Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein höhenverstellbares Möbelbein nach Anspruch 1.
  • Höhenverstellbare Möbelbeine sind beispielsweise bei Arbeitstischen bekannt, mit denen die Arbeitsplatte in die richtige Höhe eingestellt werden kann. Die Hubsäule wird auf dem Fuß befestigt, wobei am Übergang vom Fuß bzw. seinem Befestigungsteil zur Hubsäule ein mehr oder weniger großer Absatz entsteht. Er sieht nicht nur unschön aus, sondern führt auch dazu, dass sich am Absatz Schmutz sammeln kann, der sich nur schwierig entfernen lässt.
  • Es ist ein höhenverstellbares Möbelbein bekannt ( US-A 2 065 952 ), von dessen Fuß quer eine Hubsäule absteht. Sie hat ein Außenrohr, das ein von einem Antrieb verschiebbares Innenrohr umgibt. Das Innenrohr ist gegenüber dem Außenrohr teleskopartig verschiebbar. Auf dem Befestigungsteil des Fußes ist das Außenrohr befestigt, dessen Außenseite zumindest über den größten Teil ihres Umfanges stetig in die Außenseite des Befestigungsteiles des Fußes übergeht. Im Befestigungsteil befindet sich ein Aufnahmeraum, in den das untere Ende des Innenrohres in seiner unteren Lage reicht. Der Aufnahmeraum ist durch einen Boden von einem unteren Aufnahmeraum getrennt, in dem sich der Antrieb für die Höhenverstellung der Hubsäule befindet. Das Innenrohr kann darum nur bis zum Boden in die untere Endlage verstellt werden. Der Raum unterhalb des Bodens bleibt für die Höhenverstellung ungenutzt.
  • Bei einem anderen bekannten höhenverstellbaren Möbelbein ( EP-A-0 882 415 ) ist im unteren Ende des Außenrohres eine Basisplatte befestigt. Das untere Ende des Innenrohres des Möbelbeines kann maximal bis zur Basisplatte verstellt werden. In der abgesenkten Stellung hat das Möbelbein darum eine verhältnismäßig große Höhe.
  • Bei einem weiteren bekannten höhenverstellbaren Möbelbein ( US-A-5 890 438 ) ist der Antrieb für die Hubverstellung am oberen Ende des Möbelbeins an der Unterseite der Tischplatte vorgesehen, die auf dem Möbelbein befestigt ist. Das Außenrohr sitzt auf einander zugewandten Endstücken der Füße. Das untere Ende des Innenrohres liegt in der unteren Stellung mit Abstand oberhalb des unteren Endes des Außenrohres.
  • Es ist weiter ein Möbelbein bekannt ( DE-A-41 19 763 ), das einen Fuß mit einer zentralen Vertiefung aufweist, in die das untere Ende des Außenrohres ragt. Der Antrieb zur Höhenverstellung des Innenrohres befindet sich in Höhe der Tischplatte, die am oberen Ende des Innenrohres befestigt wird.
