Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung für eine begehbare abgehängte Decke, insbesondere für Reinräume, welche eine Fläche definiert, die dem Inneren des eigentlichen Raums zugewandt ist, und eine gegenüberliegende begehbare Fläche, wobei die Vorrichtung im Wesentlichen einerseits aus rechteckförmigen Platten (2) gebildet ist, die aneinander anstoßend nebeneinander angeordnet sind, und die derart eingebaut sind, dass sie an einer oberhalb befindlichen tragenden Platte (3) oder an einer Konstruktion eines Tragwerks (3') aufgehängt sind, und andererseits aus Mitteln (4) zum punktuellen Aufhängen in Form vormontierter oder vorab zusammengebauter Baugruppen, die Aufhängungen bilden, und die durch Einhängen wenigstens auf Höhe der verstärkten Längsränder (2') der Platten (2) mit den Platten in Eingriff sind, wobei jede Aufhängung (4) aus zwei Konstruktions-Unterbaugruppen, welche miteinander zusammengebaut sind, zusammengesetzt ist, nämlich aus einer ersten Unterbaugruppe (5) zum Befestigen an der tragenden Platte oder an dem Tragwerk und einer zweiten Unterbaugruppe (6) zum Einhängen der Platten, wobei jede Aufhängung (4) mit zwei benachbarte Platten (2) in Eingriff ist, deren punktuelle Aufhängung sie sicher stellt, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Unterbaugruppe (6) zum Einhängen aus zwei zusammenwirkenden Profilteilen gebildet ist, wobei jedes eine Form mit einem im Wesentlichen S-förmigem Querschnitt aufweist, welche in einer gegenseitigen Anordnung zueinander derart zusammengebaut sind, dass sich ihre oberen Endabschnitte (8, 8') in Form von Haken wenigstens teilweise auf Höhe ihrer jeweiligen Bereiche zum Einhängen an die erste Unterbaugruppe (5) überlagern, und dass ihre unteren Endabschnitte (9, 9') in Form von Haken sich seitwärts erstrecken, derart, dass sie voneinander weg verlaufen, wobei sich die beiden zusammenwirkenden Profilteile (7 und 7') in engem Oberflächenkontakt wenigstens in der Nähe ihrer jeweiligen unteren Endabschnitte (9 und 9') befinden, und dadurch, dass wenigstens die Längsränder (2') der Platten (2) versehen sind mit oder gebildet sind aus Profilabschnitten (10) mit C-förmigem Querschnitt, welche dazu bestimmt sind, mit den unteren Haken (9 und 9') in Eingriff zu sein, und welche an die in engem Kontakt stehenden Abschnitte (11 und 11') der Paare der Profilteile (7 und 7'), welche gemeinsam jede Unterbaugruppe zum Einhängen (6) bilden, anstoßen.

Vorrichtung für eine abgehängte Decke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Unterbaugruppe (5) zum Befestigen eine langgestreckte Konstruktion darstellt, welche eine Längsachse (X) in einer Ebene mit der Kontaktfläche (11") zwischen den beiden Profilteilen (7 und 7') definiert, und dadurch, dass die Profilabschnitte (10) mit C-förmigem Querschnitt mit ihren oberen abgewinkelten Flügeln (10') in den unteren Haken (9 und 9') seitlich sehr nahe an der Kontaktfläche (11") aufgenommen sind.

Vorrichtung für eine abgehängte Decke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Unterbaugruppe (5) aus einer Stange (13) gebildet ist, welche mit einem Vorsprung oder Ansatz (14) nach außen in radialer Richtung verlaufend versehen ist, und dadurch, dass die oberen Endabschnitte in Form von Haken (8 und 8') der zwei S-Profilabschnitte (7 und 7') je einen gabelförmigen Aufbau mit einem Einschnitt (15) in der Mitte in Form eines Schlitzes darstellen, mit welchem der Stab (13) seitlich in Eingriff bringbar ist, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen auf eine angepasste Art.

