Description
- La présente invention se rapporte aux groupes motopompes et, plus particulièrement, à ceux permettant d'aspirer les flottants, notamment pour le pompage des eaux noires ou eaux-vannes. On appelle eaux noires ou eaux-vannes des eaux usées comportant des rejets d'eau de toilette.
- On connaît déjà un groupe motopompe de ce genre ayant un axe vertical. Il a en bas un fond d'aspiration. La paroi intérieure du fond d'aspiration délimite une ouïe d'aspiration. La paroi extérieure du fond d'aspiration délimite une zone d'alimentation. Une première partie du bord inférieur libre de la paroi extérieure est à un niveau plus bas que le bord inférieur libre de la paroi intérieure. Pour faciliter le pompage des flottants, mousse et autres graisses qui restent en surface d'une suspension à pomper, il est déjà connu d'incliner un groupe motopompe de ce type. Pour l'incliner, il est prévu un pied d'assise à griffe d'adaptation inclinée. La griffe d'un pied d'assise de ce genre est plus lourde qu'une griffe normale et surtout plus difficile à fabriquer. On peut aussi prévoir pour l'inclinaison que le pied d'assise ait une face d'appui inclinée, mais on perd alors la possibilité de monter le groupe motopompe verticalement, avec les avantages de symétrie d'aspiration et d'aspiration plus bas dans le puisard.
- Au
EP-A-1 739 311 , on décrit un dispositif de prévention des vortex mis dans un puisard et qui se combine à une pompe. - L'invention vise un groupe motopompe du type mentionné ci-dessus, dans lequel on conserve, pour la plus grande partie du fonctionnement de la pompe, la symétrie d'aspiration, tout en ayant un niveau d'aspiration dans le puisard aussi bas que possible, mais sans pour autant avoir besoin d'un agencement compliqué et coûteux.
- Suivant l'invention le bord inférieur d'une deuxième partie de la paroi extérieure est à un niveau supérieur au bord inférieur de la paroi intérieure.
- On n'a plus besoin ainsi d'incliner le groupe motopompe. Lorsque le niveau du liquide dans le puisard devient juste inférieur au niveau du bord inférieur libre de la paroi extérieure, le liquide mais surtout les flottants sont aspirés par la partie de l'ouïe d'aspiration délimitée par la deuxième partie de la paroi extérieure, tandis que le reste de l'ouïe d'aspiration continue à aspirer normalement le liquide. On continue à pomper du liquide, ce qui contribue à entraîner les flottants dans la pompe. Après que le puisard a été vidé et qu'il commence à se remplir, l'agencement suivant l'invention permet de dégazer la zone d'alimentation et de ne pas emprisonner de l'air dans l'ouïe d'aspiration. La pompe est ainsi facile à réamorcer.
- De préférence, la deuxième partie de la paroi extérieure est inclinée par rapport à l'axe. Cela permet d'obtenir un gradient de vitesse plus progressif pour le pompage des flottants. L'angle d'inclinaison est compris de préférence entre 30° et 60°.
- De préférence, la deuxième partie a une longueur périphérique représentant de 10 à 40 % de la somme des longueurs périphériques de la première partie et de la deuxième partie du bord inférieur libre. On préfère tout particulièrement que ce pourcentage soit d'environ 25 à 35 %.
- On préfère en outre que la deuxième partie se trouve du côté du groupe opposé à celui où se trouve la tubulure de refoulement du groupe motopompe. Le pompage des flottants est ainsi facilité, car il n'est pas gêné par la tubulure de refoulement et le pied d'assise si l'en existe un.
- C'est en effet aussi un avantage de la présente invention que de permettre d'obtenir l'élimination des flottants sans que la pompe soit sur un pied d'assise. On peut obtenir cette élimination même lorsque la pompe est munie de moyens de montage sur trépied.
