Claims (14)

  1. Vorgefertigtes Modul mit Holzgerüst, wobei das besagte Gerüst eine untere waagerechte Abschlussleiste (7), eine obere waagerechte Abschlussleiste (8) und zwei Pfosten (6) sowie eine Verspannungsplatte (9) auf der einen von seinen Seiten umfasst, die mit einem Isolierstoff (10) gefüllt ist, wobei sie gegebenenfalls mit einer Dampfsperr- uhd/oder Regenschutzfölie ausgestattet sei, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem einen inneren Rahmen (3) aufweist, der von dem Gerüst des Moduls getrennt ist, der an dem besagten Gerüst auf der anderen Seite des Moduls angebracht ist, der mit einer Deckplatte (4) ausgestattet ist, wobei der besagte innere Rahmen (3) innerlich des Moduls einen Hohlraum (5) mit einer Dicke schafft, die zumindest gleich groß ist wie jene des inneren Rahmens, wobei das besagte Modul dank einem oder mehreren elektrischen Kabeln verdrahtet sei, die in dem besagten inneren Rahmen (3) verwahrt und befestigt sind.
  2. Wohnung der Art Haus oder dergleichen, die aus der Zusammenfügung von vorgefertigten Modulen gemacht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Wandmodule auf den äußeren Seiten der Wohnung vorgefertigte Module nach Anspruch 1 sind, wobei die besagten Wand- oder Trennwandmodule auf den inneren Seiten der Wohnung im wesentlichen durch ein Holzgerüst gebildet seien, aufweisend außerdem auf ihrer inneren Seite bzw. auf ihren inneren Seiten, die auf die Wohnräume der Wohnung ausgerichtet sind, einen inneren Rahmen (3), der von dem Gerüst des besagten Moduls getrennt ist, der an dem besagten Gerüst angebracht ist, aufnehmend eine Deckplatte (4), auf solche Art und Weise, um innerlich des besagten Moduls einen Hohlraum (5) mit einer Dicke zu schaffen, die zumindest gleich groß ist wie jene des besagten inneren Rahmens (3), wobei der besagte innere Rahmen (3) die häusliche elektrische Verkabelung (C) der Wohnung verwahrt.
  3. Wohnung nach Anspruch 2, in der der Hohlraum (5) der Module (1) die besagte Verkabelung (C) des elektrischen Stromversorgungsnetzes (30) der häuslichen elektrischen Anlage der besagten Wohnung aufnimmt, wobei die besagte häusliche elektrische Anlage verschiedene elektrische Geräte aufweist, die mit Strom betrieben und versorgt werden sollen, wie insbesondere Beleuchtungsgeräte, Heizgeräte oder auch Geräte, die ein motorisch angetriebenes Element umfassen, wie ein Rollladen, ein Rollo oder eine Garagentür, oder auch jedes andere elektrische Gerät aufweist, das durch einen Kabel ab einer insbesondere einphasigen elektrischen Stromversorgung versorgt wird, wobei die besagten elektrischen Geräte insbesondere auf Dauer an das Stromversorgungsnetz in der Wohnung angeschlossen seien oder auch abnehmbar und durch einen Stecker an das elektrische Stromnetz anschließbar vorgesehen seien, und in welcher die besagte Verkabelung (C) des elektrischen Stromversorgungsnetzes außerdem zumindest eine elektrische Steuer- und Stromversorgungsvorrichtung umfasst, deren Funktionsprinzip auf der Überlagerung der Steuersignale, wie zum Beispiel binäre Impulse oder Wörter, mit der Versorgungsspannung des besagten elektrischen Stromversorgungsnetzes basiert, wobei die besagte Vorrichtung für jedes anzusteuernde und zu versorgende elektrische Gerät Folgendes umfasst:
    - zumindest einen Steuerstromkreis (31), umfassend einen Eingang (33) für ein Befehlssignal, einen Sender, der an das elektrische Stromversorgungsnetz angeschlossen ist, wobei der besagte Kreis geeignet sei, um Steuersignale zu schaffen und sie mit der Versorgungsspannung des besagten elektrischen Stromversorgungsnetzes zu überlagern,
    - eine Relaiskette (32), umfassend einen Empfänger, der an das elektrische Netz angeschlossen ist, sowie einen Stromeingang (34) und einen Stromausgang (35), die entsprechend an das besagte elektrische Netz bzw. an das zu betreibende und zu versorgende elektrische Gerät angeschlossen sind, wobei die besagte Relaiskette (32), einerseits, den Empfang und die Demodulation der Steuersignale erlaubt, und, andererseits, die Ansteuerung und die Versorgung der besagten angeschlossenen elektrischen Geräte in Abhängigkeit von den demodulierten Signalen, wobei zumindest der besagte Steuerstromkreis (31) und die Relaisschaltung (32) die Form von Kästen annehmen, die innerlich in den besagten Modulen angebracht sind.
  4. Wohnung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, umfassend auf der inneren Seite der Wohnung zumindest ein Wandmodul, das durch ein Holzgerüst gebildet sei, wobei das besagte innere Wandmodul auf jeder von seinen beiden Seiten, die hinsichtlich des Gerüstes auf den Innenraum der Wohnung gerichtet sind, den besagten inneren Rahmen (3) aufweist, der von dem Gerüst des Moduls getrennt ist, der an dem besagten Gerüst angebracht ist, aufnehmend eine innere Deckplatte, auf solche Art und Weise, um innerlich des Moduls einen Hohlraum mit einer Dicke zu schaffen, die zumindest gleich groß ist wie jene der Dicke des besagten inneren Rahmens, wobei der besagte innere Rahmen die elektrische Verkabelung (C) der häuslichen elektrischen Anlage der Wohnung aufnimmt.