  • Es ist schließlich ein höhenverstellbares Möbelbein bekannt ( US-A-2 857 226 ), bei dem der Antrieb zur Höhenverstellung des Möbelbeines in einem Aufnahmeraum des Fußes untergebracht ist. Der Aufnahmeraum ist gegen das Innenrohr durch einen Block gesperrt. Darum kann das Innenrohr nur bis zum Block nach unten verstellt werden, so dass das Möbelbein bei eingefahrenem Innenrohr noch eine verhältnismäßig große Länge hat.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das Möbelbein so auszubilden, dass der Fuß und die Hubsäule so miteinander verbunden werden können, dass Ablagerungsstellen für Schmutz und dergleichen nicht gebildet werden und die Hubsäule in der eingefahrenen Stellung des Innenrohres nur eine geringe Höhe hat.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem höhenverstellbaren Möbelbein erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Beim erfindungsgemäßen Möbelbein geht die Außenseite des Außenrohres der Hubsäule zumindest über den größten Teil ihres Umfanges, vorzugsweise über den gesamten Umfang, stetig in die Außenseite des Befestigungsteiles des Fußes über. Dadurch wird am Übergang vom Fuß zur Hubsäule keine Ablagerungssstelle für Verschmutzung gebildet. Vielmehr geht die Oberseite des Fußes stetig in die Außenseite des Außenrohres über. Dieser kontinuierliche Übergang zwischen Fuß und Hubsäule kann einfach und problemlos gereinigt werden. Der Befestigungsteil umgibt einen Aufnahmeraum im Fuß teilweise. Das Innenrohr ragt in seiner unteren Lage in den Aufnahmeraum. Zum Teleskopantrieb ist in der Hubsäule ein Antrieb untergebracht, der auf der Platte sitzt, die auf dem Boden des Aufnahmeraumes befestigt ist. In der eingefahrenen Stellung ragt das Innenrohr in Richtung auf den Boden des Aufnahmeraumes über das Außenrohr.
  • Vorteilhaft steht der Befestigungsteil über die Oberseite des Fußes vor. Dann kann das Außenrohr der Hubsäule sehr einfach mit dem Fuß verbunden werden.
  • Das Außenrohr wird vorteilhaft auf dem Befestigungsteil des Fußes zentriert, so dass das Außenrohr in einfacher Weise genau gegenüber dem Fuß bei der Montage ausgerichtet werden kann.
  • Die Zentrierung des Außenrohres auf dem Fuß ist besonders dann vorteilhaft, wenn der Befestigungsteil des Fußes an seiner Stirnseite eine Vertiefung aufweist, in die das Außenrohr mit seinem unteren Ende eingreift. Dann muss das Außenrohr lediglich mit seinem unteren Ende in die Vertiefung eingesetzt werden, um das Außenrohr gegenüber dem Befestigungsteil zu zentrieren.
  • Der Übergang zwischen dem Außenrohr und dem Befestigungsteil des Fußes lässt sich dann besonders einfach gestalten, wenn die Breite der Vertiefung der Wandungsdicke des Außenrohres entspricht, wobei vorteilhaft die Vertiefung zur Außenseite des Befestigungsteiles offen ist. Dann kann das Außenrohr so auf den Befestigungsteil aufgesetzt werden, dass es einerseits zentriert ist, andererseits mit seiner Außenseite stetig in die Außenseite des Befestigungsteiles übergeht.
  • Wenn der Fuß im Bereich des Befestigungsteiles in Hubrichtung der Hubsäule verdickt ausgebildet ist, kann der Aufnahmeraum im Befestigungsteil bzw. im Fuß verhältnismäßig groß sein, so dass das Innenrohr in seiner unteren Lage verhältnismäßig weit in den Aufnahmeraum eingefahren werden kann. Dies trägt vorteilhaft zu der geringen Höhe der Hubsäule in der unteren Endlage bei. Das Innenrohr kann somit eine ausreichend große Länge haben, so dass in der ausgefahrenen Stellung des Innenrohres die Hubsäule eine große Höhe hat.
