Claims (2)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de blocs moteur de moteurs en ligne, au moyen d'un système de moule, qui contient une plaque de serrage mobile (5) et une plaque de serrage fixe (1) avec des moitiés de moule mobile (4) et fixe (2) disposées sur celles-ci, un évidement (3) pour un insert de chemise d'eau avec des douilles étant pratiqué dans la moitié de moule mobile, cet insert étant disposé dans cet évidement de manière à pouvoir effectuer une course mobile, une unité d'éjection (7) étant connectée à la plaque de serrage mobile et l'unité d'éjection présentant une connexion à l'insert de contour, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'écoulement d'un premier temps de solidification, la plaque de serrage mobile (4) est ouverte sans la moitié de moule mobile et l'unité d'éjection est commandée en avant et ensuite l'unité d'éjection est commandée en arrière, de sorte que l'insert de chemise d'eau se déploie, et après l'écoulement d'un deuxième temps de solidification, le moule est ouvert.
  2. Système de moule pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1, pour la fabrication de blocs moteur de moteurs en ligne, le système de moule contenant une plaque de serrage mobile (5) et une plaque de serrage fixe (1) avec des moitiés de moule mobile (4) et fixe (2) disposées sur celles-ci, un évidement (3) pour un insert de chemise d'eau avec des douilles étant pratiqué dans la moitié de moule mobile, cet insert étant disposé dans cet évidement de manière à pouvoir effectuer une course mobile, une unité d'éjection (7) étant connectée à la plaque de serrage mobile et l'unité d'éjection (7) présentant une connexion à l'insert de contour (11).
