Claims (4)

  1. Système de fermeture pour un clapet de fermeture (4) prévu au niveau d'un conteneur de transport (1) pourvu d'un cadre de conteneur (2) pouvant être posé de façon ajustée sur un châssis d'arrimage (3) au niveau d'une station de déchargement, avec un dispositif de rotation permettant de déplacer le clapet de fermeture (4) dans une position ouverte et une position fermée et un dispositif de verrouillage permettant de verrouiller le clapet de fermeture (4) en position fermée, caractérisé en ce que :
    - un arbre de clapet (5) dont l'autre extrémité est disposée de façon pivotante dans le cadre de conteneur (2) et prend la forme d'un premier élément de jonction (7) engrène le clapet de fermeture (4) dans le plan axial par rapport à l'axe de rotation (24) ;
    - le premier élément de jonction (7) est couplé dans le plan axial à l'aide d'un appariement fixe sans rotation d'un ressort (17) dans une rainure (16) avec un deuxième élément de jonction (10) disposé dans le cadre de conteneur (2) et mobile dans le plan axial, un ressort de compression (11) à action axiale étant disposé de telle sorte entre le premier élément de jonction (7) et le deuxième élément de jonction (10) que le premier élément de jonction (7) et le deuxième élément de jonction (10) sont comprimés séparément ;
    - le deuxième élément de jonction (10) engrène en position fermée le clapet de fermeture (4) dans un élément de verrouillage fixe sans rotation et peut être déplacé dans la direction axiale pour ouvrir le clapet de fermeture (4), le deuxième élément de jonction (10) étant hors prise par rapport à l'élément de verrouillage ;
    - le dispositif de rotation étant pourvu d'un châssis d'arrimage (3) maintenu de telle sorte sur un support mobile (21) qu'en position de repos du conteneur de transport (1) avec le cadre de conteneur (2) posé sur le châssis d'arrimage (3), un arbre d'entraînement (28) du dispositif de rotation et l'arbre de clapet (5) reposent sur un seul axe ;
    - pour déplacer le clapet de fermeture (4) au niveau du deuxième élément de jonction (10) et au niveau de l'arbre d'entraînement (28), des éléments de couplage (26, 27) adaptés l'un à l'autre par complémentarité de forme sont prévus, lesdits éléments pouvant être couplés ou découplés l'un de l'autre par déplacement du support (21) du dispositif de rotation, le deuxième élément de verrouillage (10) étant déplacé dans le plan axial dans la position couplée et découplé d'avec le premier élément de jonction (7).
  2. Système de fermeture pour un clapet de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de jonction (7) et le deuxième élément de jonction (10) sont disposés ensemble dans un coussinet (8).
  3. Système de fermeture pour un clapet de fermeture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de clapet (5) est réalisé sous la forme d'un arbre à articulation croisée pour compenser les tolérances de fabrication.
  4. Système de fermeture pour un clapet de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de rotation est tourné de façon pneumatique, hydraulique ou électromotorisée et peut être déplacé sur le support (21).
