Description

Socke
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Socke, insbesondere zum Einsatz bei sportlichen Aktivitäten, die bereichsweise eine Polsterung aufweist.
Insbesondere dann, wenn der Mensch sich viel und schnell bewegt, beispielsweise bei sportlichen Aktivitäten, sind seine Füße in festem Schuhwerk untergebracht. Das Schuhwerk dient dabei einerseits zur Abfederung von Stößen sowie zur festen Fixierung des Fußes, andererseits zur Verhinderung von Ver- letzungen an der Fußsohle durch das Auftreten auf spitze Unebenheiten oder Gegenstände auf dem Boden.
Durch die Bewegung wird der Körper stark erwärmt. Zur Wärmeregulierung sondert der Körper Schweiß aus, um eine Abkühlung auf Grund von Ver- dunstungskälte zu erzielen. Innerhalb des Schuhwerks wird diese Verdunstung jedoch gehemmt. Dies führt dazu, dass sich der Fuß innerhalb des Schuhwerks stark erhitzt, worauf der Körper mit einer weiter erhöhten Schweißbildung rea- giert. Das erhöhte Schweißaufkommen wird von in den Schuhen getragenen Socken aufgenommen, was dazu führt, dass der Fuß durchfeuchtet wird und die Haut aufweicht. Dadurch wird die Schutzwirkung der Hornhaut am Fuß reduziert, zunehmende Blasenbildung ist die Folge. Der Fuß ist nicht mehr belastbar.
Zur Unterstützung der Verdunstung des innerhalb des Schuhwerks gebildeten Schweißes werden Schuhe mit Membrangewebe ausgestattet. Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass auf diesem Wege eine Abführung des feuchten Klimas in- nerhalb des Schuhs nur in unzureichendem Umfang möglich ist. Auch ist der Einsatz von Membranflächen nur in begrenztem Umfang möglich, da sonst die Stabilität des Schuhwerks gefährdet ist.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Socke zu schaffen, die eine ausreichende Klimatisierung des Schuhs ermöglicht und so eine trockene Haut des Fußes auch bei sportlichen Aktivitäten gewährleistet. Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass auf dem Fußrücken ein Klimakanal angeordnet ist.
Mit der Erfindung ist eine Socke geschaffen, die eine ausreichende Klimatisierung des Schuhs ermöglicht und so eine trockene Haut des Fußes auch bei sportlichen Aktivitäten gewährleistet. Beim Abrollen des Fußes wird zwischen dem Fußrücken und der Zunge ein wechselnder Über- bzw. Unterdruckeffekt bewirkt, wodurch der Luftaustausch über den Klimakanal gefördert wird.
Vorteilhaft ist der Klimakanal zwischen mindestens zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Polsterungen vorgesehen. Hierdurch ist eine zusätzliche Spalthöhe zu dem umgebenden Schuh hervorgerufen, der eine Verbesserung der Luftzirkulation und damit der Verdunstung von Feuchtigkeit hervorruft. Bevorzugt sind die Polsterungen wulstartig in der Position beidseitig der Zunge des Oberteils eines Schuhs angeordnet, so dass der Klimakanal direkt unter der Zunge positioniert ist. Hierdurch ist ein optimaler Luftaustausch über den Klimakanal gewährleistet. Vorteilhaft ist der Klimakanal aus flachem Netzge- webe, vorzugsweise Jacquard gebildet.
In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist zwischen dem Klimakanal der Socke und der Zunge eines Schuhs in Ruhestellung ein Luftspalt gebildet. Hierdurch wird der Über- bzw. Unterdruckeffekt beim Abrollen des Fußes verstärkt.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist an der Innen- und / oder Außenseite der Socke ein Klimakanal vorgesehen, der sich vom Auftrittsbereich bis zum Bund der Socke erstreckt. Hierdurch wird der Über- bzw. Unterdruckeffekt, der beim Abrollen des Fußes in geringerem Ausmaß auch seitlich des Schuhwerks feststellbar ist zum Abtransport der feuchten Luft aus dem Schuh genutzt. Hierdurch wird die Klimatisierung innerhalb des Schuhs zusätzlich gefördert.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die Längsseiten des Klimakanals über wenigstens eine Bandage miteinander verbunden, die den Auftrittsbereich kreuzt. Hierdurch ist die Position des Klimakanals auf den Fußrücken fixiert und es ist eine Faltenbildung der Socke auf dem Fußrücken vermieden. Durch die Bandage wird der Klimakanal stramm auf dem Fußrücken fixiert. Hierdurch ist darüber hinaus eine Stützung des Mittelfußbereichs bewirkt. Bevorzugt ist die Bandage aus Elasthan hergestellt.
In bevorzugter Weiterbildung der Erfindung erstreckt sich der Klimakanal flächig über den gesamten Fußrücken. Hierdurch ist eine optimale Entfeuchtung des Fußrückens bewirkt.
