Claims (7)
- Starre Schienenanordnung für elektrische Stromversorgungseinrichtungen über einen beweglichen Stromabnehmer, die im Wesentlichen durch starre Schienen (1) in Form von Kupfer- oder Aluminium-Profilen mit einem H-förmigen Querschnitt, die mit einer Isolierhülle aus thermoplastischem Material abgedeckt sind, wobei eine Fläche der Profile gegebenenfalls mit einer als Kontakt-Gleitfläche dienenden Bahn aus Edelstahl (2) versehen ist, sowie durch leitende Verbindungsstücke (3) gebildet ist, wobei die so gebildete Verbindung über eine Verbindungsabdeckung isoliert ist, wobei die starren Schienen (1) zwei seitliche Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) aufweisen, die sich über einen Teil der oder die gesamte Höhe der Seitenflächen der Profile erstrecken kann und symmetrisch bezüglich der Längsachse der starren Schienen (1) angeordnet sind, wobei die Verbindungsstücke (3) einen inneren Querschnitt aufweisen, der dem der seitlichen Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) der starren Schienen (1) entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstücke (3) jeweils die Form von zwei Elementen (3', 3") aufweisen, die ineinander einsteckbar sind und die jeweils Flügel aufweisen, die in einer den seitlichen Verbindungsflächen der mit gerundeter Form (4) der starren Schienen (1) entsprechenden Form gerundet sind, wobei sich die Dicke der Flügel ausgehend von der zum Klemmen bestimmten Zone bis zum freien Ende des Flügels verringert und der innere Krümmungsradius der Flügel etwas geringer als der äußere Krümmungsradius der seitlichen Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) der starren Schienen (1) ist, wobei die Elemente (3', 3") miteinander durch Klemmen mit Hilfe einer Schraube (6) verbunden sind, die die ineinander steckbaren Teile der zwei Elemente (3', 3") verbindet, wobei die Flügel des Verbindungsstückes sich leicht unter der Wirkung der Klemmung verformen und sich vollständig über ihre Innenfläche an die Außenfläche der seitlichen Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) der starren Schienen (1) anschmiegen, wobei die Verformung und das in Kontakt bringen fortschreitend während der Klemmung des Verbindungsstückes (3) erfolgt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstücke (3) mit einer innenliegenden Einrichtung (5) für einen seitlichen Anschlag für die Kanten der Flügel des Abschnittes des H-förmigen Profils versehen sind, der die seitlichen Verbindungsflächen (4) mit gerundeter Form der starren Schienen (1) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube (6), die die ineinander steckbaren Teile der zwei Elemente (3', 3") durchquert, mit Gewinden zusammenwirkt, die auf der innenliegenden Einrichtung (5) für einen seitlichen Anschlag der Kanten der Flügel des Abschnittes des H-förmigen Profils vorgesehen sind, der die seitlichen Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) aufweist.
- Starre Schienenanordnung für elektrische Stromversorgungseinrichtungen über einen beweglichen Stromabnehmer, die im Wesentlichen durch starre Schienen (1) in Form von Kupfer- oder Aluminium-Profilen mit einem H-förmigen Querschnitt, die mit einer Isolierhülle aus thermoplastischem Material abgedeckt sind, wobei eine Fläche der Profile gegebenenfalls mit einer als Kontakt-Gleitfläche dienenden Bahn aus Edelstahl (2) versehen ist, sowie durch leitende Verbindungsstücke (3) gebildet ist, wobei die so gebildete Verbindung über eine Verbindungsabdeckung isoliert ist, wobei die starren Schienen (1) zwei seitliche Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) aufweisen, die sich über einen Teil der oder die gesamte Höhe der Seitenflächen der Profile erstrecken kann und symmetrisch bezüglich der Längsachse der starren Schienen (1) angeordnet sind, wobei die Verbindungsstücke (3) einen inneren Querschnitt aufweisen, der dem der seitlichen Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) der starren Schienen (1) entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Verbindungsstück (3) durch zwei symmetrische Elemente (31) gebildet ist, die jeweils einen Flügel aufweisen, der in einer Weise gerundet ist, die der der seitlichen Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) der Schienen (1) entspricht, und die an dem dem mit der Schiene (1) zusammenwirkenden Ende des Flügels entgegengesetzten Ende mit einem Klemmteil (32) versehen sind, wobei die Klemmteile (32) der zwei symmetrischen Elemente (31) miteinander durch Klemmbolzen (33) zusammengebaut sind, die die Teile (32) unter einem rechten Winkel zur Längsachse der Verbindungsstücke (3) durchqueren, wobei jeder gerundete Flügel eine Dicke aufweist, die sich von der für die Klemmung bestimmten Zone zum freien Ende des Flügels hin verringert, und der innere Krümmungsradius jedes Flügels geringfügig kleiner als der äußere Krümmungsradius der seitlichen Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) der starren Schienen (1) ist, wobei sich die Flügel des Verbindungsstückes (3) unter der Wirkung der Klemmung leicht verformen und sich vollständig über ihre Innenfläche an die Außenfläche der seitlichen Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) der starren Schienen (1) anschmiegen, wobei die Verformung und das in Kontakt bringen fortschreitend während des Klemmens des Verbindungsstückes (3) erfolgt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (3) durch ein oder mehrere Abstandsstücke (34) vervollständigt sind, die zur Einfügung zwischen die Kanten der entsprechenden Wände der Profile gegenüberliegend zu den Innenwänden der gerundeten Flügel der symmetrischen Elemente (31) bestimmt sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Verbindungsstück (3) an seinen beiden Enden auf der Innenfläche von zumindest einem Flügel mit zumindest einem Zapfen (7) versehen ist, der zum Zusammenwirken mit einer Ausnehmung (7') mit entsprechender Form bestimmt ist, die an jedem Ende von zumindest einer seitlichen Verbindungsfläche mit gerundeter Form (4) jeder Schiene (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (7') in abwechselnder Weise auf den Enden der seitlichen Verbindungsflächen mit gerundeter Form (4) jeder Schiene (1) angeordnet sind, und dass die Zapfen (7) in gleicher Weise in abwechselnder Weise auf dem Verbindungsstück (3) angeordnet sind, das heißt, dass jedes Element (3', 3"), das das Verbindungsstück (3) bildet, mit einem Zapfen (7) versehen ist, wobei diese Zapfen auf entgegengesetzten Enden des Verbindungsstückes (3) vorgesehen sind.
