Description

PROGRAMMATEUR ELECTROMECANIQUE ET CONNECTEUR ELECTRIQUE PROGRAMMABLE COMPORTANT UN TEL PROGRAMMATEUR
La présente invention concerne un programmateur électromécanique, ainsi qu'un connecteur électrique programmable comportant un tel programmateur.
L'invention s'applique en particulier au domaine de la domotique et, de manière -plus générale, à la gestion automatisée d'un appareil électrique en vue d'alimenter cet appareil suivant un cycle temporel réglable.
Les connecteurs programmables actuels, destinés à être électriquement interposés entre une source de courant et un appareil, sont adaptés pour autoriser l'alimentation de cet appareil, par la source, uniquement durant un ou plusieurs intervalles de temps, et ce de manière cyclique, avec généralement une période d'une journée. A cet effet, un tel connecteur est traditionnellement équipé d'un programmateur électromécanique, plus économique qu'un dispositif de programmation électronique. Ce programmateur comporte un cadran de programmation, généralement sous forme d'une roue, pourvu de graduations correspondant à des subdivisions temporelles de la période du cycle de programmation. Au niveau de chacune de ces subdivisions, le cadran est équipé d'un segment actionnable par l'utilisateur de manière à déterminer la ou les plages temporelles durant lesquelles l'alimentation électrique est souhaitée. Le programmateur comporte en outre un moteur électrique synchrone, alimenté par la source de courant lorsque le connecteur y est raccordé. Ce moteur entraîne en rotation, via une pignonerie, le cadre de programmation de sorte que ce dernier effectue une révolution complète en une période du cycle, par exemple en vingt-quatre heures. Pour faire correspondre la ou les plages sélectionnées par l'utilisateur avec les périodes de la journée correspondantes, l'utilisateur doit synchroniser le cadran de programmation avec l'heure à laquelle il raccorde le connecteur à la source de courant puisque, à partir de cet instant, le moteur du programmateur entraîne le cadran en rotation. A cet effet, le connecteur porte un repère fixe par rapport au cadran, permettant à l'utilisateur de disposer d'un point de référence pour la mise à l'heure du cadran. L'utilisateur peut alors se saisir du cadran de programmation et l'entraîner en rotation jusqu'à amener, en regard du repère de référence, la graduation horaire correspondante inscrite sur le cadran. La pignonerie reliant le moteur synchrone au cadran autorise en effet le découplage du cadran vis-à-vis du pignon de sortie du moteur, mais ce dans un seul sens de rotation du cadran, identique au sens d' entraînement de ce cadran par le moteur, c'est-à-dire,- en pratique, dans le sens horaire. Autrement dit, cette pignonerie n'autorise pas l'entraînement en rotation du cadran dans un sens opposé, c'est-à-dire dans un sens anti-horaire, et l'utilisateur qui forcerait le cadran de programmation à tourner dans ce sens, prendrait le risque de casser la pignonerie de transmission et/ou le moteur d'entraînement. Par conséquent, lors du réglage de la position angulaire du cadran, l'utilisateur doit veiller attentivement à ne pas entraîner le cadran au-delà de la graduation horaire visée, faute de quoi il est obligé de poursuivre l'entraînement du cadran sur presque un nouveau tour complet. La mise à l'heure du cadran s'avère donc délicate, longue et fastidieuse pour l'utilisateur.
Dans un autre domaine, à savoir celui de l'horlogerie mécanique, on connaît, par exemple de DE-A-33 20 242 et DE- A-29 15 526, des organes d' encliquetage monoblocs à même de transmettre un mouvement rotatif entre un élément d'horlogerie moteur et un élément de minuterie, tout en permettant le réglage manuel de l'élément de minuterie dans les deux sens de rotation possibles. Ces organes incluent à cet effet des bras périphériques élastiquement flexibles, prévus pour se déformer, sans se rompre, lors des réglages. Ces organes ne peuvent cependant être utilisés que lorsque les efforts rotatifs à transmettre entre les éléments moteur et de minuterie sont de faible intensité car la moindre résistance à l'avancement de l'élément de minuterie entraine le fléchissement des bras et donc un dysfonctionnement du dispositif.