Andere Weiterbildungen und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird nachfolgend im Einzelnen beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Die allgemein mit 1 bezeichnete Socke weist einen Zehenbereich 11 , einen Fersenbereich 12 und einen zwischen Zehen- und Fersenbereich gelegenen Auftrittsbereich 13 auf. Die Bereiche 11 , 12 und 13 können, wie im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 1 und 3 dargestellt, zur Polsterung aus ver- stärktem Material hergestellt sein. Auch die Verwendung von Materialkombinationen wie beispielsweise Schurwolle mit Elastofaserwerkstoffen, beispielsweise Elastan, ist möglich.
An das Fußteil der Socke schließt sich ein Schaft an, der sich im Ausführungs- beispiel nach den Figuren 1 und 3 bis über die Wade erstreckt. Auch ein Ab- schluss der Socke oberhalb oder unterhalb zur Polsterung des Knöchels ist möglich. An dem dem Fußteil abgewandten Ende ist der Schaft mit einem Bund 14 versehen. Vom Bund 14 geht im Ausführungsbeispiel ein Klimakanal 15 aus, der bis in den Auftrittsbereich 13 reicht und aus klimaregulierendem Netz- Strickgewebe gebildet ist. Der Klimakanal 15 trägt dazu bei, Feuchtigkeit aus dem Auftrittsbereich nach oben abzuleiten. Ein solcher Klimakanal 15 kann sowohl auf der Beininnen- als auch auf der Beinaußenseite oder beiderseits der Socke vorgesehen sein.
Auf dem Fußrücken 17 der Socke ist ebenfalls ein mit 16 bezeichneter Klima- kanal vorgesehen. Der Klimakanal 16 erstreckt sich vom Zehenbereich 11 bis oberhalb des Fußgelenks. Eine Weiterführung des Klimakanals bis zum Bund 14 der Socke 1 ist möglich. Hierdurch kann eine höhere Wirkung des Klimakanals 16 erzielt werden. Der Klimakanal 16 ist aus sehr flachem Gewebe, beispielsweise Netzstrick- oder Jacquard-Gewebe hergestellt. Es ist dadurch zwischen Klimakanal 16 und den benachbarten Bereichen ein Absatz hervorgerufen.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind zudem beidseitig des Klimakanals 16 auf dem Fußrücken 17 der Socke 1 Distanzpolster 21 vorgesehen. Die Distanzpolster 21 sind wulstartig ausgeführt und erstrecken sich vom Zehenbereich 11 bis zum Fußgelenk. Die Distanzpolster 21 sind im Vergleich zu dem auf dem Vorderfuß verwendeten Material dicker ausgeführt; erst Recht im Verhältnis zu dem aus sehr flachem klimaregulierendem Netzstrickgewebe gebildeten Klimakanal 16.
Die Socke 1 ist bereichsweise mit weiteren Polstern 2 versehen. Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 1 ist im Bereich der Ferse an der Socke 1 ein Distanzpolster 22 angeordnet. Dabei ist die Form des Distanzpolsters 22 an die Anatomie des Fußes in diesem Bereich angeglichen. Weiterhin ist im Bereich des Knöchels, also im Übergang zwischen Fußteil und Schaft der Socke ein Polster 23 vorgesehen, das eine im Wesentlichen ringförmige Ausbildung aufweist. Das ringförmige Polster 23 umschließt eine im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Fläche 24. Das Polster 23 ist derart ausgebildet, dass es deutlich über die Fläche 24 hervorsteht. Die Polster 2 sind allgemein aus Kunststoffgarnen oder Compount-Gewebe oder -Garn oder ähnlichen Materialien hergestellt. Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Polsterungen 2 der Socke 1 aus Hohlkammerfasern hergestellt, die mit Wolle oder Baumwolle umsponnen sind. Die Hohlkammer-Kunststoffgarne sind besonders stark stoß- und druckdämpfend. Der Auftrittsbereich 13 kann aus Mikrofasergestrick, das den Abrieb vermindern hilft, hergestellt sein. Auch im Zehen- und Fersenbereich 11 , 12 ist je nach Anforderung das Fußbett aus Mikrofasergewebe hergestellt.
Zu beiden Seiten des Klimakanals 16 sind im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 5 bis 7 jeweils sechs Bandagen 18 vorgesehen, welche an den Distanzpolstern 21 beginnend durch den Auftrittsbereich 13 verlaufen und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Klimakanals 16 angeschlossen sind. Soweit in Abwandlung des Ausführungsbeispiels keine Distanzpolster 21 als seitliche Begrenzung des Klimakanals 16 vorgesehen sind, beginnen die Bandagen 18 unmittelbar von einer Seite des Klimakanals 16 und enden nach Umschlingen des Auftrittsbereichs 13 an der anderen Seite des Klimakanals 16. Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind jeweils zwei parallel angeordnete Bandagen 18 zu beiden Außenseiten sowie mittig des Klimakanals 16 angeordnet, welche aus Elasthan hergestellt sind. Hierdurch ist der Klimakanal 16 gleichmäßig auf dem Fußrücken 17 gespannt.
