Claims (8)
- Machine à cintrer (3), convenant pour réaliser des cages repliées sur elles-mêmes, fabriquées à partir de treillis en fil (1) soudés électriquement, caractérisée en ce que la ligne de pliage est inclinée sur la ligne orthogonale de la direction d'avancement, la machine à cintrer (3) étant une machine à cintrer en ligne de type à deux fronts, pouvant prendre une position située perpendiculairement à la direction d'avancement du treillis en fil (1) soudé électriquement à cintrer, et fixée de manière articulée au sol ou sur une autre structure porteuse, pour pouvoir être orientée par un ou plusieurs moyens actionneurs (8), au moyen d'une commande automatique, lorsqu'est effectué un cintrage situé en superposition à un cintrage déjà effectué précédemment, et la machine à cintrer (3) pouvant être orientée angulairement alternativement dans les deux directions, par un ou plusieurs moyens actionneurs (8), au moyen d'une commande automatique, d'un angle de valeur déterminée, suffisant pour placer les uns à côté des autres les fers ronds longitudinaux (1.1) du treillis en fil (1) pendant la phase de cintrage.
- Machine à cintrer (3) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la machine à cintrer (3) est ancrée à pivotement au sol ou sur une autre surface d'appui, selon un axe vertical, de préférence dans l'axe médian (2) par rapport à la direction et la surface de travail, pour diminuer la valeur de l'angle d'inclinaison de l'ensemble de la machine à cintrer (3).
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est montée rigidement au sol ou sur des surfaces d'appui appropriées, et présente des tourillons de cintrage (10) centraux, pour résoudre les problèmes connexes aux cintrages situés en superposition, lors de la fabrication de cages complexes, tourillons de cintrage montés de manière alignée sur une table à chariot (4) mobile appropriée, située perpendiculairement à la direction d'avancement du treillis en fil (1) et actionné, sur la fin, au moins par un dispositif actionneur (8) de haute précision, en mesure d'effectuer simultanément une translation commandée de tous les tourillons de cintrage (10), la translation des tourillons de cintrage (10) s'effectuant au moment initial de la phase de cintrage, faisant que la trajectoire de cintrage final est modifiée, les fers ronds longitudinaux (1.1) de deux de cintrages repliés sur soi, se suivant l'un l'autre, étant placés les uns à côté des autres.
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les tourillons de cintrage (10) montés sur une table à chariot (4) sont en forme de C, orientés perpendiculairement à la direction d'avancement du treillis en fil (1) et des fers ronds longitudinaux (1.1) à cintrer, les tourillons de cintrage (10) sont d'une forme particulière et arrondis, sur la face extérieure supérieure, et présentent, sur la face inférieure du tronçon de cintrage, une entaille (11) en forme d'arc de cercle, orientée perpendiculairement par rapport à un tourillons de cintrage (10) respectif, tandis que l'extrémité restante présente des rainures longitudinales (12) continues, légèrement en forme d'arc de cercle.
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que, pour effectuer une succession de cintrages pour des cages en superposition, à forme complexe, par placement les uns à côté des autres de fers ronds longitudinaux (1.1) à cintrer, elle est équipée de barres de cintrage (5, 6) en amont et, en aval, de tourillons de cintrage (10) centraux et de douilles (13) particulières à forme conique, situées dans la direction de passage du fer rond longitudinal (1.1) du treillis à cintrer, disposant d'une surface extérieure de cintrage variant d'un plus grand diamètre extérieur à un plus petit diamètre final, les fers ronds longitudinaux (1.1) à cintrer étant initialement en contact avec une surface conique d'un plus grand diamètre, tandis que les fers ronds longitudinaux (1.1) à cintrer, immédiatement au début de la phase de cintrage proprement dite, glissent latéralement par rapport à l'extrémité conique d'une douille (13) respective, le déplacement suffisant pour dévier le fer rond longitudinal (1.1) cintré et l'adjoindre à celui ayant été cintré préalablement normalement, sans déplacement transversal de la barre.
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les barres de cintrage (5, 6), en amont et en aval des tourillons de cintrage (10) centraux, sont composées d'une succession, et sont positionnées à la position correcte par rapport aux propriétés du treillis en fil se trouvant en cours de traitement, par des douilles cylindriques appropriées et/ou les douilles (13) coniques, dans les deux directions, et/ou par des douilles présentant des entailles annuaires, présentant une section transversale en forme de demi-cercle ou en forme d'arc de cercle, alignées en continu les unes les autres, ou par les barres elles-mêmes, qui sont de cette manière travaillées.
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle utilise des tiges filetées (15) à pas pentu, que ce soit de type soit rigide, que ce soit commandées en tournant sur elles-mêmes, à titre de barres de cintrage extérieures (5) et (6), ayant des moyens appropriés convenant à cette fin.
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 5, 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que les barres de cintrage extérieures (5, 6) amont et aval, lorsqu'elles accomplissent leurs déplacements transversaux par rapport à la direction d'avancement du treillis, sont commandées automatiquement par des moyens actionneurs appropriés, pendant les phases de cintrage, ou en tournant sur elles même dans le cas de barres (5) et (6) de type fileté.
