Claims (19)

  1. Encrier, comprenant au moins une racle de travail et au moins une racle de fermeture, sur chacune desquelles peut être fixée/est fixée une lame de racle, une ouverture étant formée entre les bords des lames de racle, par laquelle l'encre est transférable de l'encrier vers un rouleau de transfert d'encre d'une machine à imprimer, au moins une des lames de racle (3a, 3b) étant pourvue d'un entraînement commandé, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement est prévu pour déplacer au moins temporairement la racle de fermeture d'une position de contact avec la surface d'un rouleau de transfert d'encre (1) vers une position d'espacement par rapport à la surface du rouleau de transfert d'encre (1), en mode d'impression de l'encrier (2) d'une machine à imprimer, et en ce que la lame de la racle de fermeture (3a) est réglable dans une autre position où elle repose contre le bord avant ou sur le bord avant de l'autre lame de racle (3b, 3a) et où l'encrier (2) est fermé par rapport au rouleau de transfert d'encre (1).

  6. Encrier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit encrier comprend des éléments de déplacement (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) pour le déplacement de la lame ou des lames de racle (3a, 3b).
  7. Encrier selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de déplacement (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) sont réalisés sous forme de mécanisme à leviers parallèles (22a, 22b).
  8. Encrier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la ou les lames de racle (3a, 3b) sont déplaçables au moyen d'un entraînement commandable fixement monté dans une machine à imprimer.
  9. Encrier selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une transmission de force est effectuée au moyen d'un accouplement (28) débrayable.
  10. Encrier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit encrier (2) comporte des dispositifs permettant de le maintenir de manière amovible dans un dispositif de réception fixe.
  11. Encrier selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit encrier (2) peut être retiré du dispositif de réception fixe exclusivement dans une seule position définie de la lame de racle (3a, 3b) mobile.
  12. Encrier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux lames de racle (3a, 3b) de l'encrier (2) sont réalisées de manière à être mobiles et sélectivement déplaçables au moyen d'entraînements commandables indépendants l'un de l'autre.
  13. Encrier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'en fonction du sens de rotation du rouleau de transfert d'encre (1), une des lames de racle peut être mise en service comme racle de travail (3b) et l'autre lame de racle comme racle de fermeture (3a).
  14. Encrier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'incidence des lames de racle (3a, 3b) sur la surface du rouleau de transfert d'encre (1) est modifiable à volonté.
  15. Encrier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la grandeur de la fente (4) est réglable entre la lame de la racle de fermeture (3a) et le rouleau de transfert d'encre (1).
  16. Encrier selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la grandeur de la fente (4) entre la lame de la racle de fermeture (3a) et le rouleau de transfert d'encre (1) est réglable en fonction de la vitesse de rotation du rouleau de transfert d'encre (1).
  17. Encrier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un entraînement de soulèvement de la lame de la racle de fermeture est commandé en fonction de la position angulaire de rotation du rouleau de transfert d'encre, de manière à rendre l'espacement dépendant de l'angle de rotation.
  18. Machine à imprimer avec au moins un encrier selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement est prévu pour exécuter le déplacement au moins temporaire de la lame de la racle de fermeture (3a) vers la position d'espacement après un démarrage de la machine à imprimer avec la lame de la racle de fermeture (3a) serrée contre la surface du rouleau de transfert d'encre.
  19. Procédé de fonctionnement d'une machine à imprimer ou d'un groupe d'impression avec au moins un encrier et un rouleau de transfert d'encre, caractérisé en ce qu'après démarrage de la machine à imprimer avec la lame de la racle de fermeture (3a) serrée contre la surface du rouleau de transfert d'encre, la lame de la racle de fermeture (3a) de l'encrier (2) est soulevée au moins temporairement du rouleau de transfert d'encre (1) au moyen d'un entraînement commandé, en mode d'impression du groupe d'impression, et en ce qu'une fente (4) se forme entre la lame de la racle de fermeture (3a) et le rouleau de transfert d'encre (1), par laquelle des corps étranger est introduit dans l'encrier (2).
