Claims (10)
- Culbuteur commutable (1) d'une commande de soupape d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un levier extérieur (2) qui entoure avec ses bras (3) un levier intérieur (4), lesquels composants (2, 4) s'étendent de manière pivotante l'un par rapport à l'autre sur un axe commun (6) appliqué sur une extrémité (5) du côté de la soupape, et le levier intérieur (4) possédant sur un côté inférieur (7) au niveau de l'extrémité (5) du côté de la soupape une butée (8) pour une soupape d'échange de gaz (8a) ainsi qu'au niveau de l'autre extrémité (9) une surface complémentaire (10) pour l'appui sur une tête d'un élément de support, le levier extérieur et le levier intérieur (2, 4) pouvant être connectés l'un à l'autre de manière sélective par le biais de moyens d'accouplement pour produire une grande course de soupape, une petite course de soupape, ou une course de soupape nulle, pouvant être réalisée lors du désaccouplement, au moins le levier extérieur (2) présentant sur son côté supérieur (10a) au moins une surface de montée (11) pour une came de levage et la butée (8) étant limitée latéralement par pattes de guidage (12) pour la soupape d'échange de gaz (8a) faisant saillie dans la direction de la soupape depuis le culbuteur (1), caractérisé en ce que les pattes de guidage (12) partent du côté inférieur (7) du levier extérieur (2).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des côtés extérieurs (13) des pattes de guidage (12) sont alignées par rapport à des pattes extérieures (14) des bras (3) du levier extérieur (2) au niveau de l'extrémité (5) du côté de la soupape ou s'étendant par rapport à celles-ci de manière légèrement rentrée.
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les pattes de guidage (12) sont réalisées d'une seule pièce avec le levier extérieur (2).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le levier extérieur (2), vu dans la direction longitudinale, est étagé en largeur ou est réalisé de manière à se rétrécir avec une largeur totale la plus petite au niveau de l'extrémité (5) du côté de la soupape.
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (6) travers le culbuteur (1) dans une région au-dessus de la butée (8) pour la soupape d'échange de gaz (8a), et fait saillie au-delà des surfaces extérieures (14) des bras (3) du levier extérieur (2) avec un bout respectif (15), au moins un bout (15) étant entouré par un ressort à branches rotatif servant de ressort à mouvement perdu.
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces extérieures (14) des bras (3) du levier extérieur (2) sont réalisées avec des parois lisses dans la région entourant l'axe (6), à l'exception de leur secteur tourné vers l'autre extrémité (9), les surfaces extérieures (14) s'élargissant par le biais d'un étage (16) dans la région de ce secteur, et l'axe (6) étant entouré par l'étage (16) en forme de demi-coque.
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bras (3) du levier extérieur (2) sont connectés à une ou deux extrémités par un étrier transversal (17, 18).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas de la réalisation du levier intérieur (4) également avec une surface de montée (19) pour une came de levage (came à faible levée), la surface de montée (19) est réalisée sous forme de rouleau, la surface de montée (11) du levier extérieur (2) se présentant sous forme de surface de glissement sur les côtés supérieurs (10a) d'un ou des deux bras (3) ou également sous forme de rouleau respectif.

- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des composants levier extérieur (2) / levier intérieur (4) est fabriqué au moins en partie par une technique d'estampage-cintrage à partir de tôle d'acier ou d'un matériau de construction léger tel que du plastique ou du plastique renforcé par des fibres ou des particules.
