Claims (13)
- Monture (10) destinée à la mise en place dans un puits (40) d'une plaque à puits multiples, d'une plaque de titrage et/ou d'une plaque de filtration à recevoir un organe porteur (30), contenant :- une barrette de maintien (14) agencée horizontalement,- un appui (11, 12, 13) agencé au-dessous de la barrette de maintien (14) et destiné à l'appui de l'organe porteur, l'appui (11, 12, 13) contenant des barrettes d'appui (11, 12, 13) reliées les unes aux autres et qui convergent horizontalement en formant l'appui,- au moins une barrette de liaison (15, 16) s'étendant verticalement, qui relie l'appui (11, 12, 13) avec la barrette de maintien (14),dans laquelle la barrette de maintien (14) sert à la fixation d'un organe porteur (30) susceptible d'être appuyé sur un appui (11, 12, 13) et est agencée au-dessus de l'appui (11, 12, 13) parallèlement à celui-ci, et est réalisée en forme de barreau, en forme de U ou en forme de V,
dans laquelle des surfaces extérieures latérales (11a, 12a, 13a, 14a, 15a, 16a) de l'appui (11, 12, 13), de la barrette de maintien (14), et/ou de la barrette de liaison (15, 16), après mise en place de la monture dans le puits, (40) sont appliquées contre au moins une surface latérale intérieure (41) du puits (40), de sorte que la monture est appliquée dans l'ouverture à une position définie et n'est pas capable de basculer, de glisser ou de tomber. - Monture selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'appui (11, 12, 13) comprend au moins trois barrettes d'appui (11, 12, 13) s'étendant horizontalement, qui sont agencées en forme d'étoile ou qui forment un triangle.
- Monture selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans laquelle une surface extérieure latérale (14a) de la barrette de maintien (14) est appliquée, dans l'état mis en place, contre une surface latérale intérieure (41) du puits (40).
- Monture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle ladite au moins une barrette de liaison (15, 16) est cintrée et comporte de préférence une surface extérieure (15a, 16a) dirigée latéralement vers l'extérieur, qui est appliquée, dans l'état mis en place, contre une surface latérale intérieure (41) du puits (40).
- Monture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle la monture (10) comprend deux barrettes de liaison (15, 16) entre l'appui (11, 12, 13) et la barrette de maintien (14).
- Monture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle les surfaces extérieures (11a, 12a, 13a) des barrettes d'appui (11, 12, 13), qui sont appliquées, dans l'état mis en place, contre la surface latérale intérieure du puits (40), sont biseautées en s'étendant vers le bas dans la direction de mise en place, afin d'assurer un coincement et une fixation assurée de la monture dans le puits (40).
- Monture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle des pieds (17, 18, 19) dépassant vers le bas sont agencés sur les surfaces de l'appui (11, 12, 13) dirigées vers le bas dans la direction de mise en place, les pieds (17, 18, 19) étant de préférence inclinés vers l'intérieur du puits, ou comportent une surface extérieure (17a, 18a, 19a) biseautée vers l'intérieur.
- Monture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle au moins une barrette de fixation (20, 21) dépasse vers le haut depuis la barrette de maintien (14), ladite barrette de fixation étant appliquée contre une surface latérale intérieure (41) du puits (40) dans la position mise en place, et servant à un positionnement assuré de la monture (10) dans le puits (40).
- Monture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle la monture (14) présente une extension horizontale qui est plus petite que l'extension horizontale de l'appui (11, 12, 13).
- Monture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle l'extension verticale de la monture correspond à la profondeur du puits (40) de forme cylindrique ou polygonale.
- Monture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans laquelle la monture (10) est produite par moulage par injection et est en matière plastique.
- Plaque à puits multiples comprenant une monture (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Plaque à puits multiples selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle un organe porteur s'appuie sur l'appui (11, 12, 13) de la monture (10), ledit organe porteur étant fixé par la barrette de maintien (14), et l'organe porteur (30) est réalisé sous forme de disque et sert de réservoir ou d'emplacement d'immobilisation pour des produits chimiques ou encore à titre de lieu de réaction, et est en particulier réalisé sous forme de filtre ou de non-tissé.
