Claims (6)
- Procédé de transfert de couches génératrices d'images et/ou de couches couvrantes d'un film support sur des feuilles d'impression dans une machine de transformation de feuilles, en particulier une machine d'impression rotative de feuilles, comportant au moins un groupe d'application (1) pour un revêtement graphique superficiel d'une feuille d'impression avec une colle et au moins un groupe de revêtement (2) pour transférer des couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes du film support sur les feuilles d'impression, dans lequel, dans un groupe de revêtement (2), un intervalle de transfert (6) est constitué entre un rouleau compresseur (3) et un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et le film support est posé le long de la surface du rouleau compresseur (3) par sa face revêtue sur une feuille d'impression et peut être guidé sous pression en commun avec celle-ci dans l'intervalle de transfert (6) de manière à ce que les couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes soient transférées en adhérant par des zones pourvues de colle du film support sur la feuille d'impression, caractérisé en ce que
la force de traction de la bande lors de l'acheminement d'un film de transfert (5) constitué du film support et de couches génératrices d'images vers l'intervalle de transfert (6) et/ou lors de l'évacuation du film de transfert (5) hors de l'intervalle de transfert (6) est modifiable à la cadence de revêtement des feuilles lors du passage dans des canaux cylindriques (3.1, 4.1) du cylindre de contre-pression (4) et du rouleau compresseur (3),
dans lequel la bande de film de transfert (5) est guidée à la cadence de travail du groupe de revêtement (2) à la sortie de l'intervalle de transfert (6) en variant son angle d'enroulement (Z) au niveau du rouleau compresseur (3). - Dispositif de transfert de couches génératrices d'images et/ou de couches couvrantes d'un film support (5) sur des feuilles d'impression au moyen d'au moins un groupe d'application (1) pour un revêtement graphique ou superficiel de feuilles d'impression avec une colle et au moins un groupe de revêtement (2) pour transférer des couches génératrices d'images et/ou couvrantes du film support (5) sur les feuilles d'impression, dans lequel chaque groupe de revêtement (2) présente un intervalle de transfert (6) constitué par un rouleau compresseur (3) et un cylindre de contre-pression (4), dans lequel le film de transfert (5) est posé au moins tangentiellement par rapport au rouleau compresseur (3) par sa face revêtue sur les feuilles d'impression et guidé sous pression de manière à ce que les couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes soient transférées en adhérant au niveau des zones pourvues de colle depuis le film de transfert (5) sur les feuilles d'impression, caractérisé en ce que,
dans un module d'application de film, est disposé pour le film de transfert (5) un dispositif de guidage de film pouvant être commandé à la cadence du revêtement de film lors du passage dans des canaux cylindriques (3.1, 4.1) du cylindre de contre-pression (4) et du rouleau compresseur (3), étant prévu, au niveau du dispositif de guidage de film, pour le réglage de la tension de la bande de film de transfert (5), un dispositif de modification cadencée de l'angle d'enroulement (Z) de la bande de film sur le rouleau compresseur (3). - Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que,
du côté entrée de l'intervalle de transfert (6), il est prévu un rouleau conducteur (24) déplaçable en cadence transversalement par rapport au sens de circulation de la bande de film de transfert (5) pour la modification cadencée de l'angle d'enroulement (Z) de la bande de film sur le rouleau compresseur (3). - Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que,
du côté sortie de l'intervalle de transfert (6), il est prévu un rouleau conducteur (34) déplaçable en cadence transversalement par rapport au sens de circulation de la bande de film de transfert (5) pour la modification cadencée de l'angle d'enroulement (Z) de la bande de film sur le rouleau compresseur '(3). - Dispositif de transfert de couches génératrices d'images et/ou de couches couvrantes d'un film support (5) sur des feuilles d'impression au moyen d'au moins un groupe d'application (1) pour un revêtement graphique ou superficiel de feuilles d'impression avec une colle et au moins un groupe de revêtement (2) pour transférer des couches génératrices d'images et/ou ou couvrantes du film support sur les feuilles d'impression, dans lequel chaque groupe de revêtement (2) présente un intervalle de transfert (6) constitué par un rouleau compresseur (3) et un cylindre de contre-pression (4), dans lequel le film de transfert (5) est posé au moins tangentiellement par rapport au rouleau compresseur (3) par sa face revêtue et guidé sous pression de manière à ce que les couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes soient transférées en adhérant au niveau des zones pourvues de colle depuis le film de transfert (5) sur les feuilles d'impression, caractérisé en ce que,
dans un module d'application de film, est disposé pour le film de transfert (5) un dispositif de guidage de film pouvant être commandé à la cadence du revêtement de film lors du passage dans des canaux cylindriques (3.1, 4.1) du cylindre de contre-pression (4) et du rouleau compresseur (3), le rouleau compresseur (3) étant pourvu d'un élément couvrant un canal cylindrique (3.1) qui reçoit des éléments pour le serrage d'une toile de compression. - Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre de contre pression (4) est pourvu d'éléments de préhension aplatis de préhenseurs (G) pour la fixation de feuilles (B) au cylindre de contre-pression (4), le porte-à-faux des éléments de préhension au-dessus de la surface circonférentielle étant minimisé ou étant de 0.