  5. Wohnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, umfassend zumindest ein Trennwandmodul (12), das im wesentlichen durch ein Gerüst (22) gebildet ist, welches zumindest zwei Pfosten (11), einen oberen Querbalken (121) und einen unteren Querbalken (122) umfasst, wobei das besagte Modul (12) auf einer von seinen Seiten, die hinsichtlich des Gerüstes auf den Innenraum der Wohnung ausgerichtet ist, den besagten inneren Rahmen (3) aufweist, der von dem Gerüst des Moduls getrennt ist, der an dem besagten Gerüst angebracht ist, aufnehmend die innere Deckplatte, auf solche Art und Weise, um innerlich des Moduls einen Hohlraum mit einer Dicke zu schaffen, die zumindest gleich groß ist wie jene der Dicke des besagten inneren Rahmens, wobei der besagte innere Rahmen die elektrische Verkabelung (C) der häuslichen elektrischen Anlage der Wohnung aufnimmt.
  6. Wohnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, umfassend innerlich oder äußerlich zumindest ein Eckmodul (13, 14), das vorgesehen ist, um zwei innere zueinander nicht parallele Wandmodule zu verbinden bzw. um noch zwei äußerliche zueinander nicht parallele Wandmodule (11) zu verbinden, aufweisend auf seiner inneren Seite bzw. auf seinen inneren Seiten, die hinsichtlich des Gerüsts auf den Innenraum der Wohnung ausgerichtet sind, einen inneren Rahmen (3), der von dem Gerüst des Moduls getrennt ist, der an dem besagten Gerüst angebracht ist, aufnehmend eine innere Deckplatte, auf solche Art und Weise, um innerlich des Moduls einen Hohlraum mit einer Dicke zu schaffen, die zumindest gleich groß ist wie jene der Dicke des besagten inneren Rahmens, wobei der besagte innere Rahmen die elektrische Verkabelung (C) der häuslichen elektrischen Anlage der Wohnung aufnimmt.
  7. Wohnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, in der der besagte innere Rahmen (3) durch die senkrechten Stäbe (13), durch einen unteren waagerechten Stab (141) und einen oberen waagerechten Stab (142) gebildet ist, wobei zumindest der eine von den besagten waagerechten Stäben (141, 142) eine Dicke aufweist, die kleiner ist als jene der senkrechten Stäbe (13), derart, um den Durchlass für die Kabel, Rohre oder dergleichen durch den oberen Teil und/oder durch den unteren Teil des besagten inneren Rahmens (3) erlauben zu könnten.
  8. Wohnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, in der der besagte innere Rahmen (3) und seine innere Deckplatte (4) teilweise die innere Seite des Gerüstes (21, 22, 23, 24), der Wand- (1) oder Trennwandmodule bedecken, derart, um zumindest einen Durchbruch (15, 16) für den Zugang zum Hohlraum (5) zu lassen, der durch die Abdeckung (17, 18) abgedichtet ist.
  9. Wohnung nach Anspruch 8, in der die besagten Mauer- (1) oder Trennwandmodule einen oberen Längsdurchbruch (15) für den Zugang zum Hohlraum (5) aufweisen, der durch ein Gesims (17) abgedichtet ist, und/oder die besagten Module einen unteren Längsdurchbruch (16) für den Zugang zum Hohlraum (5) aufweisen, der durch eine Plinthe (18) abgedichtet ist.
  10. Wohnung nach Anspruch 9, in der der besagte Hohlraum gegenüber dem besagten Durchbruch (16) mit der Bezeichnung Plinthe-Hohlraum die Rohrleitungen aufnimmt, und/oder der besagte Hohlraum gegenüber dem besagten oberen Durchbruch (15) mit der Bezeichnung Gesimshohlraum die Verkabelung der Stromversorgung aufnimmt.
  11. Wohnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, in der das Gerüst der Module Ausbohrungen (20) wie schmale Öffnungen und/oder Bohrlöcher aufweist, in deren Innern die Muttern hineingepresst sind.
  12. Wohnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, in der der innere Raum eines Wandmoduls auf der Außenseite der Wohnung den besagten Dämmstoff (10) und die besagte Dampfsperrfolie aufnimmt, wobei die äußerliche Seite des Gerüstes eines Wandmoduls mit der besagten Regenschutzfolie (22) versehen sei, und auch die Außenlatte/-n (23, 24), einerseits, das Tragen einer Außenverblendung (25), zum Beispiel aus Beton, Ziegelsteinen, Holzbrettern oder dergleichen, und, andererseits, die Schaffung eines Luftspalts (26) zwischen der besagten Außenverblendung (2-5) und der besagten äußerlichen Seite der Module sichert/-n.
  13. Wohnung nach Anspruch 12, in der die intermodulare Abdichtung zwischen den Wandmodulen auf der Außenseite der Wohnung durch die Latten (24) mit T-förmigem Querschnitt gesichert ist, deren senkrechter Streckenrand in eine Rille eingreift, die zwischen zwei Verspannungsplatten (9) von zwei aufeinander folgenden Modulen (11, 12) gebildet ist, wobei der besagte waagerechte Streckenrand, einerseits, das Tragen der Außenverblendung (25) aus Beton, Ziegelsteinen, Holzbrettern oder dergleichen, und, andererseits, die Schaffung des Luftspalts (26) zwischen der besagten Außenverblendung (25) und der äußeren Seite der Module sichert.
  14. Wohnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, in der wenigstens das eine von den Modulen (1) außerdem eine von folgenden Ausstattungen allein oder in Kombination umfasst:
    - einen sich öffnenden Flügel (26) wie eine Tür, eine Glasöffnung, ein Fenster, eine Garagentür,
    - Rollladenkasten (27) und verknüpfte Führungsschienen,
    - Solarpanel oder fotovoltaische Zelle.
