Claims (5)
- Haushaltsgaskochfeld (1), welches aufweist:- eine Träger- und Aufnahmestruktur (2), die eine obere Wand (3) mit einer Sichtfläche (4) und eine untere Wand (26) mit Außenseiten, die hochgebogen und mit der oberen Wand (3) verbunden sind, aufweist,- ein oder mehrere Stützelemente (5), die an der oberen Wand (3) angeordnet sind und eine Stützebene (6) für zu erhitzende Behälter definieren, wobei sich die Stützebene (6) an der Seite der Sichtfläche (4) der oberen Wand (3) befindet,- eine oder mehrere Brennereinheiten (7), die an der oberen Wand (3) angeordnet und konfiguriert sind, um Flammen in dem Raum (8) zwischen der Sichtfläche (4) und der Stützebene (6) zu erzeugen,- ein Gaszuführsystem (30, 31, 32, 33), das konfiguriert ist, um den Brennereinheiten (7) einen Gasfluss (34) zuzuführen,- eine Zwangssauggruppe (9), die dazu ausgelegt ist, ein sekundäres Luftvolumen anzusaugen,- eine Lüftungsleitung (11), die die Zwangssauggruppe (3) mit der Brennereinheit (7) verbindet, um in der Lage zu sein, den sekundären Luftfluss (10) der Brennereinheit (7) zuzuführen,wobei sich die Lüftungsleitung (11) zumindest teilweise an einer der Sichtfläche (4) entgegengesetzten unteren Seite (12) der oberen Wand (3) erstreckt, wobei die Lüftungsleitung (11) mit einer Mehrzahl von Brennereinheiten (7) verbunden ist und eine im Wesentlichen plattenartige einzige Lüftungskammer (20) aufweist und sich an allen Brennereinheiten (7) der Mehrzahl von Brennereinheiten erstreckt,
die Lüftungskammer (20) eine Verteilerwand (21) aufweist, die eine Mehrzahl von Luftauslassöffnungen (22) definiert, die jeweils mit einer Brennereinheit (7) verbunden sind, wobei die Brennereinheiten (7) einen Diffusor (13) aufweisen, der eine Mehrzahl von Gasauslasslöchern (14) definiert, sowie einen Basisabschnitt (15), der eine oder mehrere Verteilerkammern (16, 17) definiert, die dazu ausgelegt sind, den Gasfluss (34) und den Sekundärluftfluss (10) zu verteilen und dem Diffusor (13) zuzuführen,
wobei die Basisabschnitte (15) der Brennereinheiten (7) bilden:- eine Sekundärluftverteilerkammer (17);- eine Gasverteilerkammer (16),- einen rohrförmigen Abschnitt (25) in Strömungsverbindung mit der Sekundärluftverteilerkammer (17),wobei der rohrförmige Abschnitt (25) in oder über einen Rand der Luftauslassöffnung (22) der Verteilerwand (21) eingesetzt ist,
wobei die Verteilerwand (21) der sich erstreckenden Lüftungskammer (20) Außenseiten aufweist, die nach unten gebogen sind, und die untere Wand (26) und die Verteilerwand (21) die sich erstreckende Lüftungskammer (20) definiert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- die obere Wand (3) und die Stützelemente (5) und die Basisabschnitte (15) der Brennereinheiten (7) aus einem einzigen Gusseisenstück gebildet sind,- die nach oben gebogenen Außenseiten der unteren Wand (26) an die obere Wand (3) geklebt sind,- die nach unten gebogenen Außenseiten der Verteilerwand (21) sich gegen die untere Wand (26) abstützen und eine Dichtung oder ein Gummiband in einem Verbindungsbereich zwischen der Verteilerwand (21) und der untern Wand (26) vorgesehen ist. - Das Kochfeld (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Diffusor (13) eine zu der Stützebene (6) weisende Außenoberfläche (18) aufweist, und wobei die obere Wand (3) und der Diffusor (13) so geformt sind, dass eine Übergangszone (19) zwischen der Sichtfläche (4) und der Außenoberfläche (18) eine im Wesentlichen durchgehende und stufenlose äußere Sichtfläche (14, 18) aufweist, um die Reinigung der Oberflächen (4, 18) zu begünstigen.
- Das Kochfeld (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die untere Wand (26) zumindest teilweise einen Sitz (27) für die Zwangssauggruppe (9) definiert.
- Das Kochfeld (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die sich erstreckende Lüftungskammer (20) aufweist:- einen ersten Abschnitt (28) ohne die Luftauslassöffnungen (22),- einen oder mehrere zweite Abschnitte (29) mit den Luftauslassöffnungen (22), wobei die zweiten Abschnitte (29) mit dem ersten Abschnitt (28) in Strömungsverbindung stehen und eine Höhe quer zur Luftströmungsrichtung haben, die kleiner ist als die Höhe des ersten Abschnitts (28), um eine gleichmäßige Verteilung der Sekundärluft (10) an allen Auslassöffnungen (22) zu begünstigen.
- Das Kochfeld (1) nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Gaszuführsystem (30) aufweist:- eine Hauptgaszuführleitung (31), die mit einer externen Brenngasquelle verbindbar ist,- eine oder mehrere Teilleitungen (32), die die Hauptleitung (31) mit jeder der Brennereinheiten (7) verbinden,- ein Regulierventil (33), das konfiguriert ist, um den Gasdurchtritt die Teilleitung (32) zwischen einer geschlossenen Stellung und einer maximal geöffneten Stellung zu regulieren.