- Au
EP 1 739 311 , on décrit des dispositifs rapportés dans la fosse, qui servent à guider le liquide à pomper pour empêcher la création de vortex en surface de la nappe d'eau. Ces dispositifs ne font pas parti du groupe moto pompe proprement dit. On cherche à diminuer la vitesse de l'eau, alors que, suivant la présente invention, on l'augmente par la deuxième partie relativement petite, pour mieux entraîner les flottants. Le groupe motopompe suivant l'invention est d'un type que celui d'écrit à ce document antérieur, qui n'a pas de pied d'assise, ni de zone d'alimentation délimitée par des parois parallèles à l'axe du groupe. - Aux dessins annexés, donnés uniquement à titre d'exemple :

figure 1 est une vue en coupe d'un groupe motopompe suivant l'invention, tandis que - la
figure 2 en est une vue partielle en plan par en dessous. - Le groupe motopompe représenté à la
figure 1 comprend un arbre 1 définissant l'axe vertical du groupe, l'arbre 1 forme le rotor d'un moteur électrique dont le stator porte le repère 2. Sur l'arbre 1 est calé dans la partie basse un impulseur 3. En dessous de l'impulseur est fixé par des vis 4 un fond 5 d'aspiration. Le fond 5 a une paroi 6 extérieure annulaire verticale et une paroi 7 intérieure annulaire verticale. La paroi intérieure est plus près de l'arbre 1 dans la direction horizontale, la paroi 6 en étant plus éloignée. La paroi 7 délimite une ouïe d'aspiration. La paroi 6 extérieure délimite une zone 10 d'aspiration. Une première partie 11 du bord 12 inférieur libre de la paroi 6 extérieure est à un niveau plus bas que le bord 13 inférieur libre de la paroi 7 intérieure. Mais le bord 14 inférieur libre d'une deuxième partie 15 de la paroi 6 extérieure est à un niveau supérieur au bord 13 inférieur de la paroi 7 intérieure. La deuxième partie 15 est inclinée d'un angle de 30° à 60° et son angle au centre est de 120°. Cet angle petit donne une grande vitesse à l'eau qui entraîne les flottants qui sont bien aspirés. - Le liquide aspiré par l'ouïe d'aspiration est refoulé par une tubulure 16 de refoulement. Le groupe est porté sur un trépied 17.
- La deuxième partie 15 se trouve du côté du groupe opposé à celui où se trouve la tubulure 16 de refoulement.
- On monte le groupe en mettant son axe verticalement. Un groupe suivant l'invention est apte à pomper efficacement les flottants sans qu'il soit nécessaire de l'incliner.
Claims (6)
- Groupe motopompe d'axe (1) vertical muni de moyen pour le monter sur pied d'assise ou sur trépied (17), ayant en bas un fond (5) d'aspiration dont la paroi (7) intérieure annulaire verticale délimite une ouïe (9) d'aspiration et dont le bord de la paroi (6) extérieure annulaire verticale délimite une zone (10) d'alimentation, une première partie (11) du bord (12) inférieur libre de la paroi (6) extérieure étant à un niveau plus bas que le bord (13) inférieur libre de la paroi (7) intérieure, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur d'une deuxième partie (15) de la paroi (6) extérieure est à niveau supérieur au bord (13) inférieur de la paroi (7) intérieure.
- Groupe suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie de la paroi extérieure est inclinée par rapport à l'axe.
- Groupe suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison est compris entre 30° et 60°.
- Groupe suivant la revendication 1 2 ou 3, ayant une tubulure (16) de refoulement, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie (15) se trouve du côté du groupe opposé à celui où se trouve la tubulure (16) de refoulement.
- Groupe suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie a une longueur périphérique représentant de 10 à 40 % de la somme des longueurs périphériques de la première partie et de la deuxième partie.
- Procédé d'aspiration des flottants dans une fosse, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à mettre un groupe motopompe suivant l'une des revendications précédentes dans la fosse et à l'y faire fonctionner.
