Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Ermittlung von Sprühparametern zur Steuerung eines Sprühmittel einsetzenden Lackiergerätes, welches über eine zu lackierende Fläche bewegt wird, insbesondere ein Roboter mit einer Lackierapplikation. Ein bekanntes Sprühbild wird mit bekannten Sprühparametern und Lackmenge für eine vorgegebene Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Lackiergerätes bereitgestellt, und eine Lackmenge wird auf eine neue Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit im Vergleich zur vorgegebenen Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit angepasst. Zudem werden neue Sprühparameter unter Beibehaltung eines zum bekannten Sprühbild ähnlichen Sprühbildes auf die angepasste Lackmenge berechnet.
