Claims (8)
- Table d'opération avec un plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40) et une colonne de table d'opération (20), le plateau de positionnement du patient comprenant une pièce de palier (12) pour le positionnement d'un patient et un élément de connexion (17) pour le raccordement du plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40) avec la colonne de table d'opération (20), et la colonne de table d'opération (20) comportant une tête de colonne (19) pivotant autour d'au moins un axe de pivotement (34) auquel le plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40) est raccordé, le plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40) comprenant un mécanisme de pivotement (28 ; 42) pour le pivotement du plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40) autour d'au moins un axe de pivotement (30 ; 44, 45) orienté parallèlement ou perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale du plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40), caractérisée en ce que le plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40) peut être raccordé de manière amovible à la colonne de table d'opération (20), et en ce que le mécanisme de pivotement (28 ; 42) est disposé entre la pièce de palier (12) et l'élément de connexion (17), la pièce de palier (12) pouvant pivoter par rapport à l'élément de connexion (17), et l'élément de connexion (17) pouvant être mis en place horizontalement sur la tête de colonne (19), la pièce de palier (12) se mettant alors dans une position inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale, et une première plage de pivotement pour le plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40) étant assurée par la tête de colonne (19) pivotante et une autre plage de pivotement étant assurée par mise en oeuvre du mécanisme de pivotement (28 ; 42) du plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40), les deux plages de pivotement s'ajoutant l'une à l'autre.

- Table d'opération selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40) comporte un moteur d'entraînement (32) pour le pivotement du plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40).
- Table d'opération selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une autre pièce de plateau (13, 14) réglable par moteur est montée sur la pièce de palier (12).
- Table d'opération selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le plateau de positionnement du patient (10 ; 40) comprend au moins un moteur d'entraînement pour le réglage de l'autre pièce de plateau (13, 14).
- Table d'opération selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de pivotement (42) définit un premier et un deuxième axes de pivotement (44, 45) décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans la direction longitudinale ou la direction transversale du plateau de positionnement du patient (40), et autour de chacun desquels le plateau de positionnement du patient (40) peut être pivoté au choix.
