Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Anlage zum Trocknen einer Mehrzahl von mehrteiligen Gipsformen (12), in denen jeweils ein Formhohlraum für einen Sanitärkeramikgegenstand ausgebildet ist, wobei der Formhohlraum eine Schlicker-Eingießöffnung (16) und eine Entlüftungsöffnung (18) aufweist. Die Anlage ist modular aufgebaut. Sie umfaßt mehrere Trockenkammern (20), die als Module nebeneinander angeordnet sind. Jede Trockenkammer hat ein oberes und ein unteres Stockwerk zur Aufnahme von jeweils mindestens einer zu trocknenden Gipsform. Am freien Stirnende der beiden endständigen Trockenkammersegmente (501) ist jeweils ein Umlenksegment (503, 504) angeordnet, daß den oberen Durchströmungskanal mit dem unteren Durchströmungskanal verbindet und den Warmluftstrom umlenkt unter Ausbildung eines Warmluftkreislaufstroms.