  • Vorteilhaft hat der Boden der Vertiefung in der Stirnseite des Befestigungsteiles vom Boden des Aufnahmeraumes des Fußes einen Abstand, der größer, vorzugsweise um ein Mehrfaches größer ist als der Überstand des Befestigungsteiles über die Oberseite des Fußes. Dieser Überstand kann beispielsweise dem Drei- bis Vierfachen der Dicke des Fußes entsprechen. Dann kann der Fuß einerseits noch verhältnismäßig dünn sein, dennoch aber eine große Hublänge der Hubsäule ermöglichen.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den weiteren Ansprüchen, der Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigen

  • Das Möbelbein kann bei Tischen jeglicher Art, bei Stühlen, Orgelbänken und dergleichen eingesetzt werden. Je nach Art des Möbels können ein, zwei oder mehr Möbelbeine für das jeweilige Möbel eingesetzt werden. Das Möbelbein hat einen Fuß 1, der im Ausführungsbeispiel als langgestreckte Fußschiene ausgebildet ist. Der Fuß 1 kann auch jede andere geeignete Formgestaltung haben. Vom Fuß 1 steht senkrecht eine Säule 2 ab, die als Teleskopsäule ausgebildet ist. Sie hat ein Außenrohr 3, das auf dem Fuß 1 befestigt ist. Das Außenrohr 3 umgibt wenigstens ein Innenrohr 4. Im Ausführungsbeispiel befindet sich zwischen dem Außenrohr 3 und dem Innenrohr 4 ein Mittelrohr 5. Die Rohre 3 bis 5 sind teleskopartig ineinandergesetzt und werden in bekannter Weise gegeneinander axial verschoben. Die zwischen den Rohren 3 bis 5 befindlichen Lager sind in Fig. 2 nicht dargestellt. Zum Teleskopantrieb ist in der Säule 2 ein Antrieb 6 untergebracht, der in bekannter Weise ausgebildet ist und darum auch nicht näher erläutert wird. Der Antrieb sitzt auf einer Platte 7, die auf dem Boden 8 eines Aufnahmeraumes 9 befestigt ist. Der Aufnahmeraum 9 befindet sich in einem Befestigungsteil 10, der vorteilhaft einstückig mit dem Fuß 1 ausgebildet ist und über dessen Oberseite 15 vorsteht. Das Außenrohr 3 ist auf dem Befestigungsteil 10 befestigt, beispielsweise angeschweißt. Zur Zentrierung des Außenrohres 3 ist in der Stirnseite 11 des Befestigungsteiles 10 eine nach außen offene, umlaufende Vertiefung 12 vorgesehen, in die das Außenrohr 3 eingreift, das auf dem Boden der Vertiefung 12 aufsitzt. Die Breite der Vertiefung 12 entspricht der Wandstärke des Außenrohres 3. Bei der Montage wird dadurch das Außenrohr 3 in einfacher Weise am Befestigungsteil 10 ausgerichtet. Außerdem geht der Außenmantel 13 stetig in die Außenseite 14 des Befestigungsteiles 10 über. Ein störender Absatz am Übergang vom Befestigungsteil 10 zum Außenrohr 3 tritt nicht auf.
  • Der Befestigungsteil 10 ist so ausgebildet, daß er nach oben über die Oberseite 15 des Fußes 1 vorsteht. Der Befestigungsteil 10 begrenzt mit seiner Innenseite 16 den Aufnahmeraum 9, der bis zum Boden 8 reicht. Das Mittelrohr 5 kann gegenüber dem Außenrohr 3 sehr weit in den Aufnahmeraum 9 eingefahren werden. Auch das Innenrohr 4 kann weit in den Aufnahmeraum 9 verschoben werden. Das Mittelrohr 5 kann maximal so weit verschoben werden, dass es auf der Platte 7 aufstößt oder nur geringen Abstand von ihr hat. Das Innenrohr 4 kann so weit nach unten in den Aufnahmeraum 9 verschoben werden, bis es an einem Teil des Antriebes 6 anschlägt. In Fig. 2 ist mit T der Abstand zwischen dem Boden der umlaufenden Vertiefung 12 und dem Boden 8 des Aufnahmeraumes 9 bezeichnet. Um dieses Maß können das Mittel- und das Innenrohr 4, 5 über das Außenrohr 3 hinaus in die untere Endlage verschoben werden. Die Säule 2 kann dadurch in der untersten Stellung der Rohre 4, 5 eine große Hubhöhe aufweisen. In der eingefahrenen Stellung ragen das Innenrohr 4 und das Mittelrohr 5 in Richtung auf den Boden 8 des Aufnahmeraumes 9 über das Außenrohr 3.
