Definitions
- the invention relates to a timber component, as described in the preamble of claim 1 and a wall element formed from a timber component as described in claim 20.
- a Wandungsbauelement is from the document DE 297 13 908 U1 has become known, which is formed of a plurality of stacked, each single-layer board layers is formed. Each of the individual board layers has a different orientation to the immediately adjacent arranged board position. In this case, a truss structure of spacer bars with longitudinal bars, transverse bars and diagonal bars is formed between fully formed board layers. Between the individual spacer rods of a layer, chambers are formed, which serve to receive insulation material.
- From the document AT 406 596 B is a prefabricated laminated wood element for the production of building walls or ceilings with a plurality of interconnected layers of immediately juxtaposed, board or post-like wood known, the woods of at least two adjacent layers are arranged to extend in different directions.
- a Holzbautafel is disclosed, which is formed of several layers longitudinally and laterally extending boards, each two board layers are formed by spaced apart parallel boards and the board layers offset from each other by a pitch and connected to each other. Between these outer layers forming composite of parallel boards at least one board intermediate layer is provided from perpendicular to this and arranged at a distance from each other boards.
- WO 01/59228 From the WO 01/59228 is a wall element of extending in a vertical direction, connected to each other on longitudinal side surfaces, wood elements known forming two full-surface panels, which are spaced perpendicular to the wood elements between them extending parallel to each other in a vertical distance arranged strips.
- EP 1 734 200 A1 A building wall element and a wood layer composite plate with at least two layers juxtaposed wood bearing layers is known.
- the layers are connected to each other by means of mutually opposite grooves and strips firmly inserted therein, wherein preferably the woods are formed with the grooves and the protruding into this and the woods connecting strips as sliding parts and the compound forms a distance between the layers, in the preferred an insulating material is arranged.
- the document DE 20 2006 005 108 U1 shows a composite component, in particular as a wall, ceiling or roof element for house building, with several successive layers of juxtaposed boards, the boards successive layers aligned differently and the width of a camp with the boards at least the adjacent layer via retaining pins together are connected.
- the object of the invention is to provide a timber component as a planar wall, ceiling or roof element which has a high static strength and to form a spatial structure massively dimensioned connection areas.
- the timber component is achieved by the solid wood layer structure of comprehensive edge areas high stiffening whereby for a permanent connection of adjoining timber components solid edge straps exist. Furthermore, the connections between a plurality of wooden building elements to form building structures can thereby meet the required high strength requirements. But this can also be a stiffening achieved by an overlapping connection of the boards with the spacer boards.
- a further advantageous embodiment describes claims 10, whereby uniform components are used to form the timber component, whereby a high-quality production and economical series production is achieved.
- the invention also relates to a wall element formed from a timber component, as described in claim 20.
- the object of the invention is to provide a wall element which has a modular construction and is adaptable to the different requirements for exterior walls or interior walls, in particular in residential construction.
- This object of the invention is achieved by the reproduced in the characterizing part of claim 20 features.
- the surprising advantage of this is that the training of the Wall element is achieved by appropriate combination of modular wood components.

- Fig. 1 shown possible training is in the second layer 7, in the distance 13 between the upper and lower frame member 17 and parallel to this, and extending between the distance boards 3, at least a board 2 or a bar as a stiffening element 28 possible with the Boards 2 of the first layer 6 and the end face with the distance boards 3 and frame elements 21 is connected.
- the stiffening elements 28 are arranged on the boards 2 of the first layer in a pitch between the distance boards 3 and parallel to this several extending over the distance 13 between the frame members 17.
- these stiffening elements 28 are each offset by half the width 8 to the boards of the first layer 6, whereby the stiffening elements 28 overlap the connecting surfaces of the boards 2 of the first layer on both sides whereby a high Ausbeulfestmaschine the timber component is achieved.
- the insulating layer 27 is arranged.
- FIG. 5 to 7 are now exemplary, in a perpendicular to the footprint 4 Cut plane, wall structures from a combination of timber elements 1 shown, as preferred for wall elements 29 for buildings, for example, as a single-shell or Stephenschalige Partition wall can be combined, for example, as an intermediate wall 30 or outer wall 31.
- the Fig. 6 shows a further construction of the wall element 29 in which on the second layer 7, a further layer of corresponding to the first layer 6 over the entire surface arranged boards 2 is provided. Even with such a construction, the coating 33 can be provided on one or both sides, as shown in broken lines.
- FIG. 7 shown wall element 29, for example, several of the wall elements 1, for example, provided for an outer wall 31.
- the connection can be made both by gluing and / or dowelling, in particular with cylindrical dowels 34 made of wood or by screwing.
- an outer insulation layer 35 is applied, which is further preferably provided with a plaster base layer 36 for an environmental impact-resistant outer plaster.
- Fig. 8 is an area of a building structure 40, consisting of the wall elements 29 formed from the timber elements 1, shown and this is formed, for example by the outer walls 31 which extend in perpendicular to the footprint 4 level and by an intermediate wall shown 30th
- the outer walls 31 are aligned with each other in corner joints 41 in mutually perpendicular planes.
- the intermediate wall 30 is fastened in a T-connection 42 on the full surface, formed by the boards 2 inner cover layer 32 of the timber component 1, aligned at a right angle to an inner surface 43.
- the outer walls 31 are formed of a plurality of the layers 6, 7 each of a full-surface first layer 6 and a clam-shell second layer 7 and the full-surface cover layer 32 forming the inner surface 43.
- the intermediate wall 30 is formed from the full-surface first layer 6 and the multi-layered second layer 7 and the full-surface cover layer 32.
- a butt joint 44 is shown on one of the outer walls 31, in which adjacent wall elements 29, aligned with each other, are connected to each other.
- a fiber course of the boards 2 of the first layer 6 and the cover layer 32 extends in the timber elements 1 in the direction perpendicular to the footprint 4 direction, while the grain of the boards 2 of the second layer 7 is aligned parallel to the footprint 4.

- depressions 50 are provided which form parallel to the surfaces 43, 45 extending support surfaces 51 for connecting strips 52, which with a width 53 on both sides of the end faces 47, 48 extend.
- These connecting strips 52 are preferably formed by blanks made of plywood, which have a high bending stiffness.
- a thickness 54 of the connecting strips 52 is approximately one quarter of the thickness 9 of the boards 2.
- Surfaces 55 of the connecting strips 52 are flush with the surfaces 43, the timber components 1 and are crossing over the connecting strips 52 and the timber components 1 at least partially crossing connecting means 56, For example, countersunk screws for producing the butt joint 44 screwed. Furthermore, the strength of the butt joint 44 is increased by the fact that the connecting strips 52 are glued into the recesses 50.
- Fig. 10 and 11 is the corner joint 41 of the timber elements 1 arranged at a right angle to each other and interconnected, designed as outer walls 31, wall elements 29 shown.
