Claims (25)
- Dispositif pour la fixation verticale de tubes, qui présente un élément de base, dans le genre d'un segment de cylindre, ainsi qu'un élément de porte, qui est relié à pivotement à l'élément de base par au moins une articulation pivotante, et un système de verrouillage, disposé à l'opposé de l'articulation pivotante, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (13) présente un organe d'arrêt pivotant, qui, à l'état de blocage s'engage derrière un boulon de verrouillage (16) avec un profilé de verrouillage (15), et en ce que, dans la région de l'organe d'arrêt pivotant, sont disposés un boulon de sûreté (24) et une plaque de sûreté (23), et en ce que la plaque de sûreté (23) libère ou ferme, en fonction de la position, au moins un évidement (25, 31), prévu pour le boulon de sûreté (24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de base (1) et l'élément de porte (11), avec le dispositif de verrouillage (13), sont destinés à être utilisés sur des plateformes de forage pétrolier.
- Dispositif selon revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de base (1) et l'élément de porte (11) avec dispositif de verrouillage (13) sont conçus pour la fixation de tubes de forage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le boulon de verrouillage (16) est maintenu par l'élément de base (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le boulon de sûreté (24) et la plaque de sûreté (23) sont maintenus par l'élément de porte (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de verrouillage, ainsi due la plaque de sûreté (23), sont agencés de manière à pouvoir pivoter par rapport à un axe secondaire (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'un des évidements (25, 31), prévus pour le boulon de sûreté (24), est disposé dans une plaque de support (26), reliée rigidement à l'élément de porte (11), pour le montage du dispositif de verrouillage (13).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque de support (17, 18), couplée avec le profilé de verrouillage (15) et portant une poignée (14), est pourvue d'un évidement (31) pour le boulon de sûreté (24) et est montée, mobile en rotation par rapport à un axe central (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de support (17, 18) peut être positionnée de manière différente, en fonction de chaque position.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de sûreté (23) est installée de manière à pouvoir être positionnée en fonction d'un positionnement relatif entre l'élément de base (1) et l'élément de porte (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de sûreté (23) est montée en pivotement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de sûreté (23) est montée en translation.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de sûreté (23) peut être positionnée par un bloc de butée (27) de l'élément de base (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (14) est couplée avec le profilé de verrouillage (15) par un profilé de liaison, maintenu par les plaque de support (17, 18).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (14) est réalisée sous la forme d'un levier pivotant.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (14) est réalisée sous la forme d'une poignée de traction.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le boulon de sûreté (24) peut être positionné automatiquement par un tube fixé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de base (1) est pourvu, sur le côté extérieur, d'au moins un élément de fixation (2, 3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de base (1) présente au moins deux éléments de fixation (2, 3), qui sont disposés à l'opposé l'un de l'autre.
- Dispositif selon revendication 18 ou 19, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation (2, 3) sont conçus sous la forme de pattes et disposés à distance l'un de l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que deux éléments de fixation (2, 3) sont chaque fois disposés l'un au-dessus de l'autre, dans un sens longitudinal (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation (2, 3) présentent, au moins par sections, un contour extérieur arrondi.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 22, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation (2, 3) sont pourvus, au moins par sections, de surfaces de contact (6, 7) pour la liaison à un élément de positionnement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 23, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation (2, 3) sont pourvus d'au moins un évidement (8, 9).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 24, caractérisé en ce que, dans un état de verrouillage correct, l'évidement (25), dans la zone de la plaque de support (26), et l'évidement 31), dans la zone de la plaque de support (17), sont disposés coaxialement l'un par rapport à l'autre et l'un au-dessus de l'autre, et que les évidements (25, 31) sont libérés, dans cet état de service, par la plaque de sûreté (23).
