Claims (9)

  1. Peigne fixe (1) d'une machine à peigner, avec un porte-peigne fixe (2) qui comprend une section de maintien (4), qui est reliée à une plaque de support (5) sur laquelle est fixée une bande d'aiguilles ou une garniture de peigne fixe (7), au moins un élément de renforcement (11, 12) supplémentaire étant prévu sur la plaque de support (5) pour augmenter la rigidité en flexion du porte-peigne fixe (2) dans sa direction longitudinale (L), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renforcement (11, 12) est relié avec la section de maintien (4) et la plaque de support (5) et est fabriqué d'une seule pièce avec celles-ci.

  5. Peigne fixe (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renforcement (11, 12) - par rapport à la direction de traversée du matériau fibreux au travers de la garniture de peigne fixe (7) -est disposé sur le côté avant (S1) de la plaque de support (5).
  6. Peigne fixe (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le porte-peigne fixe (2) est fabriqué en matière plastique.
  7. Peigne fixe (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le porte-peigne fixe (2) est constitué d'un profilé extrudé.
  8. Peigne fixe (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le profilé extrudé est constitué d'un matériau non métallique.
  9. Peigne fixe (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le profilé extrudé est constitué d'un alliage d'aluminium.
