Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zur Belüftung einer Küche, umfassend eine Rohrleitung (12) zur Extraktion von Luft, die ausgelegt ist, um mit einer Anlage zur geregelten mechanischen Belüftung (VMC) verbunden zu sein, und eine motorisierte Dunstabzugshaube (5), umfassend eine Kassette (6), deren untere offene Seite mit einem Fettfilter (7) und eventuell mit einem Geruchsfilter ausgestattet ist, über denen ein Ventilator (8) angeordnet ist, der positioniert ist, um Luft von der unteren Seite anzusaugen, und sie hin zum oberen Teil zurückzudrängen, der durch eine Wand begrenzt ist, in der zwei Öffnungen (9, 10) angebracht sind, von denen die eine (10) ausgelegt ist, um mit der Rohrleitung (12) zur Extraktion von Luft verbunden zu sein, und von denen die andere (9) ausgelegt ist, um das Recycling in der Küche von Luft, die vom Ventilator (8) angesaugt wurde, durchzuführen, wobei diese zwei Öffnungen (9, 10) jeweils mit einer Klappe (15, 16) ausgestattet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Belüftungsvorrichtung einen Luftansauganschluss (13) in der Rohrleitung (12) zur Extraktion von Luft umfasst, die selbst mit einer Klappe (16) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Steuermittel der verschiedenen Klappen (15, 16) derart sind, dass:
    - während der Küchenbenutzung und des Betriebs des Ventilators die Klappe (16) des Luftansauganschlusses (13) in der Rohrleitung (12) zur Extraktion von Luft und die Klappe (15) der Öffnung (9) zum Recycling von Luft offen sind, und die Klappe (16) der Öffnung (10) zur Verbindung der Abzugshaube mit dem Leitungsrohr zur Extraktion von Luft geschlossen ist, und
    - im normalen Zeitraum der Lufterneuerung die Klappe (16) des Luftansauganschlusses (13) in der Rohrleitung (12) zur Extraktion von Luft und die Klappe (15) der Öffnung (9) zum Recycling von Luft offen sind, und die Klappe (16) der Öffnung (10) zur Verbindung der Abzugshaube mit dem Leitungsrohr (12) zur Extraktion von Luft offen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftansauganschluss in der Rohrleitung zur Extraktion von Luft aus einem Kanal (13) besteht, der, angeordnet in der Abzugshaube, verschieden vom Kreislauf zum Ansaugen von Luft über den Fettfilter (7) ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nachgeordnete Ende (14) des Kanals (13), den Luftansauganschluss bildet und die Öffnung (10), angeordnet in der oberen Wand der Abzugshaube, die ausgelegt ist, um in das Leitungsrohr zur Extraktion von Luft zu münden, benachbart sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nachgeordnete Ende (14) des Kanals (13), das den Luftansauganschluss bildet, und die Öffnung (10), die in der oberen Wand der Abzugshaube angeordnet und ausgelegt ist, um in das Leitungsrohr (12) zur Extraktion von Luft zu münden, mit einer gleichen Klappe (16) ausgestattet sind, die, in einer ersten Position, das nachgeordnete Ende (14) des Kanals (13) verschließt und die Öffnung (10) aufdeckt, und die, in einer zweiten Position, das nachgeordnete Ende (14) des Kanals (13) aufdeckt und die Öffnung (10) verschließt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel des Motors auch, wenn sie betätigt werden, auch die Umschaltung der Klappen (15, 16) von einer Position in die andere steuern.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiedenen Klappen (15, 16) mechanisch gekoppelt sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kassette (6) der Abzugshaube (5), parallel zum Kreislauf, der den Ventilator (8) umfasst, den Fettfilter (7) umfasst, eine Öffnung (9) zum Recycling von Luft in der Küche und die Öffnung (10), die ausgelegt ist, um mit dem Leitungsrohr (12) zur Extraktion von Luft verbunden zu sein, einen Kanal (13), der den Ansauganschluss bildet und dazu ausgelegt ist, mit der Rohrleitung (12) zur Extraktion von Luft verbunden zu sein, wobei die Öffnungen (9, 10) und der Kanal (13) mit Klappen (15, 16) assoziiert sind, die gemäß ihrer Position, ihren Verschluss oder ihre Öffnung sicherstellen.