Le but de la présente invention est de proposer un programmateur électromécanique fiable, facile à utiliser, économique à fabriquer et robuste.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un programmateur électromécanique comportant :
- un cadran de programmation à réglage manuel,
- un moteur synchrone d' entraînement en rotation du cadran, muni d'un pignon de sortie ou analogue, et des moyens mécaniques de transmission de mouvement du pignon de sortie vers le cadran, adaptés pour autoriser le réglage de la position angulaire du cadran par un déplacement rotatif du cadran dans un premier sens, identique au sens d'entraînement du cadran par le moteur, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transmission comportent des premier et second ensembles de transmission à friction adaptés pour autoriser le réglage de la position angulaire du cadran par un déplacement rotatif du cadran dans un second sens, opposé au sens d'entraînement du cadran par le moteur, le premier ensemble étant agencé entre le pignon de sortie du moteur et le second ensemble, et le second ensemble étant agencé entre le premier ensemble et le cadran, de sorte que le mouvement du pignon de sortie est transmis au cadran via successivement les premier et second ensembles, et en ce que, lors du réglage du cadran, le premier ensemble est adapté pour découpler le pignon de sortie et le second ensemble lorsque le cadran est déplacé dans le premier sens et le second ensemble est adapté pour découpler le cadran et le premier ensemble lorsque le cadran est déplacé dans le second sens.
Ainsi, par le biais d'aménagements de ses moyens de transmission, le programmateur selon l'invention permet de régler la position angulaire du cadran de programmation, lors de sa mise à l'heure, de façon à la fois facile, souple et rapide. Le recours aux deux ensembles de transmission à fraction en série, c'est-à-dire successivement l'un après l'autre entre le cadran et le pignon de sortie du moteur, permet un réglage dans les deux sens possibles, tout en garantissant la transmission efficace de l'effort d'entraînement rotatif fourni par le moteur jusqu'au cadran, cet effort présentant une intensité substantielle en raison de la détection mécanique des plages de programmation au niveau de ce cadran.
Suivant d'autres caractéristiques de ce programmateur, prises isolément ou selon toutes les combinaisons techniquement possibles :
- le second ensemble de transmission à friction comprend une roue munie d'une première denture en prise permanente avec une partie du premier ensemble et d' une seconde denture en prise sélective, selon le sens de déplacement du cadran lors du réglage de ce dernier, avec au moins une dent d'un élément du second ensemble de transmission, cet élément étant lié cinématiquement en rotation avec le cadran de programmation,
- ledit élément du second ensemble de transmission à friction est venu de matière avec le cadran de programmation, - la ou chaque dent de l'élément du second ensemble de transmission à friction est déplaçable suivant une direction sensiblement radiale par rapport à la roue,
- ledit élément du second ensemble de transmission à friction comporte une bague co-axiale à la roue, la ou chaque dent de cet élément étant portée par un bras relié à la bague de manière élastiquement déformable,
- le premier ensemble de transmission à friction comporte une roue munie d'au moins une denture qui présente un diamètre inférieur au diamètre de la première denture de la roue du second ensemble de transmission à friction,
- il comporte en outre un boîtier, à l'intérieur duquel sont agencés le moteur et les moyens mécaniques de transmission, des segments de détermination de plages de programmation, portés par le cadran de manière mobile entre deux positions extrêmes, et un actionneur disposé, d'une part, en travers de la trajectoire des segments portés dans l'une des positions extrêmes et, d'autre part, à l'extérieur de la trajectoire des segments portés dans l'autre position lors de l'entraînement du cadran par le moteur, l'effort nécessaire au découplage associé au second ensemble de transmission à friction est supérieur à l'effort nécessaire à la sollicitation de l' actionneur par les segments lors de l'entraînement du cadran par le moteur.
L'invention a également pour objet un connecteur électrique programmable, comportant une prise électrique d'entrée, au moins une prise électrique de sortie et un programmateur tel que défini ci-dessus, adapté pour commander la circulation et l'interruption du courant entre la prise d'entrée et la ou au moins une des prises de sortie. β
L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui va suivre, donnée uniquement à titre d'exemple et faite en se référant aux dessins sur lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un connecteur électrique selon l'invention ; la figure 2 est une vue schématique en élévation d'une partie d'un programmateur équipant le connecteur de la figure 1 ; - la figure 3 est une vue en perspective éclatée des composants du programmateur représentés à la figure 2 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective éclatée, sous un angle de vue différent de celui de la figure 3, de certains composants du programmateur ; - les figures 5A, 6 et 7 sont des vues schématiques analogues à la figure 2, de certains composants du programmateur, illustrant respectivement la mise à l'heure de ce cadran par son entraînement dans le sens horaire, la mise à l'heure du cadran par son entraînement en sens opposé et l'entraînement du cadran par le moteur ; et
- la figure 5B est une vue schématique à plus grande échelle du détail cerclé V à la figure 5Α.
