Claims (6)
- Injecteur de carburant pour un moteur à combustion interne doté d'un organe de soupape d'injection comportant une aiguille de buse (13) guidée de façon mobile dans le plan axial dans un corps de buse (12) et reliée à un piston de coupleur (34) du côté d'aiguille de buse agissant sur une chambre de commande (38) et avec un actionneur (20) disposé dans un corps d'injecteur (10) et relié à un piston de coupleur (21) du côté d'actionneur alimentant en pression ou déchargeant en pression une chambre de coupleur (32), un disque intermédiaire (40) étant disposé entre le corps d'injecteur (10) et le corps de buse (12) et comportant un canal (50) avec lequel la chambre de coupleur (32) et la chambre de commande (38) sont reliées de façon hydraulique et l'aiguille de buse (13) étant soulevée par un siège de joint d'aiguille de buse (14) en fonction de la pression régnant dans la chambre de commande (38), provoquant l'injection du carburant reposant dans une chambre de pression d'aiguille de buse (16) et alimenté en pression du système, le canal (40) contenant un étranglement (51) hydraulique comportant au moins deux sections (52, 53) avec différentes sections transversales d'écoulement et la première section (52) avec la plus petite section transversale d'écoulement étant orientée vers la chambre de coupleur (32) et la deuxième section (53) avec la plus grande section transversale d'écoulement étant orientée vers la chambre de commande (38), caractérisé en ce qu'une troisième section (54) est placée en amont de la première section (52) par rapport à la chambre de coupleur (32) et qu'une quatrième section (55) est placée en amont de la deuxième section (53) par rapport à la chambre de commande (38) et que la troisième section (54) et la quatrième section (55) possèdent pour l'essentiel la même section transversale d'écoulement à leur tour supérieure à la plus grande section transversale d'écoulement de la deuxième section (53).
- Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une transition (56) s'étendant de façon conique et se rétrécissant en direction de la deuxième section (53) est réalisée entre la quatrième section (55) associée à la chambre de commande (38) et la deuxième section (53) de l'étranglement (51).
- Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le canal (40) est disposé de façon excentrée par rapport à l'axe central de la chambre de commande (38) dans le disque intermédiaire (40).
- Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plus petite section transversale d'écoulement de la section (52) comporte une surface AD et que la chambre de commande (38) comporte une surface de section transversale AS et que le rapport de la surface AD sur la surface de section r transversale AS est compris entre 0,05 et 0,1, de préférence de 0,075 à 0,08.
- Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le disque intermédiaire (40) comporte au moins un canal de liaison (45) reliant sur le plan hydraulique une chambre sous haute pression (17) à la chambre d'aiguille de buse (16).
- Injecteur de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs canaux de liaison (45) en forme de cercle disposés autour de l'axe central de la chambre de commande (38) sont prévus dans le disque intermédiaire (40).
