Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Anzeigen eines Merkblattes (2), wie nämlich eines Werbungsblattes oder dergleichen, an einem Regal (3) einer Verkaufsoberfläche, wobei die besagte Vorrichtung (1) dazu vorgesehen ist, das Merkblatt (2) senkrecht anzuzeigen, wobei dieses letztere nämlich nach außen und rechtwinklig von der Vorderseite des Regals (3) hervorragt, wobei die besagte Vorrichtung (1) wenigstens einen Tragflügel (4) aufweist, der an seinem unteren Ende Montagemittel (5) zur Befestigung der Vorrichtung an das besagte Regal, nämlich metallische Regal, umfasst, wobei der besagte Tragflügel (5) Mittel umfasst, um das Merkblatt nämlich an einem seiner Ränder zu halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Montagemittel (6) vorgesehen sind, um mit einem durchbohrten Regal zusammenzuwirken, dessen Vorderkante eine C-förmige Schiene (7) bildet, wobei das besagte Regal außerdem untere Löcher (30) im Bereich des unteren Endes der besagten C-förmigen Schiene umfasst, und dadurch, dass die besagten Montagemittel die Form eines Reiters (8) zur Befestigung an die Schiene annehmen, der zwei Abschlussenden (9, 10) aufweist, die geeignet sind, mit den Rändern (11, 12) der besagten C-Schiene zusammenzuwirken, wobei die besagten Montagemittel (5) außerdem einen Vernegelungsfinger (13) aufweisen, der über eine elastische Verbindung (20) aus dem Reiter (8) herausragt, wobei die besagte elastische Verbindung (20) in der Nähe ihres unteren Abschlussendes (10) an dem besagten Reiter befestigt ist, wobei der besagte Verriegelungsfinger (13) dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem entsprechenden der unteren Löcher (30) des Regals im Eingriff zu kommen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Verriegelungsfmger dazu bestimmt ist, mittels eines Hakens mit der Vorderkante (31) eines der unteren Löcher (30) im Eingriff zu kommen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Befestigungsreiter (7) die Form eines Ω-förmigen Profils annimmt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der ein Triggerelement (14) nach unten aus dem Verriegelungsfinger (13) herausragt und mit der elastischen Verbindung zusammenwirkt, um das Hinein- bzw. Hinausführen des Vernegelungsfingers (13) bei einer manuellen Wirkung auf diesem letzteren zu erlauben.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der das obere Abschlussende (9) des Befestigungsreiters (7) im wesentlichen gekrümmt ist, wobei es also mit dem oberen Rand (11) der C-Schiene ein fiktives Gelenk bildet, um das Anbringen der Montagemittel (5) durch eine Schwenkbewegung zu ermöglichen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die Mittel zum Halten des Merkblattes aus einem Satz von Zünglein (16) bestehen, die sich parallel zur Ebene des Tragflügels (5) erstrecken, um wenigstens einen Einführungsraum für das Merkblatt zu definieren, wobei der wenigstens eine Einführungsraum von Stiften (17) der Vorrichtung durchsetzt ist, wobei die besagten Stifte geeignet sind, um in entsprechende Löcher des Merkblattes einzugreifen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei die Vorrichtung einstückig aus Kunststoff ist.
  8. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Vorrichtung zum Anzeigen eines Merkblattes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei welchem die Vorrichtung aus Kunststoff durch Spritzgießtechniken hergestellt ist.
