Claims (19)
- Abgabesystem (1) für ein flüssiges bis pastöses Produkt zur Plazierung am offenen Ende einer Verpackung (2), wie einer flexiblen Tube oder eines Fläschchens, auf die ein manueller Druck ausgeübt wird, um den Ausfluss des Produkts über eine integrierte Öffnungs- und Schließeinrichtung zu veranlassen, umfassend:- ein Basisteil (3a, 3b), das aus einem Hohlkörper gebildet ist, welcher an dem offenen Ende (4) der Tube (2) befestigt ist und ein Fenster aufweist, das mit einer im Wesentlichen eine entsprechende Form und Abmessungen aufweisenden Lamelle verbunden ist, die bei Druck auf die Tube unter dem Einfluss eines Schubes des Produkts öffnungsbeweglich ist, um automatisch in deren ursprüngliche geschlossene Position zurückgebracht zu werden, wenn der Druck nachlässt oder aufgehoben wird,- und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Deckel (7) umfasst, zum Bedecken des Basisteils (3a, 3b) mindestens an dessen oberem Abschnitt, der das Fenster (5a, 5b) und die Lamelle (6a, 6b) aufweist, wobei der Deckel im Hinblick auf jene beiden eine interne Aussparung (8) aufweist mit Abmessungen, die mindestens denen der Lamelle (6a, 6b) entsprechen, und einer Tiefe, welche deren Öffnungsweg und folglich die Aufnahme des Produkts aus der Aussparung (8) sowie anschließend dessen Beförderung zu einem Ausgangsloch (9) erlaubt, welches in einem oberen Bereich des Deckels (7) eingebracht ist.
- Abgabesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das der Lamelle (6a, 6b) zugeordnete Fenster (5a, 5b) am Umfang des Hohlkörpers des Basisteils (3a, 3b) gebildet ist.
- Abgabesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das der Lamelle (6a, 6b) zugeordnete Fenster (5a, 5b) auf der Oberseite des Hohlkörpers des Basisteils (3a, 3b) gebildet ist.
- Abgabesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Festsetzung der Lamelle (6a, 6b) in Schließposition durch Verlagerung des Deckels (7) erreicht wird, bis die Aussparung (8) der Lamelle nicht mehr gegenüberliegt.
- Ausgabesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (5a) der Basis (3a) rechteckig ist und die es verschließend abdeckende, bewegliche Lamelle mit einer rechten oberen Kante (10) des Fensters (5a) über ein Gelenk verbunden ist, wobei die Aussparung (8) des Deckels (7) auf der gesamten Höhe der Lamelle (6a) ausgebildet ist, um deren schwenkendes Öffnen in einer vertikalen Ebene zu ermöglichen.
- Ausgabesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (5a) der Basis (3a) rechteckig ist und die es verschließend abdeckende, bewegliche Lamelle unmittelbar aus einer oberen, rechten Kante (10) des Fensters hervorgeht, sodass es durch ein schwenkendes Öffnen in einer vertikalen Ebene elastisch verformbar ist.
- Ausgabesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (5a) der Basis (3a) rechteckig ist und die es verschließend abdeckende, bewegliche Lamelle mit einer der seitlichen Kanten (10) des Fensters (5a) über ein Gelenk verbunden ist, wobei die Aussparung (8) des Deckels (7) auf der gesamten Breite der Lamelle (6a) ausgebildet ist, um deren schwenkendes Öffnen in einer horizontalen Ebene zu ermöglichen.
- Ausgabesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (5a) der Basis (3a) rechteckig ist und die es verschließend abdeckende, bewegliche Lamelle unmittelbar aus einer der seitlichen Kanten (10) des Fensters hervorgeht, sodass es durch ein schwenkendes Öffnen in einer horizontalen Ebene elastisch verformbar ist.
- Ausgabesystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisteil (3a, 3b) eine Produktübergangskammer (12) aufweist, die in der Nähe des Fensters (5a, 5b) ausgebildet ist, mit dem sie über ein Ablenkblech (13) in Verbindung steht, das auf einer Trennungsrippe (14) gebildet ist, Kammer ebenso in Verbindung mit einem Ausgangsloch (9), das an dem oberen Abschnitt des Deckels (7) rechts von deren interner Aussparung (8) ausgebildet ist, deren Höhe im Wesentlichen gleich der des Fensters (5a, 5b) und deren Breite im Wesentlichen gleich der Summe der Breite des gleichen Fensters (5a, 5b) und der Breite der Übergangskammer (12) ist.
- Abgabesystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (7) und das Basisteil (3a, 3b) ergänzende Indexierungseinrichtungen aufweisen, die jeweils aus einem aus dem Außenumfang eines unteren Ringabsatzes (16) des Deckels (7) hervorgehenden Finger (15) gebildet sind, die sich in einer entsprechenden, auf der äußeren Oberfläche eines oberen Kragenringes (18) des Basisteils (3) ausgebildeten Aussparung (17) rotatorisch hin- und herbewegen können, wobei die Maximalpositionen des Fingers (15) in der Aussparung (17) einem Schließen oder einem Öffnen entsprechen.
- Abgabesystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (7) und das Basisteil (3a, 3b) durch Pfeile auf dem Deckel und dem Basisteil gebildete Indexierungseinrichtungen aufweisen, die einander gegenüber auszurichten sind je nachdem ob ein Öffnen oder ein Schließen des Systems gewünscht ist.
- Abgabesystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisteil (3a, 3b) in einem zentralen, inneren Bereich ein perforierendes Teil (20) aufweist, zum Durchdringen eines Verschlussorgans der Tube (2).
- Abgabesystem nach einem der Vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisteil (3a, 3b) an seiner unteren Außenfläche eine zerreißbare Sicherheitsbanderole (19) aufweist, die mit dem Tubenausgang (4) verbunden ist.
- Abgabesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Blockierring (21) zwischen dem Basisteil (3a, 3b) und der Tube (2) eingesetzt ist, um den Versuch des Durchdringens durch Schrauben zu verhindern.
- Abgabesystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisteil (3a, 3b) auf die Tube (2) geschraubt ist.
- Abgabesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisteil (3a, 3b) an der Tube (2) eingerastet ist.
- Abgabesystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (7) auf das Basisteil (3a, 3b) aufgeschnappt ist.
- Abgabesystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit seinem an ihm befestigten Deckel (7) versehene Basisteil (3a, 3b) durch eine abnehmbare Kappe (23) geschützt ist.
- Verpackung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Abgabesystem mit Nachlaufschutz enthält nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
