Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trägers zur dauerhaften Speicherung und Aufbewahrung, der die genaue miniaturisierte Vervielfältigung von grafischen Daten enthält, der eine erste Trägerschicht (1) und eine grafische Beschriftung (2, 3), wie zum Beispiel einen Text, eine Fotografie oder digitale Daten, auf dieser ersten Trägerschicht umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst, die im Ausführen der grafischen Beschriftung (2, 3) durch mindestens ein durch Lithographie durchgeführtes Ablagern auf der ersten Trägerschicht, im Bereitstellen der ersten Trägerschicht (1), die aus einem transparenten Material gebildet wird, und ferner im Anordnen einer zweiten Trägerschicht (6), die aus einem transparenten Material gebildet wird, als Überdeckung der ersten Trägerschicht bestehen, derart, dass die grafische Beschriftung geschützt wird, die erste und die zweite Trägerschicht (1; 6) aus Saphir bestehen, dass die grafische Beschriftung (2, 3) durch eine Teilstapelung von metallischen Ablagerungsschichten (2, 3) hergestellt wird, und dass die Beschriftung umgekehrt in Bezug auf die Leserichtung der Beschriftung ausgeführt wird, um beim Lesen die Erfassung von Oberflächenfehlern zu vermeiden, die die metallische Ablagerung an ihrem oberen Abschnitt aufweist.
  2. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei während der Teilstapelung von metallischen Ablagerungen eine Folge von Vertiefungen und Erhöhungen gebildet wird, die für Binärdaten charakteristisch sind.
  3. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die grafische Beschriftung durch eine Menge von Punkten gebildet wird, die derart gemäß einer variablen Dichte verteilt werden, dass sie ein Relief darstellen.
  4. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die erste Trägerschicht mit der zweiten Trägerschicht durch ein Laser-Schmelzverfahren an ihrem Umfang dicht versiegelt wird.
  5. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die erste Trägerschicht mit der zweiten Trägerschicht durch ein Bördeln an ihrem Umfang versiegelt wird.
  6. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Datenträger in einem transparenten Gehäuse mit Deckel und wiederverschließbarem Verschlussmittel zur Wiedergewinnung oder Hinzufügung grafischer Beschriftungen eingeschlossen wird.
  7. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Gehäuse mit Kammern oder Aufnahmen vom Typ Einsätze ausgerüstet wird, die dem Format des Datenträgers entsprechen.
  8. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, wobei das Gehäuse mit einem Mittel zur Befestigung des Datenträgers (1, 2, 3; 6) ausgerüstet wird.
  9. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei das Gehäuse mit einem Mittel zur Bewegung des Gehäuses gemäß der X- und Y-Achse oder einem Mittel zur Bewegung durch Drehen des Gehäuses für ein Lesen der grafischen Beschriftung ausgerüstet wird.
  10. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei das Gehäuse mit einem Steuersystem und optischen Markierungen zur Steuerung des Bewegungsmittels ausgerüstet wird.