Sur la figure 1 est représenté un connecteur électrique programmable 1 comportant un programmateur électromécanique 2 partiellement visible à la figure 1, le reste du programmateur étant logé dans un boîtier extérieur 2 du connecteur. Le connecteur 1 comporte en outre, d'une part, une prise mâle d'entrée 3 adaptée pour être introduite dans une prise femelle 4, telle qu'une prise murale, et, d'autre part, une prise femelle de sortie 5 adaptée pour recevoir une prise mâle 6 constituant l'extrémité d'un cordon 7 d'alimentation électrique d'un appareil. Le programmateur 10 est destiné à commander le passage du courant entre la prise murale 4 et le cordon 7 en fonction de paramètres de programmation choisis par l'utilisateur.
A cet effet, la partie du programmateur 10 accessible à l'utilisateur, c'est-à-dire la partie du programmateur située à l'extérieur du boîtier 2, comporte un cadran de programmation 11 sous forme d'une roue montée à rotation autour d'un moyeu fixe 12 solidaire du boîtier. Le cadran 11 porte, sur sa face 11A dirigée vers l'utilisateur, deux séries de graduations réparties uniformément suivant respectivement les périphéries intérieure et extérieure du cadran. Ces graduations comptent vingt-quatre graduations principales, respectivement associées par un nombre croissant allant régulièrement de un à vingt-quatre, ainsi que des graduations secondaires, au nombre de trois entre deux graduations principales successives. Le cadran 11 est destiné, en fonctionnement, à réaliser une révolution complète sur lui-même, autour du moyeu 12, en vingt-quatre heures et à vitesse constante, de sorte que chaque graduation principale correspond à une heure de la journée tandis que les trois graduations secondaires entre deux graduations principales successives correspondent aux quarts d'heure entre deux heures successives.
Le cadran de programmation 11 est équipé, suivant sa périphérie extérieure, de quatre-vingt seize segments 13, chaque segment étant associé à un secteur angulaire séparant l'une de l'autre soit deux graduations secondaires successives, soit une graduation principale et une graduation secondaire successives. Chaque élément 13 est monté de façon mobile sur le cadran 11 entre une position escamotée, telle que représentée dans la partie haute de la figure 1 pour certains des segments, et une position déployée, telle que représentée pour les autres segments. Comme expliqué en détail plus loin, selon qu'un segment 13 est en position déployée ou escamotée, la circulation électrique entre les prises mâle 3 et femelle 5 du connecteur 1 est respectivement interrompue ou assurée. De la sorte, l'utilisateur peut choisir une ou plusieurs plages horaires, d'une durée minimale d'un quart d'heure, durant laquelle ou lesquelles le cordon électrique 7 est alimenté par la prise murale 4. Dans l'exemple représenté, le cordon est alimenté pendant une heure, entre 22 et 23 heures. Afin de repérer dans le temps la position angulaire du cadran 11 lors de son mouvement de rotation autour du moyeu 12, le programmateur 10 est muni d'un repère 14 de référence temporelle, par exemple sous la forme d'une flèche en relief portée par le moyeu. En pratique, il convient de synchroniser le cadran 11 avec l'heure en cours de manière à ce que la graduation horaire du cadran pointée par le repère 14 corresponde effectivement à l'heure considérée de la journée, et ce au fur et à mesure que le cadran 11 effectue sa révolution. Sur les figures 2 à 4, sont représentés des composants du programmateur 10 logés à l'intérieur du boîtier 2, ainsi que le cadran 11 et l'un des segments 13. Pour la clarté des dessins, les graduations de la face HA du cadran ne sont pas reproduites sur ces figures. Le programmateur 10 comporte un moteur électrique synchrone 16, équipé de deux bornes d'alimentation 16A et 16B. Lorsque le moteur 16 est agencé à l'intérieur du boîtier 2 du connecteur 1, ces bornes 16A et 16B sont reliées électriquement aux bornes de la prise mâle 3 de sorte que, lorsque cette prise 3 est introduite dans la prise murale 4 alimentée en électricité, le moteur 16 est alimenté, sans perturber de manière significative le courant électrique disponible au niveau de la prise femelle 5. Le moteur 16 est muni d'un pignon de sortie 17, d'axe longitudinal A-A et agencé pour tourner autour de son axe dans un seul sens de rotation indiqué par la flèche 18, et ce uniquement à une fréquence imposée.
