Claims (20)

  1. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39), avec un dispositif logeur (43 ; 44) pour loger plusieurs formes d'impression (36 ; 37) à monter sur un cylindre de forme (31 ; 33) d'une machine à imprimer, plusieurs formes d'impression (36 ; 37) étant disposées les unes à côté des autres dans la direction axiale du cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), dans le dispositif logeur (43 ; 44), les formes d'impression (36 ; 37) à monter sur le cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), les unes derrière les autres le long de sa périphérie, étant susceptibles d'être stockées en une première et en une deuxième position de stockage du dispositif logeur (43 ; 44), le dispositif logeur (43 ; 44) étant orienté horizontalement, ou avec une inclinaison inférieure à 15° par rapport à une horizontale (H), un reposoir (54) se trouvant dans le dispositif logeur (43 ; 44), le reposoir (54) formant la deuxième position de stockage, la première position de stockage étant disposée au-dessus de la deuxième position de stockage dans le dispositif logeur (43 ; 44), un autre dispositif logeur (41 ; 42) étant prévu pour loger au moins une forme d'impression (36 ; 37) à enlever du cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), les dispositifs logeurs (41 ; 42 ; 43 ; 44) étant disposés les uns au-dessus des autres dans un mode de construction en couches.
  2. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de maintien (64), maintenant la forme d'impression (36 ; 37) dans la première position de stockage, est prévu.
  3. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de maintien (64) est réalisé sous forme de glissières de guidage (64) s'étendant parallèlement l'une à l'autre, les glissières de guidage (64) maintenant la forme d'impression (36 ; 37) sur ses deux côtés longitudinaux, le long d'au moins une partie de sa longueur (L), dans la première position de stockage.
  4. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque glissière de guidage (64) est composé d'un étrier en forme de u, entourant chaque fois l'un des côtés longitudinaux de la forme d'impression (36 ; 37).
  5. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans la première position de stockage, quatre formes d'impression (36 ; 37) sont disposées les unes à côté des autres dans la direction axiale du cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), chacune de ces formes d'impression (36 ; 37) étant respectivement maintenue sur ses côtés longitudinaux, dans une glissière de guidage (64).
  6. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le reposoir (54) est réalisé sous la forme de bandes (54) parallèles ou de glissières de guidage (54), sur lesquelles la forme d'impression (36 ; 37) concernée, à monter sur le cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), est susceptible d'être placée ou retirée avec ses branches d'accrochage (13 ; 14) coudées.
  7. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévue une butée (56), sur laquelle la forme d'impression (36 ; 37), stockée dans le dispositif logeur (43 ; 44), est susceptible d'être appliquée, par une branche d'accrochage (14) coudée à son extrémité arrière (04), sur le côté opposé au cylindre de forme (31 ; 33).
  8. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de transport (57), transportant la forme d'impression (36 ; 37) à partir du dispositif logeur (43 ; 44), est prévu.
  9. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, avec le dispositif de transport (57), des formes d'impression (36 ; 37), déposées les unes à côté des autres dans la direction axiale du cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), sont susceptibles d'être amenées au cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), individuellement ou simultanément conjointement.
  10. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon les revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que la butée (56) est reliée au dispositif de transport (57) et présente la fonction d'un coulisseau (56).
  11. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la butée (56) est déplaçable par le dispositif de transport (57), de façon linéaire et parallèle au reposoir (54), en direction du cylindre de forme (31 ; 33).
  12. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la butée (56) est réalisée sous la forme d'une broche de repérage (56), placée d'aplomb par rapport au reposoir (54), reliée au dispositif de transport (57), la broche de repérage (56) coopérant avec un estampage de repérage, réalisé sur la branche d'accrochage (14), sur l'extrémité arrière (04) de la forme d'impression (36 ; 37) stockée dans le dispositif logeur (43 ; 44).
  13. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un lecteur de code (71) est monté dans le dispositif logeur (43 ; 44), un codage, appliqué sur la forme d'impression (36 ; 37), étant lisible avec le lecteur de code (71).
  14. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'autre dispositif logeur (41 ; 42) présente également un reposoir (72) s'étendant le long de la longueur (L) d'une forme d'impression (36 ; 37), le reposoir (72) étant réalisé sous la forme de bandes (72) ou de glissières de guidage (72) parallèles.
  15. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux formes d'impression (36 ; 37) sont susceptibles d'être stockées, les unes à côté des autres, dans la direction axiale du cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), dans l'autre dispositif logeur (41 ; 42).
  16. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux dispositifs logeurs (41 ; 42) sont disposés, l'un à côté de l'autre, dans la direction axiale du cylindre de forme (31 ; 33).

Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'autre dispositif logeur (41 ; 42) présente un élément de guidage (73), disposé à proximité de la surface d'enveloppe (07) du cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), élément de guidage à l'aide duquel l'extrémité arrière (04) d'une forme d'impression (36 ; 37), à retirer du cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), est susceptible d'être guidée dans cet autre dispositif logeur (41 ; 42), un capteur (91) étant monté sur l'élément de guidage (73).
  18. Magasin à formes d'impression (38 ; 39) selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (91) vérifie si la branche d'accrochage (14), à l'extrémité arrière (04) de la forme d'impression (36 ; 37) à retirer du cylindre de forme (31 ; 33), s'est détachée.
