Abstract
L'invention concerne un canal de guidage de fibre conçu pour un dispositif de filature à bouts ouverts, destiné à relier de manière universelle, par voie pneumatique, un dispositif d'ouverture de ruban de fibres et un rotor de filature qui tourne à un régime élevé dans un logement de rotor pouvant être soumis à une pression négative. Selon l'invention, le canal de guidage de fibre est constitué d'au moins une pièce de canal tubulaire qui résiste à l'usure. Cette invention est caractérisée en ce que ladite pièce de canal (18A ou 18B), qui est initialement produite de manière surdimensionnée, est coulée dans un composant de moulage par injection ou de moulage sous pression (12, 43). La pièce de canal (18A ou 18B) est mise aux dimensions finales, seulement au cours du processus de coulage, par serrage de la pièce de canal (18A ou 18B) contre au moins un coulisseau d'appui interne correspondant.
