Claims (15)
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune comprenant au moins deux planchers ajourés (10) agencés en juxtaposition, ou en superposition à distance, et rattachés à des éléments structurels de support, chaque plancher ajouré étant doté des caractéristiques suivantes :- une surface de déambulation (12),- deux membrures (14) reliées à ladite surface de déambulation (12) et- des unités de rattachement (16) disposées aux faces extrêmes, en vue du rattachement libérable dudit plancher ajouré (10) à des pièces structurelles porteuses, en particulier à des verrous horizontaux (26), sachant que- chaque membrure (14) présente plusieurs évidements (20, 22) disposés, dans la direction longitudinale de ladite membrure, selon une ou plusieurs cote(s) modulaire(s) (A, R) préétablie(s),- les évidements (20, 22) des deux membrures (14) étant pratiqués avec symétrie complémentaire, observés en élévation latérale,- caractérisé(e) par le fait- que les évidements (20, 22) offrent un profil périphérique intérieur fermé ; et par- la présence d'au moins une tige profilée (30) de solidarisation transversale, emboîtée de manière à traverser de part en part des évidements (20, 22) des deux planchers ajourés (10), pratiqués avec symétrie complémentaire observés en élévation latérale, ce qui a pour effet d'accoupler l'un à l'autre lesdits planchers ajourés (10) placés en juxtaposition ; et/ou par- la présence d'au moins deux étages d'échafaudage agencés en superposition et constitués par des planchers ajourés (10), et d'au moins une tige profilée (32) de solidarisation verticale qui est reliée à une unité de rattachement d'un évidement (20, 22) des planchers ajourés (10) inférieur et supérieur, ou bien est reliée aux planchers ajourés (10) supérieur et inférieur par l'intermédiaire d'une unité respective de rattachement reliée à une tige profilée (30) de solidarisation transversale, emboîtée dans des évidements (20, 22) à symétrie complémentaire desdits planchers ajourés (10) supérieur et inférieur, ce qui a pour effet d'accoupler l'un à l'autre lesdits planchers ajourés (10) placés en superposition.
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon la revendication 1,- caractérisé(e) par le fait que- la tige profilée de rattachement, la tige profilée (30) de solidarisation transversale, et/ou la tige profilée (32) de solidarisation verticale, est (sont) de réalisation du type tige profilée creuse et revêt(ent), notamment, la forme d'une tige tubulaire ronde.
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon la revendication 1,- caractérisé(e) par le fait que- la tige profilée de rattachement (34) forme une cornière rigide à la flexion, ou une rigidification diagonale, avec les autres éléments constitutifs de la structure.
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon la revendication 1,- caractérisé(e) par- la présence d'au moins deux tiges profilées (32) de solidarisation verticale, situées à distance dans la direction longitudinale, auxquelles est respectivement rattachée une unité (38) formant console dont la hauteur peut être réglée librement.
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon la revendication 1,- caractérisé(e) par- la présence d'au moins deux tiges profilées espacées (30) de solidarisation transversale, en débord au-delà de la largeur du système d'échafaudage, de podium ou de tribune, au moins un plancher ajouré (10) supplémentaire étant emboîté, dans la zone débordante, sur lesdites tiges profilées (30) de solidarisation transversale au nombre minimal de deux.
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5,- caractérisé(e) par- la présence d'unités amovibles d'assujettissement (40), conçues pour arrêter la position des tiges profilées (30) de solidarisation transversale qui sont insérées dans l'(les) évidement(s) (20, 22).
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon la revendication 6,- caractérisé(e) par le fait que- les unités d'assujettissement sont réalisées sous la forme d'unités d'accouplement tubulaire.
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon la revendication 1,- caractérisé(e) par le fait que- l'unité de rattachement, reliée à la tige profilée (30) de solidarisation transversale, est réalisée sous la forme d'une unité d'accouplement tubulaire en vue du rattachement de la tige profilée (32) de solidarisation verticale.
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8,- caractérisé(e) par le fait que- la hauteur de l'(des) évidement(s) (20, 22) est négligemment supérieure à la hauteur que présente, en coupe transversale, la tige profilée (30) de solidarisation transversale.
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon la revendication 1,- caractérisé(e) par- la présence de plusieurs tiges profilées (30) de solidarisation transversale, auxquelles une structure garde-corps est rattachée.
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10,- caractérisé(e) par le fait que- la tige profilée de solidarisation transversale présente un diamètre situé dans la plage de 33 à 34 mm (millimètres) et mesurant, en particulier, 33,7 mm (millimètres).
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 11,- caractérisé(e) par le fait que- la tige profilée (32) de solidarisation verticale ou la tige profilée de rattachement (34), se présentant comme une tige profilée d'appareillage en treillis, offre un diamètre situé dans la plage comprise entre 48 et 49 mm (millimètres), et mesurant notamment 48,3 mm (millimètres).
- Echafaudage, podium ou tribune selon la revendication 1,- caractérisé(e) par le fait que- ledit échafaudage, ledit podium ou ladite tribune est réalisé(e) sous la forme d'une palette ou d'un plancher de travail englobant la présence d'au moins deux planchers ajourés (10) agencés en juxtaposition, et d'au moins une, notamment de deux tige(s) profilée(s) (30) de solidarisation transversale, distantes l'une de l'autre dans la direction longitudinale, et emboîtée(s) dans les évidements (20, 22).
- Echafaudage selon la revendication 13,- caractérisé par le fait- qu'une structure d'appui est rattachée à la face inférieure des tiges profilées (30) de solidarisation transversale.
- Echafaudage selon la revendication 13 ou 14,- caractérisé par le fait- qu'une structure garde-corps est rattachée à la face supérieure des tiges profilées (30) de solidarisation transversale.
