Definitions
- the invention is based on a wet tissue stack according to the preamble of claim 1 and of a removal box for wet wipes according to the preamble of claim 3.
- Wet wipes are stored in mobile or on walls to be removed extraction boxes that closed to avoid drying out of the wet wipes either with a lid (EP 0879 575 Bl; WO 98/52453 Al; WO 98/52454 Al and DE 100 24 425 Al) or with small removal openings (DE / EP 0 109 343 Tl and US 3,982,659) are provided.
- Long narrow removal openings have those removal boxes, in which the wet wipes protrude in their entire width (DE 601 02 196 T2, DE 699 17 727 T2).
- their removal openings are much wider in relation to the strength of a wet wipe, there is a risk of dehydration here.
- the wet wipes are folded several times in a special way.
- Each two adjacent wipes are interleaved in sections, so that after the removal of a wipe from the stack, the following wipe protrudes from the stack with a removal section (EP 0879 575 B1, WO 98/52453 A1, WO 98/52454 A1, DE 601 02 196 DE 699 17 727 T2, DE 699 13 267 T2, EP 1 208 784 A1, EP 1 188 404 A2, WO 2006/071315).
- the disadvantage of the known extraction boxes is that they have a relatively large depth, which is mainly due to the folded wet wipes.
- two narrow edge fields include one or two broader middle fields (EP 0 879 575 B1, EP 1 208 784 A1, EP 1 188 404 A2) and the folded beginning or end region is inserted into the first fold of the following wet wipe (WO 98/52453 A1, WO 98/52454 A1, DE 601 02 196 T2, DE 699 17 727 T2).
- the depth of the sampling box is thus determined by the maximum folding width, at best, that is, by the width of a middle field of a wet wipe.
- a small reusable dispenser for wet bag packaged in flexible bags consists of a U-shaped clip which, due to its inherent elasticity, comprises the bag with the wipes. On its upper side, a closable removal opening is attached, which encloses and seals a dispensing opening, which has to be previously cleared by the user for removing the wet wipes from the bag (WO 96/37138).
- this device is relatively simple in design, very handy and due to their reusability quite practical and environmentally friendly, but these advantages are at the expense of aesthetics. Since they only partially enclose the bag this protrudes right and left out of the device, which, for example, disturbing in a well-kept bathroom or kitchen atmosphere.
- a further disadvantage is that with the removal of the wet wipes, the clamping action of the dispenser decreases, so that also the pressure on the sealing area of the bag wears off, whereby the wet wipes dry out in the bag, and the bag can finally fall out of the device.
- the wet tissue stack according to the invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that the wet wipes can be produced in a simple manner.
- the wet wipes have at least five sections, each with the same length. In practice, seven sections have proven to be technologically easy to produce and also with respect to the ratio of outstanding from the sampling box area to the total surface of the wet tissue as favorable. Neither folding different widths wide sections nor a complicated nesting of the end portions is required.
- the end portions of the wet wipes are simply simply interlocked as known from paper towels. Due to the greater number of folds compared to the conventional triple folding technique, the wet tissue stack is given a very small depth.
- a large number of equal folding sections makes the production easy and ensures that only one in comparison to the length of a fully unfolded wet tissue significantly narrower end portion protrudes from the stack. Even if it dries up, the much larger part of the wet wipe remains protected from drying out.
- the removal box can be dispensed with a cap. By reducing the depth of the stack, the depth of the extraction box can be significantly reduced.
- the successive intersecting portions of two consecutive wet wipes overlap, almost over their entire length, ie that the wet wipes with the outer edges of their end portion as far as possible to the first or last folding of the subsequent or previous wet wipe each other pushed. As a result, the width of the wet tissue stack is kept small.
- the adhesive surface between the overlapping End, Initial section maximum so that the initial portion of the subsequent wet tissue is also reliably guided through the end portion of the just removed from the stack of wet tissue through the outlet opening of the stack.
- the withdrawal box has open end faces, at least partial regions of the withdrawal box can be made so elastic that their front and / or back exert a permanent clamping action on the wet tissue stack, even if the majority of the wet wipes have already been removed.
- These subareas may be the transition areas of the front front in the top and bottom, but also the front or even the entire housing. Due to the elasticity of an individual or several parts of the removal box, this or these parts are slightly pushed outward upon insertion of a depth of the removal box slightly wider wet tissue stack and exert by their restoring force on this pressure, so that it is locked in the withdrawal box ,
- Another advantage is the removal of the wet wipes. If the removal box is attached to a wall, for example, the removal of the wet wipes is possible with one hand.
- the removal from the bottom has the advantage that the wet wipes in the stack slip down by itself and even the last wet wipe remains folded before its removal and is thus better protected from drying out within their shell or their container.
- the removal opening of the removal box can be closed with a lid or other closure. This is particularly advantageous when used as a mobile container to prevent inadvertent wetting of objects, such as the interior of handbags, with the wet tissue emulsion.