Der im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 2 dargestellte und allgemein mit 3 bezeichnete Schuh hat eine Sohle 31 , auf der ein geschlossenes Oberteil 32 angeordnet ist. Im getragenen Zustand (Figur 3) stützt sich der Fuß des Benutzers auf der Sohle 31 ab, während der restliche Teil des Fußes bis zum Knöchel von dem Oberteil 32 umgeben ist. Das Oberteil 32 kann aus unterschiedlichen Materialien bestehen. Während in der Vergangenheit überwiegend Leder als Material für das Oberteil 32 verwendet worden ist, finden heute über- wiegend Kunststofffasern und Kunststoffe Verwendung. Das Oberteil 32 des Schuhs 3 weist eine Zunge 33 auf, über welche die - nicht dargestellte - Schnürung des Schuhs erfolgt. Hierzu sind dem Schuh Ösen 34 vorgesehen. Die Zunge 33 ist mit einer Wattierung versehen, um bei einer festen Schnürung des Schuhs bzw. bei einer starken Belastung Schmerzen am Fuß des Benutzers zu verhindern. Seitlich des Schuhs 3 sind Klimazonen 35 angeordnet, die in Abhängigkeit vom Anwendungsbereich des Schuhs an unterschiedlichen Stellen und in verschiedener Form und Größe vorgesehen sind. Die Klimazonen 35 sind aus Membrangewebe hergestellt.
Die Wirkung der besonderen Anordnung von Distanzpolstern 21 und Klimakanal 16 wird nachfolgend an Hand der Figuren 3 und 4 erläutert: In der Ruhestellung ist auf Grund der unterschiedlichen Dicke des Klimakanals 16 zum benachbarten Gewebe der Socke 1 und der Zunge 33 des Schuhs 3 ein Luftspalt 4 gebildet. Dieser Effekt ist durch die im Ausführungsbeispiel vorgesehenen Distanzpolster 21 verstärkt. Die Bandagen 18 bewirken zudem, dass der Klimakanal 16 auf dem Fußrücken gleichmäßig gespannt ist, wodurch beispielsweise eine Faltenbildung verhindert ist.
Beim Abrollen des Fußes wird der Klimakanal 16 gegen die Zunge 33 gedrückt, wodurch in diesem Bereich ein Überdruck erzeugt wird. Dieser Überdruck bewirkt einen beschleunigten Abtransport der feuchten Luft über den Klimakanal 16 nach außen. Kehrt der Fuß in seine Ruhestellung zurück, bildet sich der Luftspalt 4 zwischen Klimakanal 16 und Zunge 33 erneut, wodurch in diesem Bereich ein Unterdruck erzielt wird. Durch diesen Unterdruck wird nun trockene Außenluft über den Klimakanal 16 in das Schuhinnere transportiert. Dieser wechselseitige Über- bzw. Unterdruck zwischen Zunge 33 und Klimakanal 16 wird beim Laufen kontinuierlich bewirkt, was zu einer optimalen Klimatisierung des Schuhinneren führt.
Ein ähnlicher Effekt ist an der Innen- bzw. Außenseite des Schuhs erzielbar. Beim Laufen ändert sich der Abstand des Schuhoberteils 32 zum Fuß konti- nuierlich, so dass auch in diesem Bereich eine - wenn auch geringe - Pumpwirkung erzielt wird. Dieser Pumpeffekt kann durch einen seitlich der Socke 1 angeordneten Klimakanal 15, der sich vom Auftrittsbereich 13 der Socke bis jedenfalls Oberhalb des Fußgelenks erstreckt, zur zusätzlichen Klimatisierung des Schuhinnenraums genutzt werden.

1. Socke, insbesondere zum Einsatz bei sportlichen Aktivitäten, die bereichsweise eine Polsterung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Fußrücken (17) ein Klimakanal (16) angeordnet ist.
2. Socke nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klimakanal (16) zwischen mindestens zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Polsterungen (21 ) vorgesehen ist.
3. Socke nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die PoI- sterungen (21 ) wulstartig in der Position beidseitig der Zunge (33) des
Oberteils (32) eines Schuhs (3) angeordnet sind, sodass der Klimakanal (16) direkt unter der Zunge (33) positioniert ist.
4. Socke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klimakanal (16) aus flachem Netzgewebe, vorzugsweise Jacquard gebildet ist.
5. Socke nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Klimakanal (16) der Socke (1 ) und der Zunge (33) eines Schuhs (3) in Ruhestellung ein Luftspalt (4) gebildet ist.
6. Socke nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeich- net, dass die Polster (21 ) aus Hohlkammer-Fasern bestehen, die mit
Wolle oder Baumwolle umsponnen sind.
7. Socke nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Knöchels ein ringförmig ausgebildetes Polster (23) vorgesehen ist, das eine kreisförmige Fläche (24) umschließt.
8. Socke nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsseiten des Klimakanals (16) über wenigstens eine Bandage (18) miteinander verbunden sind, die den Auftrittsbereich (13) kreuzt.
9. Socke nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeich- net, dass die Bandage (18) aus Elasthan hergestellt ist.
10. Socke nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Klimakanal (16) flächig über den gesamten Fußrücken (17) erstreckt.
