Claims (9)

  1. Sachet en film, qui est formé par le pliage et le scellement d'un film (5), comprenant deux côtés avant (1), deux plis latéraux (2) en V, une surface de fond (3) et une ouverture de sachet (4) côté supérieur, la stabilité du sachet en film debout sur la surface de fond (3) étant améliorée par une soudure scellée fausse (6) périphérique, à replier lors du dépliage de la surface de fond (3), caractérisé en ce qu' un affaiblissement (7) mécanique périphérique, généré séparément, est prévu en supplément dans la zone de la soudure scellée fausse (6).
  2. Sachet en film selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'affaiblissement (7) mécanique a été généré au moyen d'une légère perforation, d'une légère découpe, d'un gaufrage ou d'une opération laser.
  3. Sachet en film selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le film (5) présente des matriçages (12) côté extrémité, qui arrivent au niveau de la zone de surface de fond (3) par le pliage du film (5) et réduisent ainsi par zones le nombre des couches de film formant la surface de fond (3).
  4. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un sachet en film, qui présente deux côtés avant (1), deux plis latéraux (2) en V, une surface de fond (3) et une ouverture de sachet (4) côté supérieur,
    une bande de film (5) continue étant dotée d'une soudure scellée fausse (6) agencée transversalement à la bande et s'étendant sur toute la largeur de la bande,
    les plis latéraux (2) en V étant pliés et la bande de film (5) étant soudée avec une soudure scellée longitudinale (13) en un flexible en film (5'),
    les plis latéraux (2) étant fermés côté fond, de la même façon que les côtés avant (1) du flexible en film (5'), avec des soudures scellées (8),
    une pièce découpée (5") pour un sachet en film individuel étant générée par une opération de séparation à partir du flexible en film (5') continu,
    caractérisé en ce que la bande de film (5) est dotée dans la zone de la soudure scellée fausse (6) en supplément d'un affaiblissement (7) mécanique généré séparément et s'étendant également sur la largeur totale de la bande.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la surface de fond (3) du sachet en film est formée ensuite par repliage de la soudure scellée fausse (6) périphérique d'une seule partie découpée (5").
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'affaiblissement mécanique est généré au moyen d'un léger poinçonnage, d'une légère découpe, d'un gaufrage ou d'une opération laser.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la section d'extrémité, fermée par les soudures scellées (9, 10), de la partie découpée (5") est pliée transversalement à la bande de film (5) contre la surface de fond (3) et est collée avec celle-ci.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la bande de film (5) continue est dotée de matriçages (12) qui entraînent un évidement dans la zone des plis latéraux (2).
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les soudures scellées (8, 9, 10) sont pliées pour la fermeture côté fond des plis latéraux (2) en biais par rapport au flexible en film (5).
