Claims (8)
- Système d'impression d'une bande de matériau à imprimer, comprenant :- au moins une machine d'héliogravure (1),- au moins un cylindre de formage (2) avec des tourillons de palier (4, 5) aux extrémités,- au moins un mandrin de cylindre (18) qui est configuré pour recevoir des douilles cylindriques (19) qui portent des motifs d'impression sans que le mandrin de cylindre (18) ne doive être retiré de la machine d'héliogravure (1),- le cylindre de formage (2) ou le mandrin de cylindre (18) pouvant être introduit dans la machine d'héliogravure et pouvant être connecté de manière solidaire en rotation à un entraînement de la machine d'héliogravure,- le cylindre de formage ou le mandrin de cylindre pouvant être retenu au moyen de bras de retenue (9) et de leviers de fixation (14) dans une position en affleurement avec l'entraînement,- des bras de retenue (9) et des leviers de fixation (14) étant articulés aux côtés des parois latérales de bâti (6, 7) tournés l'un vers l'autre.
- Système selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'entraînement (12) de la machine d'héliogravure (1) peut être déplacé dans la direction axiale du cylindre de formage (2) ou du mandrin de cylindre (18). - Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un palier de réception (10) est prévu sur la machine d'héliogravure (1), avec lequel un tourillon de palier d'extrémité (4, 5) du cylindre de formage (2) ou une extrémité axiale du mandrin de cylindre (18) peut être supporté(e) et lequel (10) peut être déplacé à la fois dans la direction axiale et dans la direction radiale du cylindre (2), respectivement du mandrin (18). - Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,

qu'à chaque moyen de retenue (9) est associé un moyen de fixation pivotant (14) avec lequel le cylindre de formage (2) ou le mandrin de cylindre (18) peut être pressé contre le moyen de retenue (9). - Système selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
chaque moyen de retenue (9) et/ou chaque moyen de fixation (14) peut être déplacé au moyen d'une unité d'entraînement (12). - Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le mandrin de cylindre (18) est également fixé de manière immobile axialement sur l'entraînement (12), et
en ce que l'un des moyens de retenue (9) peut être appliqué au côté frontal d'une douille cylindrique (19) montée sur le mandrin de cylindre, de sorte que lors du déplacement axial du mandrin de cylindre (18), la douille cylindrique (19) puisse être déplacée par rapport au mandrin de cylindre (18). - Procédé pour munir une machine d'héliogravure (1) d'un motif d'impression qui est appliqué sur une bande de matériau à imprimer, dans lequel- un mandrin de cylindre (18) est configuré pour recevoir des douilles cylindriques (19) qui portent des motifs d'impression sans que le mandrin de cylindre (18) ne doive être retiré de la machine d'héliogravure (1),- un cylindre de formage (2) avec des tourillons de palier aux extrémités ou le mandrin de cylindre (18) étant introduit dans la machine d'héliogravure et étant connecté de manière solidaire en rotation à un entraînement en rotation de la machine d'héliogravure,- le cylindre de formage ou le mandrin de cylindre étant retenu dans une position en affleurement avec l'entraînement en rotation au moyen de bras de retenue (9) et de leviers de fixation (14), lesquels (9, 14) sont articulés aux côtés des parois latérales de bâti (6, 7) tournés l'un vers l'autre.
