Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une substance de base à base de cellulose comprenant les phases consistant à:
    1.1 mélanger comme matériau de départ un produit contenant de la cellulose avec de l'eau;
    1.2 soumettre le mélange à un processus de cisaillement, pour décomposer les particules de cellulose jusqu'à l'échelle nanométrique et ainsi obtenir la substance de base;
    1.3 ajouter la substance de base à un autre matériau solide ou liquide contenant une substance fibreuse;
    1.4 réaliser le processus de cisaillement jusqu'à ce que l'on atteigne une taille de particules d'une longueur de 10 à 200 µ et d'une épaisseur de 0,5 à 15 µ;
    1.5 poursuivre le processus de cisaillement jusqu'à l'obtention d'un état complètement ou partiellement colloïdal de la cellulose.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes:
    2.1 on mélange les fibres de cellulose à un acide;
    2.2 on ajoute de l'eau;
    2.3 on chauffe le mélange, pour hydroliser la cellulose;
    2.4 on continue le processus de cisaillement jusqu'à ce que l'on atteigne une taille de particules de 0,1 à 100 µ.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on obtient le matériau de départ à partir de bois ou d'autres plantes.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la cellulose hydrolisée se disperse dans un pulpeur.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme matériau contenant une substance fibreuse l'un des matériaux suivants:
    papiers
    carton
    couleur de revêtement pour papier ou carton
    agrégats pour papier ou carton
    dans lequel les matériaux cités sont des structures solides bien à plat ou sous forme de suspension ou de dispersion.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme papier du papier à étiquettes, du papier impression, du papier couché léger, du papier pour copieur, du papier hygiénique.
  7. Substance de base sous forme solide à base de cellulose pour ajouter à une suspension de pulpe ou une couleur de revêtement avec des particules possédant une longueur de 10 - 200 µm et une épaisseur de 0,5 - 15 µm ou bien 0,1 - 100 µm.
  8. Papier ou carton contenant 0,1 - 50 % en poids, de préférence 0,1 - 5 % en poids de la substance de base selon la revendication 7.
