Claims (8)

  1. Luminaire encastré en guise d'éclairage extérieur et intérieur avec une plaque de diodes électroluminescentes (20) disposée dans un boîtier (11), laquelle plaque peut être insérée dans un trou oblong (26) d'une paroi (27) d'un tube avec une paroi (29) additionnelle située en vis-à-vis, le boîtier (11) présentant, de manière correspondante à la forme du trou oblong (26), une largeur correspondant à la largeur de celui-ci et une longueur supérieure à la longueur de celui-ci, et entre les deux extrémités de brides (12) munies d'entailles du boîtier (11), une saillie avec une sortie de lumière (15) et une surface de sortie de lumière (16) étant formée dont la hauteur correspond à l'épaisseur de la paroi (27), de sorte qu'il est possible de loger le luminaire encastré avec la surface de sortie de lumière (16) en affleurement avec le côté extérieur de la paroi (27), le boîtier (11) présentant un espace creux dans lequel la plaque de diodes électroluminescentes (20) avec des moyens de raccordement à une alimentation électrique est insérée, et le boîtier (11) présentant des moyens pour fixer le luminaire encastré (10) sur la paroi (27), caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit, en tant que moyen pour fixer, au moins un ressort de rappel en appui sur la paroi (29) située en vis-à-vis de la paroi (27) munie du trou oblong (26).
  3. Luminaire encastré selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit, en guise de ressort de rappel, deux ressorts de pression (18) disposés par paire, lesquels sont disposés pour la fixation du côté du boîtier (11) situé en vis-à-vis de celui de la sortie de la lumière (15) et dont l'une des extrémités sont insérées dans des passages (13) dans les extrémités de brides (12), et dont les autres extrémités, après le positionnement du luminaire (10), reposent avec une tension élastique contre la paroi (29) du tube (25) située en vis-à-vis de la paroi (27) avec le trou oblong (26).
  4. Luminaire encastré selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort d'étrier (19) est prévu en guise de ressorts de tension, lesquels sont disposés pour leur fixation sur le côté du boîtier (11) situé en vis-à-vis de celui de la sortie de la lumière (15), et dont les extrémités sont insérées dans les passages (13) des extrémités de bride (12), et dont les sommets d'étrier, après le positionnement du luminaire (10), reposent avec une tension élastique contre la paroi (29) située en vis-à-vis de la paroi (27) munie du trou oblong (26).
  5. Luminaire encastré selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de diodes électroluminescentes (20) est munie d'un certain nombre de diodes électroluminescentes (21), lesquelles sont couplées en un ou plusieurs groupes, chaque groupe présentant au moins un raccord propre pour l'alimentation en courant.
  6. Luminaire encastré selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (11) est fabriqué en tant que pièce en matière synthétique, de préférence en tant que pièce de coulage par injection en matière synthétique.
  7. Luminaire encastré selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en que l'on prévoit des supports de plaque (14) dans l'espace creux du boîtier (11), lesquelles accueillent la plaque de diodes électroluminescentes (20) insérée et la tiennent de manière à ce que chacune des diodes (21) soit orientée avec sa surface frontale (22) vers la sortie de lumière (15) du boîtier (11), et une matière synthétique claire étant prévue au moins pour la sortie de lumière (15), l'espace creux étant de préférence coulé avec de la résine.