Le moteur 16 est adapté pour générer un couple d'entraînement en rotation du cadran 11 autour du moyeu 12, selon une vitesse de rotation pré-imposée garantissant que la révolution complète du cadran s'effectue en exactement vingt-quatre heures. Le moteur est à cet effet, muni intérieurement d'une boîte de vitesses. La transmission du mouvement rotatif du pignon 17 jusqu'au cadran 11 est réalisée successivement par les composants suivants : une roue 20 d'axe de rotation B-B sensiblement parallèle à l'axe A-A et présentant à la fois une denture externe 21, dont les dents sont complémentaires des dents du pignon de sortie 17 du moteur 16, et d'une denture interne 22 ;
- un élément d'engrenage 23 sous la forme globale d'un cylindre co-axial à la roue 20 et comprenant, d'une part, une première partie d'extrémité longitudinale 24 munie de quatre branches 25 radialement saillantes et pourvues chacune, à leur extrémité libre, d'une dent 26 conformée pour coopérer avec la denture interne 22 de la roue 20 comme expliqué ci-après, et, d'autre part, d'une seconde partie d'extrémité longitudinale 27 dentée suivant sa périphérie ; - une roue 30 d'axe de rotation C-C sensiblement parallèle à l'axe B-B, présentant un diamètre supérieur à celui de la roue 20 et comportant à la fois une denture externe 31 dont les dents sont complémentaires des dents de la partie 27 de l'élément d'engrenage 23, et une denture interne 32 ; et
- une bague 33 co-axiale à la roue 30, présentant un diamètre extérieur sensiblement égal au diamètre intérieur à la roue 30 et comprenant, au niveau de sa partie d'extrémité tournée vers cette roue, trois bras 34 qui s'étendent suivant la périphérie de la bague, qui sont répartis uniformément suivant cette périphérie et qui sont chacun munis, à leur extrémité libre, d'une dent 35 adaptée pour coopérer avec la denture interne 32 de la roue 30 comme expliqué ci-après.
La bague 33 est venue de matière avec le cadran de programmation 11, en constituant une jupe interne pour le cadran, permettant à ce dernier d'être monté à rotation autour du moyeu 12 dont le diamètre extérieur est sensiblement égal au diamètre intérieur de la bague 33.
Les roues 20 et 30 sont des roues à friction anti¬ retour, c'est-à-dire que leur denture interne respectives 22 et 32 sont conformées pour respectivement mettre en prise de manière certaine les dents 26 des branches 25 et les dents 35 des bras 34 dans un seul sens de rotation prédéfini tandis que, dans le sens opposé, la denture 22 et chacune des dents 26, respectivement la denture 32 et chacune des dents 35, ont tendance à glisser l'une contre l'autre, moyennant la déformation élastique des branches 25, respectivement des bras 34, et grâce au fait que ces dents 26 et 35 présentent des faces inclinées 26a (figure 2) et 35a (figure 5B) dans le même sens que les faces inclinées 22a (figure 2) et 32a (figure 5B) des dents des dentures 22 et 32. Autrement dit, dans le premier sens précité, la roue 20 et l'élément d'engrenage 23 sont liés en rotation l'un à l'autre, tandis que dans le sens opposé, ces éléments sont montés avec possibilité de rotation l'un par rapport à l'autre, le découplage entre la roue 20 et de l'élément 23 étant obtenu par glissement des faces 26a sur les faces 22a du fait de l'entraînement en rotation d'un élément par rapport à l'autre avec une force d'intensité suffisante pour déformer les branches 25 et faire glisser les dents les unes contre les autres. Il en est de même pour la roue 30 et la bague 33 car les faces 35a et 32a peuvent glisser les unes contre les autres lors de l'entraînement en rotation d'un élément par rapport à l'autre avec une force suffisante.
La roue 30 et la bague 33 sont axialement maintenues ensemble par un système (non représenté) de clipsage dans le boîtier 2, permettant la libre rotation du cadran 11 par rapport à la roue 30 dans les conditions décrites ci- dessous.
