Claims (13)
- Ensemble d'extraction (1) pour tiroirs, comprenant :- un rail de corps (3) destiné à être fixé sur un corps de meuble,- un rail de tiroir (6) destiné à être fixé sur un tiroir et monté mobile par rapport au rail de corps (3) entre une position fermée et une position ouverte,- un rail central (8), lequel est mobile entre le rail de corps (3) et le rail de tiroir (6),- un dispositif d'entraînement (2) comprenant un dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (10), lequel facilite le déplacement du rail de tiroir (6),dans lequel- le rail de tiroir (6) peut être déplacé par le dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (10) sensiblement dans la position entièrement ouverte, dans lequel le dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (10) est déchargé au moins en partie, et, lors de la procédure de fermeture du rail de tiroir (6), le dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (10) est rechargeable, dans lequel le dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (10) n'est opérationnel que sur une partie du trajet de déplacement du rail de tiroir (6),- le dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (10) comprend un dispositif à ressort pourvu d'au moins un ressort,- le dispositif d'entraînement (2) comprend un segment basculant (14), lequel est soumis à l'effet du ressort du dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (10), dans lequel le segment basculant (14) peut être accouplé de manière libérable à un entraîneur (15), et- l'entraîneur (15), lors de la fermeture du rail de tiroir (6), tend le ressort au-dessus du segment basculant (14), dans lequel le segment basculant (14) parvient ensuite dans une position prête à l'emploi arrêtée de manière autobloquante puis libère l'entraîneur (15).
- Ensemble d'extraction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le segment basculant (14) est agencé sur le rail de corps (3) et l'entraîneur (15) sur le rail de tiroir (6).
- Ensemble d'extraction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le segment basculant (14) est agencé sur le rail de tiroir (6) et l'entraîneur (15) sur le rail de corps (3).
- Ensemble d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le segment basculant (14) est guidé mobile linéairement, de préférence le long d'une bande de guidage (13).
- Ensemble d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le segment basculant (14) est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe (18) et peut être déplacé dans la position prête à l'emploi arrêtée de manière autobloquante.
- Ensemble d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'amortissement (17) est prévu, qui amortit le déplacement du rail de tiroir (6) sur au moins une partie du trajet d'ouverture de celui-ci.
- Ensemble d'extraction selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement (17) est agencé sur le rail de tiroir (6).
- Ensemble d'extraction selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement (17) est agencé sur le rail de corps (3).

- Ensemble d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de fermeture (19), par l'intermédiaire duquel le rail de tiroir (6) peut être déplacé dans sa position entièrement fermée, est prévu en plus.
- Meuble comprenant un tiroir monté mobile par rapport à un corps de meuble et comprenant un ensemble d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
- Procédé de déplacement d'un tiroir monté mobile par rapport à un corps de meuble dans sa position ouverte, au moyen d'un ensemble d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le tiroir (7), lors de la procédure d'ouverture, est tout d'abord librement mobile, puis est saisi par un dispositif d'accouplement libérable, constitué du segment basculant (14) et de l'entraîneur (15), est tiré par le ressort du dispositif d'accumulation d'énergie (10) un peu plus en direction de sa position ouverte et est amorti par un dispositif d'amortissement (17) le long de tout le dernier trajet d'ouverture.
