Claims (9)

    au moins un dispositif d'application et/ou d'activation d'adhésif, et
    un dispositif de pressage (30), qui comprend au moins un élément de pressage (32) prévu pour rouler contre le matériau de bordure (2) lors du pressage,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'encollage de bordure (1) comprend en outre un système de pressage de coin (40) qui possède au moins un élément de pressage de coin (42), celui-ci présentant aux moins deux surfaces de pressage de coin (44, 46) qui se recoupent mutuellement sous un angle, et
    ledit au moins un élément de pressage de coin (42) est prévu de telle façon qu'il peut être séparé d'un matériau de bordure (2) qu'il s'agit de presser contre une pièce à oeuvrer (4) pendant que ledit au moins un élément de pressage (32) roule contre le matériau de bordure (2) qu'il s'agit de presser contre une pièce à oeuvrer (4).

  3. Dispositif d'encollage de bordure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément de pressage de coin (42) entoure au moins partiellement ledit au moins un élément de pressage (32).
  4. Dispositif d'encollage de bordure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un outil d'usinage pour l'usinage du matériau de bordure, en particulier l'usinage avec l'enlèvement de matière.
  5. Dispositif d'encollage de bordure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un tronçon de raccordement (22) au moyen duquel le dispositif d'encollage de bordure est monté interchangeable dans un logement à outils ou à dispositifs d'une unité à broche.
  6. Procédé pour encoller un matériau de bordure (2) sur des pièces à oeuvrer (4) qui sont de préférence constituées au moins partiellement en bois, en matériau à base de bois, en matière plastique ou similaire, en utilisant un dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    pressage d'un premier tronçon (2') d'un matériau de bordure (2) sur une surface (4'), en particulier une surface étroite d'une pièce à oeuvrer (4) en employant ledit au moins un élément de pressage (32), tandis que ledit au moins un élément de pressage de coin (42) est séparé du premier tronçon (2'), et
    pressage d'un second tronçon (2") du matériau de bordure (2) sur la surface (4') de la pièce à oeuvrer (4) en employant ledit au moins un élément de pressage de coin (42), et dans lequel il est prévu un adhésif entre le matériau de bordure (2) et la surface (4') de la pièce à oeuvrer.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de bordure (2) est ensuite découpé dans la zone d'un coin de la pièce à oeuvrer (4) dans lequel la surface (4') de la pièce à oeuvrer est adjacente à une autre surface (4") de la pièce à oeuvrer en formant un angle.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité, produite après la découpe, du matériau de bordure (2) appliqué contre la surface (4'), est usinée à une dimension prédéterminée par rapport à l'autre surface (4"), qui correspond de préférence sensiblement à l'épaisseur du matériau de bordure (2).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes additionnelles suivantes :
    préparation d'un second matériau de bordure (6),
    pressage d'un premier tronçon (6') du second matériau de bordure (6) sur l'autre surface (4") de la pièce à oeuvrer en employant ledit au moins un élément de pressage de coin (42), et
    pressage d'un second tronçon (6") du second matériau de bordure (6) sur l'autre surface (4") en employant ledit au moins un élément de pressage (32), tandis que ledit au moins un élément de pressage de coin (42) est séparé du second tronçon (6"), et dans lequel un adhésif est prévu entre le second matériau de bordure (6) et l'autre surface (4") de la pièce à oeuvrer.
