Abstract

Ein Brennerkopf eines Schneidbrenners nimmt eine auswechselbare Schneiddüse (1) auf, die von einer eine axiale Durchgangsbohrung aufweisenden, kappenartigen Heizdüse (2) umgriffen wird. Querschnitte der Heizdüse (2) sind in einem Bereich zwischen ihrem oberen stromaufseitigen Ende und ihrem Düsenaustritt konusförmig verengt, wodurch ein konusförmiger Abschnitt der Schneiddüse (1) in der Heizdüse (2) positioniert werden kann. Um einen raschen, einfachen Düsenwechsel zu ermöglichen, ist in dem Brennerkopf (3) eine Schneiddüsenaufnahme (21) ausgeformt, die einen oberen zylindrischen Abschnitt (20) der Schneiddüse (1) aufnimmt. Der zylindrische obere Abschnitt (20) der Schneiddüse trägt wenigstens einen O-Ring (18 bzw. 19), der an der Schneiddüsenaufnahme (21) des Brennerkopfs (3) dicht anliegt. An einem oberen Abschnitt (4) der kappenartigen Heizdüse (2) ist innen wenigstens ein erstes Verbindungselement eines Schnellverschlusses (6a) festgelegt, welches mit wenigstens einem zweiten Verbindungselement des Schnellverschlusses (6a) an einem unteren Außenmantelabschnitt (10) des Brennerkopfs (3) eine schnell lösbare Verbindung herstellt. Ein unterer Außenmantelabschnitt (10) des Brennerkopfs (3) hat eine erste ringförmige Auflagefläche (12) und der obere Abschnitt (4) der kappenartigen Heizdüse (2) hat eine nach innen vorstehende zweite ringförmige Auflagefläche (13), welche der ersten Auflagefläche (12) gegenüberliegt und zusammen mit dieser einen O-Ring (11) einschließt, der einen axialen Schließdruck erzeugt und das Innere der kappenartigen Heizdüse abdichtet.
