Abstract

Schließteil (10) für eine aus einem metallenen oder aus Kunststoff bestehenden Wetterschenkel (12) und einem damit im Gebrauchszustand auf dessen Türseite verrasteten, eine thermische Trennung bildenden Hohlprofil (14) bestehenden Schwelle (16).
Diese Aufgabe wird bei dem Schließteil der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, dass das Schließteil als Arretierungsteil (10) im Falzraum der Schwelle (16) derart einsetzbar ist, dass zumindest ein Abschnitt des Arretierungsteils (10) auf dem zur Türseite weisenden Ende des Wetterschenkels (12) zur Auflage bringbar ist.
