wasserundurchlässigen Trägermaterials (3) sichtbar ist, während die Innenseite des atmungsaktiven und wasserundurchlässigen Schuhs (1) von einer perforierten Hülle (13) bedeckt ist, die den direkten Kontakt zwischen einem Fuß und der Membran (7) verhindert.
  2. Atmungsaktiver und wasserundurchlässiger Schuh nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch den Einsatz des ersten atmungsaktiven und wasserundurchlässigen Trägermaterials (3) in eine in die Seitenwand des Schuhs (1) eingebrachte Öffnung (12), das an Ort und Stelle durch Kontaktkleber oder Annähen um seinen gesamten Umfang befestigt ist.
  3. Atmungsaktiver und wasserundurchlässiger Schuh nach Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Anordnung der Membran (7) an der Rückseite des Elastomers oder eines Derivats (13) davon, wobei sie an Ort und Stelle im Bereich ihres Umfangs (14) durch die Verwendung eines hochfesten Klebers vollkommen befestigt ist.
  4. Atmungsaktiver und wasserundurchlässiger Schuh nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Integration eines zweiten atmungsaktiven und wasserundurchlässigen Trägermaterials (2) aus einem Elastomer, welches Trägermaterial (2) in die Schuhsohle (1) eingesetzt ist.
  5. Atmungsaktiver und wasserundurchlässiger Schuh nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch das Einsetzen des zweiten atmungsaktiven und wasserundurchlässigen Trägermaterials (2) in eine in die Schuhsohle (1) eingebrachte Öffnung (4), das an Ort und Stelle durch Kontaktkleber um seinen gesamten Umfang herum befestigt ist, und Einbringen einer Perforation (5) im Bereich der Schuhsohle (1), wo sie mit dem zweiten atmungsaktiven und wasserundurchlässigen Trägermaterial (2) zusammentrifft.
  6. Atmungsaktiver und wasserundurchlässiger Schuh nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch das Vorhandensein einer Schicht (6) im Inneren des atmungsaktiven und wasserundurchlässigen Schuhs (1), die mit dem Fuß des Benutzers in Kontakt bleibt und eine Perforation (5) im Kontaktbereich mit dem zweiten atmungsaktiven und wasserundurchlässigen Trägermaterial (2) besitzt.
  7. Atmungsaktiver und wasserundurchlässiger Schuh nach Ansprüchen 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch die Zusammensetzung des zweiten atmungsaktiven und wasserundurchlässigen Trägermaterials (2) als eine Membran (7), die von einem Elastomer oder einem Derivat (8) davon überspritzt ist, wobei ihr eine ovale Form von einer bestimmten Breite um ihren gesamten Umfang (9) gegeben ist, mit einer zentralen, gleich beabstandeten, rechteckigen Perforation (10).
  8. Atmungsaktiver und wasserundurchlässiger Schuh nach Ansprüchen 5, 6 oder 7, gekennzeichnet durch die vollständige Befestigung der Membran (7) über den Umfangsbereich (10) und über horizontale Bänder (11), über welche die Schicht (6), die sich im Inneren des atmungsaktiven und wasserundurchlässigen Schuhs (1) befindet, nachfolgend angeordnet ist.