  • Die Umrißform des Befestigungsteiles 10 entspricht der Umrißform des Außenrohres 3, das im Ausführungsbeispiel rechteckigen Umriß hat. Die Rohre 3 bis 5 können auch runden, unrunden oder einen anderen geeigneten Umriß haben. Der Befestigungsteil 10 des Fußes 1 ist an die jeweilige Umrißform so angepaßt, daß der Übergang vom Außenrohr 3 zur Außenseite des Befestigungsteiles 10 stetig verläuft.
  • Die Säule 2 kann motorisch mittels des Antriebes 6 in der Höhe verstellt werden. Es ist aber auch ein manueller Verstellantrieb für die Teleskoprohre 4, 5 der Säule 2 möglich.
  • Je nach Tiefe des Aufnahmeraumes 9 bzw. Höhe des Befestigungsteiles 10 kann das Maß T eingestellt werden. Das Möbelbein weist bei eingefahrener Säule 2 nur eine geringe Höhe auf, so daß das auf dem Möbelbein befestigte Teil, wie ein Sitzteil, eine Tischplatte und dergleichen eine gewünschte niedrige Höhe aufweisen kann. Trotz dieser geringen Höhe des Möbelbeines kann die Säule 2 infolge des Maßes T sehr weit ausgefahren werden, so daß sich ein großer Hubweg ergibt.
  • Das Maß T ist um ein Mehrfaches größer als der über die Oberseite 15 des Fußes 1 überstehende Befestigungsteil 10. Der Fuß 1 ist zur Bildung des Befestigungsteiles 10 in Hubrichtung der Säule 2 verdickt ausgebildet.

Claims (8)

  1. Höhenverstellbares Möbelbein mit mindestens einem Fuß (1), von dem quer eine Hubsäule (2) absteht, die ein Außenrohr (3) und wenigstens ein Innenrohr (4,5) aufweist, das gegenüber dem Außenrohr (3) teleskopartig verschiebbar ist, das auf einem Befestigungsteil (10) des Fußes (1) befestigt ist, wobei die Außenseite (13) des Außenrohres (3) zumindest über den größten Teil ihres Umfanges stetig in die Außenseite (14) des Befestigungsteiles (10) übergeht, wobei der Befestigungsteil (10) einen Aufnahmeraum (9) im Fuß (1) teilweise umgibt, wobei das Innenrohr (4, 5) in seiner unteren Lage in den Aufnahmeraum (9) ragt, wobei zum Teleskopantrieb in der Hubsäule (2) ein Antrieb (6) untergebracht ist, wobei der Antrieb (6) auf einer Platte (7) sitzt, die auf dem Boden (8) des Aufnahmeraumes (9) befestigt ist, und wobei in der eingefahrenen Stellung das Innenrohr (4, 5) in Richtung auf den Boden (8) des Aufnahmeraumes (9) über das Außenrohr (3) ragt.
  2. Möbelbein nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsteil (10) über die Oberseite (15) des Fußes (1) vorsteht.
  3. Möbelbein nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Außenrohr (3) auf dem Befestigungsteil (10) zentriert ist.
  4. Möbelbein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsteil (10) an seiner Stirnseite (11) eine Vertiefung (12) aufweist, in die das Außenrohr (3) mit seinem unteren Ende eingreift.

  6. Möbelbein nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (12) zur Außenseite (14) des Befestigungsteiles (10) offen ist.
  7. Möbelbein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß (1) im Bereich des Befestigungsteiles (10) in Hubrichtung verdickt ausgebildet ist.
  8. Möbelbein nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden der Vertiefung (12) in der Stirnseite (11) des Befestigungsteiles (10) vom Boden (8) des Aufnahmeraumes (9) des Fußes (1) einen Abstand (T) hat, der um ein Mehrfaches größer ist als der über die Oberseite (15) des Fußes (1) überstehende Bereich des Befestigungsteiles (10).