Vorrichtung für eine abgehängte Decke nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (13) wenigstens teilweise mit einem Gewinde, insbesondere auf Höhe eines Bereichs nahe seinem unteren Ende, versehen ist und dadurch, dass der radiale Vorsprung oder Ansatz (14) aus wenigstens einer Scheibe oder einem ähnlichen Teil (14') gebildet ist, welche(s) wenigstens einer, vorzugsweise zwei Mutter(n) (14") zugeordnet ist, welche auf Höhe des Bereichs nahe am unteren Ende desselben angebracht ist/sind.
  6. Vorrichtung für eine abgehängte Decke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Endabschnitte (8, 8') in Form von Haken einen L-förmigen Querschnitt mit einem freien abgewinkelten Rand (8") aufweisen und einander überlagern, wobei sie sich zusammenpassend gegenseitig bedecken, wobei die oberen Endabschnitte (8, 8'), welche einander überlagern, gegeneinander gepresst sind, und dadurch, dass die Profilteile mit S-Querschnitt (7 und 7') sowie die C-Profilteile (10) aus gebogenem, vorzugsweise galvanisiertem, Stahlblech hergestellt sind.
  7. Vorrichtung für eine abgehängte Decke nach Anspruch 6, sofern abhängig von Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei oberen Endabschnitte in Form von Haken (8 und 8') welche einander überlagern, zwischen der Scheibe (14') auf der einen Seite, welche in ihrer Position festgehalten ist und einen Vorsprung oder Ansatz (14) bildet, und einer zweiten gegenüberliegenden Baugruppe aus Scheibe (16)/ Mutter (16') auf der anderen Seite gepresst sind.
  8. Vorrichtung für eine abgehängte Decke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Verbindungsplättchen (17) umfasst, welche miteinander wenigstens zwei, gegebenenfalls vier, Platten (2) auf Höhe der benachbarten Ecken derselben verbinden, und zwar an der begehbaren oberen Fläche (1') der abgehängten Decke (1).
  9. Vorrichtung für eine abgehängte Decke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platten (2) einen zusammengesetzten Aufbau mit zwei gegenüberliegenden äußeren Verkleidungen (18 und 18') darstellen, welche dazu bestimmt sind, die zwei gegenüberliegenden Flächen (1' und 1") der Decke zu bilden, mit einem Füllmaterial (19) im Inneren in Form von Platten mit wärmedämmenden und/oder schalldämmenden Eigenschaften, vorzugsweise selbsttragend und mit Brandschutz-Eigenschaften, und mit den nach außen offenen C-Profilabschnitten (10 und 10"), wobei diese einen Rahmen am Umfang bilden, wobei die verschiedenen konstitutiven Bestandteile (18, 18', 19, 10 und 10") untereinander durch Strukturkleben zusammengebaut sind, was einen einstückigen Aufbau ergibt, und wobei die Länge der Platten (2) vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches ihrer Breite ist, zum Beispiel das Zweifache der Letzteren.
  10. Vorrichtung für eine abgehängte Decke nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verkleidungen (18, 18') der Platten (2) aus Stahlblech gebildet sind, wobei sie vorzugsweise oberflächenvorbehandelt sind, insbesondere vorlackiert, auf Höhe ihrer Ränder teilweise über die freien Flügel der C-Profilabschnitte (10) umgeschlagen, und dass sie ebene Flächen für die zwei gegenüberliegenden Flächen der Platten (2) bilden, wobei wenigstens die Zwischenräume (20), welche an der Seite der Fläche (1") angeordnet sind, die dem Inneren des Raums zugewandt ist, mit einer Abdichtung (21) verschlossen sind, welche eben abschließend eingebracht ist.
  11. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Vorrichtung für eine abgehängte Decke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst: Auffinden der Stellen (22) der Verankerung der Unterbaugruppen (5) zum Befestigen der Aufhängungen (4) entsprechend einem vordefinierten Einbaumuster, und der gewünschten Höhe der unteren Fläche (1") der abgehängten Decke (1), welche dem Inneren des Raums zugewandt ist, Befestigen der vormontierten oder vorab zusammengebauten Aufhängungen (4) in der tragenden Platte (3) oberhalb, oder an der Metallkonstruktion (3'), gegebenenfalls nach Aufstellen einer tragenden Zwischenkonstruktion (3"), Einrichten der Position in der Höhe oder der Länge der verschiedenen Aufhängungen (4) durch Bezugnehmen auf das vorhergehende Auffinden der Höhe der inneren Fläche (1") der abgehängten Decke (1), Anbringen der Platten (2) durch Einhängen derselben in die Aufhängungen (4), Befestigen der benachbarten Platten (2) aneinander an der Seite der begehbaren Fläche (1') mittels der Verbindungsplättchen (17), und Abdichten wenigstens der Zwischenräume (20) zwischen Platten (2) an der Seite der inneren Fläche (1") mittels einer Abdichtung (21), welche auf eben abschließende Weise eingebracht wird.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vormontieren der Aufhängungen (4) umfasst: Bereitstellen eines Gewindestabs (13), welcher mit zwei Baugruppen (14', 14" und 16, 16') aus Scheibe/Mutter versehen ist, wobei er die Unterbaugruppe (5) zum Befestigen bildet, und von zwei komplementären Profilteilen (7 und 7') mit S-förmigem Querschnitt, welche dazu dienen, durch Zusammenwirken die Unterbaugruppe (6) zum Einhängen zu bilden, Einhängen eines ersten (7) der Profilteile mit S-förmigem Querschnitt mit seinem oberen Endabschnitt (8) an der Scheibe (14'), welche den Vorsprung oder Ansatz (14) und die Stelle zum Einhängen bildet, Einhängen, auf ähnliche Weise, des zweiten Profilteils (7') mit seinem oberen Endabschnitt (8') in eingefügter Überlagerung mit dem ersten Teil (7), wobei die zwei Teile (7 und 7') einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, wobei die unteren Endabschnitte (9 und 9') derselben zwei gegenüberliegende Haken bilden, und Einklemmen der oberen Endabschnitte (8 und 8'), welche einander überlagern, zwischen den zwei Baugruppen (14', 14" und 16 und 16') aus Mutter(n)/Scheibe.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Platten (2) mit einer Ausnehmung versehen ist, für das Montieren eines Geräts, einer Einrichtung oder eines Zubehörteils vor oder nach dem Einbau der Platte (2) in die abgehängte Decke (1) im Verlauf der Montage.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner, vor Anbringen der Platten (2), umfasst: Anbringen auf Höhe der Wände und/oder Zwischenwände (23), welche den Raum abgrenzen, von Profilen (24) mit L-förmigem Querschnitt oder mit Winkel-Querschnitt, welche die Randprofile bilden, und welche am Umfang die abgehängte Decke (1) durch Verschließen des Zwischenraums zwischen den Wänden oder Zwischenwänden (23) und den Platten (2) am Umfang abschließen, wobei die Letzteren auf den vorspringenden Flügeln (24') der Profile (24) aufliegen, wobei dazwischen eine Dichtung (24") eingebracht ist.
