  • the present invention provides an elevator apparatus comprising: a cage elevating in an elevating path; a counterweight moving in an opposite direction to the cage; a guide rail for the cage to restrict a movement of the cage in the horizontal direction; a guide rail for the counterweight to restrict a movement of the counterweight in the horizontal direction; a rope for suspending the cage and counterweight; a traction machine, round which the rope is wound, for elevating the cage and counterweight via the rope in the elevating path, the traction machine being formed into a thin type, the traction machine being arranged in parallel with one wall face in the horizontal cross-section of the elevating path at an upper position of the floor face of the cage when the cage stops at the lowermost floor of the elevating path and at a lower position of the ceiling of the cage when the cage stops at the uppermost floor; and a direction-change-pulley arranged obliquely with respect to the wall face at an upper position of the ceiling of the cage when the cage stops at the uppermost floor in the elevating path.
  • an area occupied by the traction machine on a projection face of a horizontal cross-section of the elevating path is small, so that an unused space with respect to the entire height of the elevating path can be reduced. Since an entering angle at which the rope enters the rope groove of the sheave of the traction machine is small, the rope can be prevented from being damaged.
  • At least one of the traction machine and the direction-change-pulley is fixed to a beam supported by the guide rail for the cage or the guide rail for the counterweight. Therefore, an upward force caused by rope tension acting on the traction machine and a downward force acting on the direction-change-pulley are canceled to each other in the guide rails. Therefore, a force given to a building can be reduced.
  • a lower end of the traction machine is arranged at an upper position of the floor face of the cage when the cage stops at the lowermost floor in the elevating path. Therefore, even if the pit is covered with water, there is no possibility that the traction machine is damaged.
  • a lower end of the traction machine is arranged at an upper position of the first floor face. Therefore, even if the pit is covered with water, there is no possibility that the traction machine is damaged.
  • the traction machine is arranged at an upper position of the reference floor face. Therefore, inspection work can be easily conducted according to operation of the elevator.
  • the traction machine is arranged at an upper position of the uppermost floor face. Therefore, positional adjustment of the direction-change-pulley and the traction machine can be easily conducted, and inspection can be conveniently performed.
  • the traction machine is attached to a beam for supporting the direction-change-pulley from the lower side. Therefore, forces acting on the guide rails can be reduced. Therefore, positional adjustment of the direction-change-pulley and the traction machine can be easily conducted, and inspection can be conveniently performed.
  • the traction machine is attached to a beam for supporting the direction-change-pulley from the lower side, and the beam has a vibration proof structure. Therefore, vibration of the traction machine and the direction-change-pulleys can be effectively insulated.
  • At least a portion of the traction machine and a portion of the direction-change-pulley are arranged being put on each other on a projection face of a horizontal cross-section of the elevating path. Therefore, the elevating space can be reduced.
  • a sheave or motor of the traction machine protrudes from the back face of the guide rail to the cage side on a horizontal cross-section of the elevating path. Therefore, the elevating space can be reduced.
  • a control panel for controlling the traction machine is arranged at the substantially same level as that of the traction machine or right above or right below the traction machine close to it. Therefore, the traction machine and the control panel can be easily inspected.
  • a lower end of the control panel is arranged at an upper position of the floor face of the cage in the elevating path when the cage stops at the lowermost floor. Therefore, even if the pit is covered with water, the control panel is not damaged.
  • a lower end of the control panel is arranged at an upper position of the first floor face in the elevating path. Therefore, even if the underground floor is covered with water, the control panel is not damaged.
  • One of the direction-change-pulley is composed of a drive unit. Therefore, this structure can be applied to an elevator of a large capacity.
  • An inclination angle of the direction-change-pulley with respect to the wall face of the elevating path is made variable or a distance between the direction-change-pulleys on a horizontal cross-section of the elevating path is made variable. Therefore, the same design can be applied even if the cage size is different.
  • the elevator apparatus of the present invention is suitably applied to an elevator apparatus comprising: a cage elevating in an elevating path; a counterweight moving in an opposite direction to the cage; a guide rail for the cage to restrict a movement of the cage in the horizontal direction; a guide rail for the counterweight to restrict a movement of the counterweight in the horizontal direction; a rope for suspending the cage and counterweight; a traction machine, round which the rope is wound, for elevating the cage and counterweight via the rope in the elevating path, the traction machine being formed into a thin type, the traction machine being arranged in parallel with one wall face in the horizontal cross-section of the elevating path at an upper position of the floor face of the cage when the cage stops at the lowermost floor of the elevating path and at a lower position of the ceiling of the cage when the cage stops at the uppermost floor; and a direction-change-pulley arranged obliquely with respect to the wall face at an upper position of the traction machine.

