Claims (16)

  1. Niete (10) für Sportschuh, mit mindestens einem Fuss (11) und einem Kopf (12), wobei der Fuss (11) mit einem Schaft (13) versehen ist, welcher ein erstes Ende (18) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, beim Vernieten verformt zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweites Ende des Fusses ein Verbindungsmittel aufweist, wobei der Kopf (12) eine obere Fläche (15) besitzt, welche nach dem Vernieten der Niete (10) mit dem Schuh auf der Oberfläche des Schuhs sichtbar ist, sowie eine untere Fläche (19) mit einem Verbindungsmittel, und dass der Fuss (11) und der Kopf (12) mittels ihrer jeweiligen miteinander zusammenwirkenden Verbindungsmittel lösbar ineinander verschiebbar sind.
  2. Niete für Sportschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel am Fuss (11) ein ebenes Element (14) ist, und dass das Verbindungsmittel am Kopf (12) Arme aufweist, die eine Lagerung für dieses ebene Element (14) bilden.
  3. Niete für Sportschuh nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel am Kopf (12) parallele Gleitschienen (17) aufweist, welche sich in einer bestimmten Richtung über praktisch die gesamte Länge der unteren Fläche (19) des Kopfes (12) erstrecken, wobei die parallelen Gleitschienen (17) dazu eingerichtet sind, das ebene Element (14) des Fusses (11) der Niete (10) aufzunehmen.
  4. Niete für Sportschuh nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (12) an seiner unteren Fläche (19) zwischen den Gleitschienen (17 gegenüber dem ebenen Element (14) des Fusses (11) eine ebene Fläche (20) aufweist, derart, dass der starke Druck beim Vernieten wirksam aufgenommen werden kann.
  5. Niete für Sportschuh nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuss (11) unter dem Kopf (12) versteckt ist, wenn diese zwei Bauteile ineinandergreifen, und zwar in einer Ansicht, die derjenigen entspricht, die nach einer Befestigung der Niete auf der Wandung eines Schuhs erscheint.
  6. Niete für Sportschuh nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (12) die Aufgabe eines Accessoires des Sportschuhs erfüllt.
  7. Niete für Sportschuh nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (12) Zähne oder eine Schnalle aufweist, um einen Teil einer Vorrichtung zum Schliessen und Spannen an Sportschuhen zu bilden, oder dass sie ein Dichtungselement für einen Sportschuh bildet.
  8. Niete für Sportschuh nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niete eine Borchia-Niete aus Vollaluminium ist.
  9. Sportschuh, welcher eine Niete (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
  10. Sportschuh nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niete (10) ein Accessoire ist, das auf der Wandung des Schuhs befestigt ist, wobei die untere Fläche (19) seines Kopfes (12) auf der äusseren Fläche der Wandung des Sportschuhs aufliegt, während der Endbereich (18) des Fusses (11) der Niete am Anschlag an der Innenfläche der Wandung des Schuhs ist, oder dass die Niete ein Mittel zur Befestigung von zwei Teilen des Schuhs ist, beispielsweise einer Schale und einer Lasche, wobei die untere Fläche (19) des Kopfes (12) zur Anlage an die äussere Fläche der Wandung eines der Teile des Sportschuhs kommt, während sich der Endbereich (18) des Fusses (11) der Niete auf der inneren Fläche der Wandung des anderen Teils des Sportschuhs abstützt.
  11. Sportschuh nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er an der Oberfläche der Wandung des Sportschuhs eine Lagerungsaufnahme aufweist, welche den mindestens teilweisen Einbau des Kopfes (12) der Niete (10) sichert und auf diese Weise den Rückhalt auf der Oberfläche des Sportschuhs verbessert.
  12. Sportschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Skischuh ist, welcher hauptsächlich aus Kunststoff besteht.
  13. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Niete (10) für einen Sportschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Herstellung eines Fusses (11) mit einem Schaft (13) und einem Verbindungsmittel;
    - Herstellung eines Kopfes (12), welcher eine obere Fläche (15) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, von aussen her gesehen zu werden, und ein Verbindungsmittel auf dessen unterer Fläche (19);
    - lösbares Einschieben des Fusses (11) und des Kopfes (12) der Niete (10) durch eine Verbindung ihrer entsprechenden Verbindungsmittel.
  14. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Niete (10) für einen Sportschuh nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt zur Herstellung des Kopfes (12) als weiteren Schritt einen Spritzgussvorgang aufweist, welcher die Bildung des Verbindungsmittels in Form von Gleitschienen (17), die parallel zu seiner unteren Fläche (19) verlaufen, ermöglicht.
  15. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sportschuhs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Herstellung einer Niete (10) für einen Sportschuh nach Anspruch 13 oder 14 umfasst und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es als weiteren Schritt die Befestigung der Niete (10) auf dem Schuh durch Vernieten aufweist, wobei dieser Befestigungsschritt eine gleichzeitig dauerhafte und definitive Befestigung des Fusses (11) und des Kopfes (12) der Niete (10) auf dem Sportschuh bewirkt.
  16. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sportschuhs nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt zur Befestigung der Niete (10) auf dem Sportschuh insbesondere durch Einwirkung eines Drucks auf die äussere Fläche (15) des Kopfes (12) und auf den Endbereich (18) des Fusses (11) vorgenommen wird, wobei dieser Druck gleichzeitig die irreversible Befestigung der Niete (10) auf dem Sportschuh bewirkt, und wobei die untere Fläche (19) des Kopfes (12) eine Lage auf der äusseren Fläche der Wandung des Sportschuhs einnimmt und der Endbereich (18) des Fusses (11) der Niete (10) verformt wird und in Anlage an der inneren Fläche der Wandung des Schuhs gehalten wird.
