Abstract

Ein Trockner (1) für gelochte Keramik- Formlinge, vorzugsweise Hochlochziegel, mit einbringbaren, aufeinander und ggf. nebeneinander stapelbaren Trockengutträgern (3), die mit Stützelementen(8) versehene Ablagestellen zur Auflage der Formlinge (5) aufweisen, wobei Trockenluft gegen die mit Lochungen (9) versehene Oberfläche der Formlinge (5) gerichtet geführt ist, soll so weitergebildet werden, dass bei einem sehr großen Besatz eine gleichmäßige Trocknung bei geringem Energieverbrauch pro getrocknetem Ziegel erreicht wird. Dazu wird vorgeschlagen, dass jeder Trockengutträger (3) mindestens eine Reihe von Ablagestellen (11) und jede Ablagenstellen- Reihe (11) Stützelemente (8) für mindestens zwei Formlinge (5) besitzt, wobei der Trockengutträger (3) parallel zur Ablagenstellen- Reihe (11) beidseitig angeordnete, stirnseitig jeweils gegenüberliegend geschlossene Luftleitkanäle (12) aufweist und wobei der jeweils eine Luftleitkanal mit seiner offenen Stirnseite an die Trockenluftzufuhr angeschlossen und der jeweils zweite Luftleitkanal mit seiner offenen Stirnseite mit der Luftabfuhr verbunden ist.