Claims (1)

  1. Aufzugsapparat, umfassend:
    einen sich auf einem Hebepfad (8) hebenden Käfig (1);
    ein sich in einer gegenläufigen Richtung zum Käfig (1) im Hebepfad (8) hebendes Gegengewicht (29;
    eine Führung (6) für den Käfig (1), um eine Bewegung des Käfigs (1) in horizontaler Richtung zu beschränken;
    eine Führung (7) für das Gegengewicht (2), um eine Bewegung des Gegengewichtes (2) in horizontaler Richtung zu beschränken;
    ein Seil (3) zum Aufhängen des Käfigs (1) und des Gegengewichts (2);
    eine Zugmaschine (4; 4a, 4b) mit einem Rillenrad (4a), um welches das Seil (3) gewunden ist, und einem Motor (4b) zum Antreiben des Rillenrads (4a), wobei die Zugmaschine (4; 4a, 4b) den Käfig (1) und das Gegengewicht (2) über das Seil (3) durch Rotieren des Rillenrads (4a) hebt, wobei die Zugmaschine (4; 4a, 4b) im Hebepfad (8) angeordnet ist;
    eine erste Richtungsänderungsrolle (5a), um welche das sich vom Rillenrad (4a) der Zugmaschine (4; 4a, 4b) zum Käfig (1) erstreckende Seil (3) gewunden ist, zum Ändern einer Richtung des Seils (3), wobei die erste Richtungsänderungsrolle (5a) im Hebepfad (8) angeordnet ist;
    eine zweite Richtungsänderungsrolle (5b), um welche das sich vom Rillenrad (4a) der Zugmaschine (4; 4a, 4b) zum Gegengewicht (8) erstreckende Seil (3) gewunden ist, zum Ändern eine Richtung des Seils (3), wobei die zweite Richtungsänderungsrolle (5b) im Hebepfad (8) angeordnet ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Käfig (1) einen Eingang und eine hängende Rolle (11) aufweist;
    die Führung für den Käfig (1) und die Führung für das Gegengewicht (2) jeweils eine Führungsschiene (6, 7) sind;
    das Gegengewicht (2) an einer Seite des Käfigs (1) in Bezug auf den Eingang im horizontalen Querschnitt des Hebepfads (8) angeordnet ist, wobei das Gegengewicht (2) eine hängende Rolle (12) aufweist;
    das Seil (3) den Käfig (1) über die hängende Rolle (11) des Käfigs (1) und das Gegengewicht (2) über die hängende Rolle (12) des Gegengewichts (2) aufhängt;
    die Zugmaschine (4; 4a, 4b) eine äußere Abmsessung längs einer Richtung einer Rotationswelle des Rillenrades (4a) aufweist, wobei die äußere Abmessung kleiner als eine äußere Abmessung der Zugmaschine (4; 4a, 4b) längs einer Richtung rechtwinklig zur Rotationswelle ist;
    die Zugmaschine (4; 4a, 4b) angrenzend an das Gegengewicht längs einer Wandfläche des Hebepfads (8) angeordnet ist, positioniert an einer Seite des Käfigs (1), an der das Gegengewicht (2) angeordnet ist;
    die Zugmaschine (4; 4a, 4b) dafür ausgelegt ist, vom Gegengewicht (2) und dem Käfig (1) im Horizontalquerschnitt des Hebepfads (8) getrennt zu sein und an einer oberen Position der Bodenseite des Käfigs (1) positioniert zu sein, wenn der Käfig (1) auf dem untersten Stockwerk des Hebepfads (8) anhält, und an einer unteren Position der Decke des Käfigs (1), wenn der Käfig (1) im obersten Stockwerk anhält;
    das Rillenrad (4a) dafür angeordnet ist, gegenüberliegend der Wandfläche des Hebepfads (8) zu sein, und näher an einer Wandfläche des Hebepfads zu sein, als die Rolle (12) des Gegengewichts (2) im Horizontalquerschnitt des Hebepfads (8);
    der Motor (4b) so angeordnet ist, dass er dem Käfig (1) gegenüber liegt;
    die erste Richtungsänderungsrolle (5a) oberhalb der Zugmaschine (4; 4a, 4b) positioniert ist, und auf zumindest ein Teil des Motors (4b) gelegt ist, um den Motor (4b) von der hängenden Rolle (11) des Käfigs (1) bis zu einem Raum zwischen dem Käfig (1) und dem Rillenrad (4a) im horizontalen Querschnitt des Hebepfads (8) zu überlappen und zu queren, so dass das Seil (3) sich von der Rolle (11) des Käfigs (1) über einem Raum zwischen dem Käfig (1) und dem Rillenrad (4a) im horizontalen Querschnitt des Hebepfads (8) erstreckt;
    die erste Richtungsänderungsrolle (5a) eine erste Rotationsfläche hat, die in Bezug auf die eine Wandfläche des Hebepfads (8) geneigt ist;
    die erste Rotationsfläche der ersten Richtungsänderungsrolle (5a) eine erste Seite enthält, wo das Seil (3) sich zur Rolle (11) des Käfigs (1) erstreckt, und eine zweite Seite, wo das Seil (3) sich von dem Rillenrad (4a) erstreckt;
    die erste Seite im horizontalen Querschnitt des Hebepfads (8) weiter entfernt vom Eingang des Käfigs (1) ist als die zweite Seite;
    die zweite Richtungsänderungsrolle (5b) eine zweite Rotationsfläche aufweist, die in Bezug auf die eine Seitenfläche des Hebepfads (8) geneigt ist;
    die zweite Rotationsfläche der zweiten Richtungsänderungsrolle (5b) eine dritte Seite enthält, wo sich das Seil (3) zur Rolle (12) des Gegengewichts (2) erstreckt, und eine vierte Seite, wo sich das Seil (3) von dem Rillenrad (4a) erstreckt; und
    die dritte Seite näher am Käfig (1) angeordnet ist als die vierte Seite, in dem horizontalen Querschnitt des Hebepfads (8).
