Definitions

  • the invention relates to a storage trolley for storing bulk material, with an optionally supported on rail or rail unbound trolleys and a running in the carriage longitudinal direction, arranged in a storage container bottom conveyor belt and an inclined, projecting beyond a front end of the carriage frame transfer conveyor belt and a lifting device for Picking up and dropping the bulk material onto the bottom conveyor belt.
  • Such a storage vehicle is already known from DE 196 23 940 A1.
  • the excavating device of this two-way movable storage trolley is designed as a clearing chain, as it comes with cleaning machines for track beds for use.
  • a receiving end of the clearing chain is arranged below the floor conveyor between the rail bogies.
  • a discharge end of the clearing chain is positioned above a bottom conveyor belt arranged in a storage container.
  • Such a storage vehicle can be used especially in the trackless area without additional excavating machine. For effective use of the clearing chain a steady movement of the storage carriage in the working direction is required.
  • the object of the present invention is now to provide a storage trolley of the generic type, which can be used particularly efficiently by excavation work, in particular in small Umbaulücken by structurally simple measures.
  • this object is achieved with a storage trolley of the type mentioned above in that the excavating device is arranged outside of the storage container on a relative to a transport direction of the bottom conveyor belt rear end of the carriage frame and from a variable by drives burial member and one at the rear End of the carriage frame positioned receiving conveyor belt is formed, which has a lower receiving end and a positioned above the bottom conveyor belt discharge end.
  • the excavating device is designed so flexible that with just a few driving maneuvers of the storage carriage each position of the Umbaulücke can be edited. As a result, a frequent, time-consuming and cost-intensive method of the storage trolley to reposition the excavation device can be avoided.
  • the use of the excavating device is also not dependent on the continuous right of way of the storage cart.
  • FIG. 1 is a side view of a storage wagon
  • Fig. 2 is a plan view of a portion of the storage wagon
  • Fig. 3 to 6 are schematic, partial side views of other variants of storage wagons.
  • a storage cart 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a carriage frame 2 which can be supported on track carriages 3 at the end. Between these are two provided with traction drives 5, height adjustable, rail unbound trolleys 4. Furthermore, the carriage frame 2 has an auxiliary chassis 6 for loading and unloading the storage trolley 1 and a Energy unit 7 for supplying all drives on.
  • a storage container 8 is arranged, in the bottom region of a running in the carriage longitudinal direction bottom conveyor belt 9 is positioned.
  • the bottom conveyor belt 9 is preceded by a transfer conveyor belt 11 with respect to a transport direction 10. This is arranged inclined relative to the bottom conveyor belt 9 and formed projecting over the carriage frame 2.

  • a position of the excavating device 13 pivoted laterally next to the track is indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 2.
  • the excavating device 13 is further associated with a arranged at the rear end 12 of the carriage frame 2 receiving conveyor belt 22. This has a lower-lying receiving end 23 and an above the bottom conveyor belt 9 located discharge end 24. The receiving end 23 is disposed below the carriage frame 2 with respect to a vertical. By means of a drive 25, the receiving conveyor belt 22 from an operating in an inoperative position (shown in phantom in Fig. 2) brought.

Otherwise, the storage vehicle 1 is maneuvered by moving and lowering the rail-mounted trolleys 4 in the Umbaulücke 26. By actuation of the drives 14, 15 and the working drive 18, bulk material 27 is picked up by means of the blade 19 and dropped onto the receiving end 23 of the receiving conveyor belt 22. From there, the bulk material 27 is transported to the storage container 8 and stored there.

  • the bulk material 27 can be cleaned and is ready for re-use - after dropping by the transfer conveyor belt 11 (Fig. 1) - immediately available again.
  • the sieve 30 can also be fed directly from the excavating device 13. It is also possible to receive the waste material accumulating during the sieving of the bulk material 27 by means of the excavating device 13 and to deposit it outside the remover gap 26. About a dot-dash line indicated conveyor belt 39, the bulk material 27 can also be introduced directly from the screen 30 in the Umbaulücke 26.
  • the digging member 31 shown in FIG. 4 consists of an endless conveyor chain 32.
  • the latter has a discharge end 33 positioned above the receiving end 23 of the conveyor belt 22.
  • the digging member 31 can also be formed from a rotatable paddle wheel 34 with a plurality of blades 35.
  • the digging member 31 according to FIG. 6 is designed as a screw conveyor 37 rotatable about an axis 36.
  • the discharge end 38 is positioned above the receiving end 23 of the receiving conveyor belt 22.
