Claims (15)

  1. Fermeture pour gicleur d'incendie et buses avec déclenchement thermique qui comporte un corps de buse (2), un canal de sortie (11) et une ouverture de sortie (10), un élément de construction (21) étant disposé sur le corps de buse (2) au-dessus de l'ouverture de sortie (10), ledit élément fermant l'ouverture de sortie (10) et le canal de sortie (11) de façon étanche, l'élément de construction (21) étant maintenu par une plaque de recouvrement (20) et ladite plaque de recouvrement (20) étant reliée à une bague (22) par le biais d'un déclencheur par fusion (5) et ladite bague (22) étant reliée fixement au corps de buse (2) par des moyens mécaniques, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément chauffant (23) est intégré dans la bague (22).
  2. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de construction (21) disposé entre le corps de buse (2) et la plaque de recouvrement (20) est un élément de ressort placé sous contrainte.
  3. Fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de construction (21) est un ressort Belleville placé sous contrainte.
  4. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de construction (21) est un matériau se déformant considérablement sous l'influence de la chaleur.
  5. Fermeture selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de construction (21) est un élément en bimétal se déformant sous l'effet de la chaleur.
  6. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément chauffant (23) est une résistante chauffante.
  7. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément chauffant (23) est une bobine à induction produisant un effet chauffant.
  8. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la buse (1) est reliée fonctionnellement et physiquement dans un boîtier (41) à un cache (40).
  9. Fermeture selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un thermostat (30) est intégré dans le boîtier (41).
  10. Fermeture selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce qu'un capteur de fumée (31) est intégré dans le boîtier (41).
  11. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément intelligent (32) programmable est intégré dans le boîtier (41).
  12. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'une source d'énergie (33) est intégrée dans le boîtier (41).
  13. Fermeture selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que l'unité composée de la buse (1) et du boîtier (41) forme, avec le thermostat (30), le capteur de fumée (31), l'élément intelligent (32) et la source d'énergie (33), une unité indépendante des systèmes de contrôle centraux qui est utilisable sur le plan fonctionnel.
  14. Fermeture selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que l'unité composée de la buse (1) et du boîtier (41) fait partie intégrante, avec le thermostat (30), le capteur de fumée (31), l'élément intelligent (32) et la source d'énergie (33), d'une structure de sécurité complète de plusieurs fermetures du type précédemment exposé.
  15. Fermeture selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce que l'unité composée de la buse (1) et du boîtier (41) est raccordée, avec le thermostat (30), le capteur de fumée (31) et l'élément intelligent (32), à un système central.