- the front of the extraction box is curved over its entire width approximately in the middle of its height to the inside.
- the deepest part of the inside curvature presses on the wet cloth pile and locks it.
- the removal box receives by a rounded transition of its front in the top or bottom not only a pleasing appearance, but in this area, the required Elasticity to exercise the desired clamping effect on the wet tissue stack.
- the housing of the removal box is designed so that it is elastically deformable as a whole and can absorb an inserted wet tissue staple by clamping.
- the removal opening of the removal box is designed as a narrow slot in the width of the wet wipes.
- the width of the slot may be designed according to the thickness of a wet wipe. This has the advantage that the protruding from the removal opening end of the wet wipe is smooth and can be removed without much Reibungswiders tand.
- the part of the wet tissue located behind the withdrawal slot is better protected against dehydration.
- the wet wipe stack is opened on its underside over its entire width and pulled the first wet wipe with its initial section in the removal opening.
- the removal opening of the removal box is significantly narrower than the width of the wet wipes. Its perpendicular to the width of the depth corresponds approximately to the depth of the extraction box, so that the removal opening in any form, for example, circular, elliptical, square or rectangular or in combinations of these forms may be formed.
- This has the advantage that the initial portion of the wet tissue bundled protrudes from the sampling box and thus can be better grasped with two fingers. The danger of tearing out a small one Bit is smaller than in a smooth hanging initial section.
- the frictional forces exerted by the smaller removal opening on the wet tissue greater than at the width of the wet tissue corresponding withdrawal slot, which, however, does not adversely affect due to the secure gripping.
- Due to the smaller removal opening of the initial section is virtually bundled, ie its outwardly facing surface is reduced, so that its drying is slowed down.
- the smaller removal opening in the wet tissue stack itself has the same beneficial effect, since its opening can also be small according to the removal opening.
- the removal opening is pulled into the lower area of the front of the removal box. This makes them more accessible.
- the removal box on such wet tissue stacks whose wet wipes have at least five folding sections of the same width and their beginning and end are simply placed inside each other.
- Fig. 1 shows the scheme of folding and interleaving the
- Fig. 2 is a removal box with clamping function and Fig. 3 is a side view of the removal box.
- FIG. 1 shows the scheme of folding according to the invention, showing the wet wipes in an exploded position to better discern the details of the folding and overlapping of the end portions. Shown are two wet wipes 1, which are folded into seven Z-shaped sections of equal size. Each of the wet wipes 1 has an initial portion 3 and an end portion 4 having the same width as the portions 2 therebetween, in the present example, the wet wipes 1 are shown for removal down, ie, the starting portion 3 is located as a removal portion respectively below the end portion 4 of the same wet tissue 1 and protrudes from the opening of a container not shown here. So that each wet wipe can be removed from the container without having to reach into it each time, the starting and ending sections 3; 4 each wet tissue 1 nested together.
- the area of interleave 5 is surrounded by an encirclement characterized.
- Nesting 5 is as simple as the stacks of dry paper toweling which are to be taken from the generally known extraction boxes having wide removal slots located in the bottom surface.
- the end portion 4 of each wet tissue 1 is placed between the initial section 3 and the subsequent adjoining equal-width section 2 of the overlying wet tissue, so that when removing a wet tissue 1 from the container unfolds this, because its end portion 4 of the still in the Container located wet tissue 1 is held. With continued pulling, the end section 4 also slides out of the removal opening of the container and at the same time takes along the initial section 3 of the following wet wipe ⁇ .
- the unfolding of the wet tissue 1 can be influenced by the design of the removal opening in such a way that by a relatively narrow opening a greater friction is exerted on the wet tissue 1, so that it is deployed simultaneously by the inevitably reinforced train.
- a tight opening also ensures that the wet wipes 1 in the container do not dry out so quickly.
- a removal box for wet wipes which consists of a housing 6 having a front 7, a rear wall 8, a bottom surface 9 and at its two end faces openings 10. In the middle of the bottom surface 9, there is a removal opening 11 projecting into the front side 7.
- the housing 6 accommodates a wet tissue stack 13 surrounded by an air-impermeable envelope 12 which extends through one of the two openings 10 up to the bottom surface 9 in the housing 6 uprising stops 14 has been inserted.
- the front 7 is domed symmetrically to its height, so that it protrudes in its center over its entire width with an inner curvature 15 in the housing 6.
- the depth of the withdrawal box in this area is reduced slightly, and the inserted wet tissue stack 13 is clamped at about half the height.
- the depth of the extraction box and the extent of their inner curvature 15 are therefore based on the width of the wet tissue stack 13th
- the housing 6 is provided for attachment to a wall.
- its rear wall 8 reinforcements 15 with which it bears against the wall.
- the two upper reinforcements 15 are provided with detent slots, with which the housing can be hung on two hooks or screws fastened in the wall.
- wet tissue stack 13 can be opened at its lower side to remove a first wet tissue 1 and to pull through the removal opening 11 of the housing 6.