Le fonctionnement du connecteur 1, en particulier de son programmateur 10, va être décrit ci-dessous, en regard des figures 5 à 7.
Par hypothèse, l'utilisateur a agencé les segments 13 suivant la configuration représentée à la figure 1.
Juste avant d'introduire la prise mâle 3 dans la prise murale 4 et ainsi assurer l'alimentation du moteur 16, l'utilisateur doit synchroniser le cadran de programmation 11 avec l'heure en cours. En variante, l'utilisateur raccorde d' abord le connecteur 1 à la prise murale 4 puis synchronise le cadran 11. Dans un premier temps, on fait l'hypothèse que l'utilisateur, pour mener à bien cette synchronisation, entraîne en rotation le cadran 11 autour du moyeu 12 dans le sens horaire, comme indiqué par une flèche 40 à la figure 5A. Dans ce sens de rotation, les dents 35 de la bague 33, liée en rotation au cadran, sont en prise avec la denture interne 32 de la roue 30 par leur face radiale respectives 35b et 32b, de sorte que la roue 30 est entraînée en rotation dans le sens horaire, comme indiqué par une flèche 41. La figure 5A illustre la mise en prise de la bague 33 et de la roue 30 de manière très schématique, uniquement afin de comprendre la transmission des efforts. La denture externe 31 de cette roue 30, en prise permanente avec la partie dentée 27 de l'élément 23, entraîne ce dernier suivant une rotation de sens anti- horaire, indiquée par une flèche 42. Les branches 25 sont entraînées suivant un mouvement correspondant, qui n'est cependant pas transmis à la roue 20 en raison de la configuration anti-retour de sa denture interne 22. En effet, les dents 26 des branches 25 glissent alors contre la denture interne 22 compte tenu de leur nature inclinée, sans entraîner en rotation la roue 20, par déformation élastique radiale des branches 25 indiquée par des flèches F25. Autrement dit, l'élément d'engrenage 23 tourne, avec frottement, à l'intérieur de la roue 20 tandis que cette dernière et le pignon de sortie 17 du moteur 16 restent immobiles.
L'utilisateur poursuit ainsi l'entraînement en rotation du cadran 11 dans le sens horaire jusqu'à ce que la graduation de ce cadran qui correspond à l'heure en cours soit située en regard du repère de référence 14.
Dans l'hypothèse où l'utilisateur dépasse l'heure de réglage visée, il lui est possible d'entraîner le cadran dans le sens anti-horaire, comme représenté à la figure 6. Dans ce cas, l'entraînement du cadran 11, indiqué par une flèche 50, n'est pas transmis à la roue 30 en raison de la configuration anti-retour de sa denture interne 32. En effet, les dents 35 de la bague 33 glissent alors contre cette denture 32 compte tenu de leur nature inclinée, sans entraîner la roue 30, grâce à une déformation élastique radiale et centripète des bras 34, indiquée par des flèches F34. Autrement dit, la bague 33, et donc le cadran 11, sont alors mobiles en rotation avec frottements à l'intérieur de la roue 30. Cette dernière ainsi que l'élément d'engrenage 23, la roue 20 et le pignon de sortie 17 du moteur 16 restent immobiles.
Bien entendu, en variante, à l'inverse du réglage décrit ci-dessus, l'utilisateur peut commencer de régler la position angulaire du cadran 11 dans le sens anti-horaire puis dans le sens horaire.
De plus, dans la mesure où le diamètre de la roue 30 est supérieur à celui de la roue 20, le réglage de la position angulaire du cadran 11 dans le sens anti-horaire est plus précis que celui dans le sens horaire, à finesse des dentures internes 22 et 32 de ces roues analogue. En effet, à taille de dents sensiblement identiques pour ces dentures 22 et 32, le nombre de dents de la denture 32 est supérieur à celui de la denture 22. Bien entendu, les dentures 22 et 32 peuvent en variante présenter des finesses de pas différentes.
