Claims (5)
- Machine de traitement de feuilles, en particulier une machine à gaufrer et à découper des feuilles (100) ayant au moins une station de traitement (2, 3) et une flèche (4), un système de transport (7),pour le guidage de feuille et un dispositif pneumatique d'étirage et de freinage de feuille (20) se trouvant dans la flèche (4) et/ou dans un plan parallèlement et à proximité immédiate du plan de transport de la feuille et présentant des ouvertures d'aspiration (21) orientées vers le plan de transport de feuille où règne une dépression, la dépression étant générée par des générateurs de dépression (22) qui subissent l'impact de l'air de soufflage (b) par au moins un raccord (A) avec l'air de soufflage (b), et la dépression étant transmise par un système de canaux d'air d'aspiration (23) pour les ouvertures d'aspiration (21) caractérisée en ce
que le dispositif d'étirage et de freinage (20) possède un dispositif pour le nettoyage, qui présente au moins un raccord (B), qui peut être soumis à de l'air de soufflage (b) et qui est relié par des canaux au système de canaux d'air d'aspiration (23) du dispositif d'étirage et de freinage de feuille (20) pour purger le système de canaux d'air d'aspiration (23) et les ouvertures d'aspiration (21). - Machine de traitement de feuilles selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce
que la machine de traitement de feuilles comporte une commande (15) pour activer le dispositif en vue du nettoyage du dispositif d'étirage et de freinage de feuille (20). - Procédé de nettoyage d'un dispositif d'étirage et de freinage de feuille pneumatique (20) d'une machine de traitement de feuilles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par l'étape de procédé consistant à purger le système de canaux d'air d'aspiration (23), les ouvertures d'aspiration (21) et les générateurs de dépression (22) par impact simultané avec l'air soufflé (b) d'au moins un raccord (B) du dispositif d'étirage et de freinage de feuille (20).
- Procédé de nettoyage d'un dispositif d'étirage et de freinage de feuille (20) d'une machine de traitement de feuilles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé par le système de canaux d'air d'aspiration (23), des ouvertures d'aspiration (21) et ledit générateur de vide (22) par l'actionnement simultané du générateur de dépression (22) et d'su moins une borne (A) du dispositif d'étirage et de freinage de feuille (20) avec l'air de soufflage (b).
- Procédé de nettoyage d'un dispositif d'étirage et de freinage de feuille pneumatique (20) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les étapes de procédéa) nettoyage selon la revendication 4b) nettoyage selon la revendication 5.
