Claims (10)
- Procédé servant à commander une installation de remplissage (3), qui présente une multitude d'éléments de remplissage (12, 13) pouvant être commandés pourvus de système de mesure de débit (18),
caractérisé en ce- qu'aux fins de la commande du temps d'ouverture d'un premier élément de remplissage (12) uniquement en cas de détection d'un dysfonctionnement du système de mesure de débit (18) du premier élément de remplissage (12), le temps d'ouverture, nécessaire pour le passage du débit théorique, d'au moins un deuxième élément de remplissage (13) en amont est mesuré au moyen du système de mesure de débit (18) se trouvant à cet endroit, et- en ce que le premier élément de remplissage (12) est ouvert pour le temps d'ouverture mesuré. - Pro cédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de remplissage (12, 13) tournent, et en ce qu'on utilise en tant que deuxième élément de remplissage (13) l'élément de remplissage précédant le premier élément de remplissage (12) dans le sens de rotation.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le temps d'ouverture mesuré du deuxième élément de remplissage (13) est modifié avec un facteur de correction pour calculer le temps d'ouverture nécessaire du premier élément de remplissage (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les temps d'ouverture, nécessaires pour le passage du débit théorique, de la dernière ou de plusieurs opérations de remplissage antérieures sont enregistrés pour chaque élément de remplissage (12, 13).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le facteur de correction est déterminé par l'évaluation des temps d'ouverture mémorisés du premier élément de remplissage (12) et du deuxième élément de remplissage (13).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'en supplément les temps d'ouverture d'autres éléments de remplissage (11) sont mesurés, et en ce que le facteur de correction est déterminé par l'évaluation de valeurs moyennes pondérées des temps d'ouverture mesurés des autres éléments de remplissage (12, 13).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise en tant que système de mesure de débit (18) des systèmes de mesure à induction magnétique.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme éléments de remplissage des soupapes pouvant être commandées de manière électromécanique et/ou pneumatique et/ou hydraulique.
- Unité de commande servant à la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des revendications qui suivent.
- Installation de remplissage comprenant une unité de commande servant à la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui suivent.