Une fois que le cadran 11 est synchronisé avec l'heure en cours et que le connecteur 1 est raccordé à la prise murale 4, le moteur synchrone 16 est alimenté. Comme représenté à la figure 7, le mouvement rotatif, indiqué par une flèche 60, du pignon de sortie 17 du moteur entraîne la roue 20 dans un sens anti-horaire, comme indiqué par une flèche 61. La denture interne 22 de cette roue est en prise avec les dents 26 des branches 25 de l'élément d'engrenage 23 qui tourne alors suivant un sens de rotation identique, comme indiqué par des flèches 62. La partie d' extrémité dentée 27 de cet élément 23 entraîne la roue 30 dans un sens opposé indiqué par une flèche 63. Il en est alors de même pour la bague 33, et donc pour le cadran 11, par l'intermédiaire de la roue 30. Ainsi, en fonctionnement, les roues à friction 20 et 30 jouent leur rôle d'entraînement du cadran.
On comprend que, pour que la roue 30 puisse transmettre son entraînement à la bague 33, les dents 35 doivent être en prise avec la denture 32 de la bague alors que, vis-à-vis de la bague 30, cela revient à entraîner la bague 33 dans un sens anti-horaire, c'est-à-dire de manière analogue à la cinématique décrite en regard de la figure 6. Pour ce faire, l'inclinaison des faces en appui 35a et 32a des dents 35 et des dents de la denture 32, ainsi que l'élasticité des bras 34 sont prévues pour que l'effort nécessaire pour découpler la roue 30 et la bague 33, fourni par l'utilisateur à la figure 6, soit supérieur à la force d'entraînement transmise par la roue 30 à la figure I1 cette force étant bien entendu suffisante pour déplacer la bague 33 et le cadran autour du moyeu 12.
Un actionneur 70, représenté aux figures 2 et 3, est situé sur la trajectoire circulaire des segments 13 en position escamotée de sorte que, lors de l'entraînement du cadran 11 par le moteur lβ, les segments en position escamotée agissent sur cet actionneur qui provoque alors l'établissement d'un contact électrique, par l'intermédiaire d'un contacteur à lame 72, destiné à commander la circulation du courant depuis la prise mâle 3 vers la prise femelle 5. Après le passage d'un segment escamoté ou d'un groupe de segments escamotés, cet actionneur est rappelé élastiquement dans sa position d'origine, ce qui rompt le contact au niveau du contacteur 72 et, par conséquent, interrompt la circulation de courant à travers le connecteur 1.
La présence de l' actionneur 70 doit être prise en compte dans le dimensionnement de l'agencement anti-retour de la roue 30. L'effort nécessaire au découplage des dents 35 et de la denture 32 est prévu plus grand que l'effort nécessaire au déplacement de l'actionneur 70 par les segments 13 escamotés et à l'actionnement du contacteur 72, faute de quoi le cadran 11 serait immobilisé par ces segments tandis que la roue 30 tournerait autour de la bague 33.
Divers aménagements et variantes au programmateur 10 et au connecteur 1 décrits ci-dessus sont en outre envisageables. A titre d'exemple, plutôt que de prévoir la bague 33 venue de matière avec le cadran 11, cette bague peut être constituée par un élément distinct du cadran mais lié en rotation avec ce dernier. De même, le nombre de bras 34 peut être supérieur ou inférieur à trois comme envisagé jusqu'ici.
De plus, bien que l'exemple représenté concerne un cadran à quatre-vingt seize segments, cette subdivision temporelle n'est pas limitative de l'invention et le nombre de segments utilisés peut être supérieur ou inférieur, par exemple être égal à cent quarante quatre ou à quarante huit. De même, la période temporelle de rotation du cadran 11 n'est pas limitée à vingt quatre heures. D'autres durées de périodes sont envisageables, telles que la demi-journée ou la semaine. Egalement à titre de variante, l'actionneur 70 peut ne pas être prévu pour être rappelé élastiquement dans sa position d'origine après le passage d'un segment escamoté ou d'un groupe de segments escamotés. Dans ce cas, l'actionneur 70 occupe de manière stable l'une ou l'autre de deux positions de commande distinctes. Le programmateur 10 est alors utilisé dans une minuterie programmable ou dans un connecteur-interrupteur programmable appelé couramment « programmateur mono-programme ».
