Claims (8)
- Procédé de réduction des émissions de NOx dans un brûleur à charbon pulvérisé comprenant les étapes consistant à :fournir un brûleur à quatre zones, dans lequel la zone la plus à l'intérieur est une zone axiale (25) entourée concentriquement par une première zone annulaire (11), qui est à son tour entourée concentriquement par une deuxième zone annulaire (16), qui est à son tour entourée concentriquement par une troisième zone annulaire (17);fournir à la zone axiale un premier gaz contenant de l'oxygène ;fournir à la première zone annulaire un gaz porteur contenant un charbon pulvérisé;fournir à la deuxième zone annulaire un deuxième gaz contenant de l'oxygène;fournir à la troisième zone annulaire un troisième gaz contenant de l'oxygène;fournir au brûleur le gaz porteur à une vitesse supérieure à 15 m/s (3000 ft/min) environ ;fournir au brûleur le premier gaz à une vitesse supérieure à celle du gaz porteur;fournir au brûleur le deuxième gaz à une vitesse inférieure à celle du gaz porteur;fournir au brûleur le troisième gaz à une vitesse supérieure à celle du gaz porteur;assurer la combustion du charbon pulvérisé dans le flux de gaz porteur depuis l'intérieur du flux avec le premier gaz ;assurer la combustion du charbon pulvérisé dans le flux de gaz porteur depuis l'extérieur avec le deuxième gaz et le troisième gaz;utiliser le gradient de vitesse entre les quatre zones annulaires pour créer une zone de recirculation à l'intérieur d'une flamme de brûleur ; etsupprimer la formation de NOx et accélérer la combustion par recirculation du charbon non consumé et de l'oxygène dans la flamme du brûleur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, consistant en outre à faire tourbillonner le deuxième gaz avant qu'il atteigne la flamme du brûleur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, consistant en outre à faire tourbillonner le gaz porteur avant la combustion.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, consistant en outre à faire tourbillonner le troisième gaz avant la combustion.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, consistant en outre à faire tourbillonner le premier gaz avant la combustion.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le premier gaz contient plus de 21 % d'oxygène.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le deuxième gaz contient plus de 21 % d'oxygène.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le troisième gaz contient plus de 21 % d'oxygène.