Par ailleurs, l'agencement et la nature des prises 3 et 5 du connecteur 1 ne sont qu' illustratifs et l'invention s'applique à des connecteurs dont les prises sont, par exemple, sensiblement coaxiales au cadran 11 et/ou qui sont prévues sur une ou des faces du boîtier 2 différentes de celles du cadran 11. De plus, l'invention s'applique également à des connecteurs disposant de plusieurs prises de sortie, seules certaines de ces prises ou toutes ces prises de sortie étant commandées, du point de vue de la circulation du courant à travers le connecteur, par le programmateur 10. L'invention a été représentée lors de sa mise en œuvre dans un connecteur électrique de type « prise programmable », c'est-à-dire un connecteur formant une unité transportable d'une prise murale à une autre. Elle s'applique également au cas d'un connecteur programmable intégré dans un tableau électrique pour commander un appareil fixe tel qu'un moteur de filtration de piscine ou un système d'éclairage extérieur.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Programmateur électromécanique (10) comportant : - un cadran (11) de programmation à réglage manuel, un moteur synchrone (16) d'entraînement en rotation du cadran, muni d'un pignon de sortie (17) ou analogue, et - des moyens mécaniques (20, 23, 30, 33) de transmission de mouvement du pignon de sortie vers le cadran, adaptés pour autoriser le réglage de la position angulaire du cadran par un déplacement rotatif du cadran dans un premier sens, identique au sens d'entraînement du cadran par le moteur, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transmission comportent des premier (20, 23) et second (30, 33) ensembles de transmission à friction adaptés pour autoriser le réglage de la position angulaire du cadran (11) par un déplacement rotatif du cadran dans un second sens, opposé au sens d'entraînement du cadran par le moteur (16), le premier ensemble (20, 23) étant agencé entre le pignon de sortie (17) du moteur (16) et le second ensemble, et le second ensemble (30, 33) étant agencé entre le premier ensemble et le cadran (11) , de sorte que le mouvement du pignon de sortie est transmis au cadran via successivement les premier et second ensembles, et en ce que, lors du réglage du cadran, le premier ensemble est adapté pour découpler le pignon de sortie et le second ensemble lorsque le cadran est déplacé dans le premier sens et le second ensemble est adapté pour découpler le cadran et le premier ensemble lorsque le cadran est déplacé dans le second sens.
2. Programmateur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le second ensemble de transmission à friction comprend une roue (30) munie d'une première denture (31) en prise permanente avec une partie (27) du premier ensemble (20, 23) et d'une seconde denture (32) en prise sélective, selon le sens de déplacement du cadran (11) lors du réglage de ce dernier, avec au moins une dent (35) d'un élément (33) du second ensemble de transmission, cet élément étant lié cinématiquement en rotation avec le cadran de programmation (11) .
3. Programmateur suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément (33) du second ensemble de transmission à friction (30, 33) est venu de matière avec le cadran de programmation (11) .
4. Programmateur suivant la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque dent (35) de l'élément (33) du second ensemble de transmission à friction (30, 33) est déplaçable suivant une direction sensiblement radiale par rapport à la roue (30) .
5. Programmateur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément (33) du second ensemble de transmission à friction (30, 33) comporte une bague (33) co-axiale à la roue (30), la ou chaque dent (35) de cet élément étant portée par un bras (34) relié à la bague de manière élastiquement déformable.
6. Programmateur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le premier ensemble de transmission à friction (20, 33) comporte une roue (20) munie d'au moins une denture (22, 21) qui présente un diamètre inférieur au diamètre de la première denture (32) de la roue (30) du second ensemble de transmission à friction.

Programmateur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un boîtier (2), à l'intérieur duquel sont agencés le moteur (16) et les moyens mécaniques de transmission (20, 23, 30, 33), des segments (13) de détermination de plages de programmation, portés par le cadran (11) de manière mobile entre deux positions extrêmes, et un actionneur (70) disposé, d'une part, en travers de la trajectoire des segments portés dans l'une des positions extrêmes et, d'autre part, à l'extérieur de la trajectoire des segments portés dans l'autre position lors de l'entraînement du cadran par le moteur.
8. Programmateur suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'effort nécessaire au découplage associé au second ensemble de transmission à friction (30, 33) est supérieur à l'effort nécessaire à la sollicitation de l' actionneur (70) par les segments (13) lors de l'entraînement du cadran (11) par le moteur (16) .
9. Connecteur électrique programmable, comportant une prise électrique d'entrée (3), au moins une prise électrique de sortie (5) et un programmateur électromécanique (10) suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, adapté pour commander la circulation et l'interruption du courant entre la prise d'entrée et la ou au moins une des prises de sortie.
