Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Drucker, insbesondere Serialdrucker, mit einem Belichtungskopf zur Belichtung von Druckbildern und einem Belichtungskopfgehäuse, in dem eine von Reflektoren (11, 12, 13, 14, 36, 37) zumindest teilweise umgebene Lampe (18) angeordnet ist, die bei Betrieb Strahlung emittiert, welche durch die Reflektoren (11, 12, 13, 14, 36, 37) auf eine mit lichtaushärtender Tinte bedruckbare Druckbildebene (40) geleitet wird.
Damit einen solchen Drucker mit einem Belichtungskopf zur Aushärtung von lichthärtender Tinte in der Dimension eines Auftischgerät für Büroanwendungen verwenden zu können, sind elliptische Reflektoren (11, 12) sowie ebene Reflektoren (13, 14, 36, 37) in dem Belichtungskopfgehäuse montiert.
Ferner ist vorgeschlagen, die vorbeschriebene Aufgabe dadurch zu lösen, dass eine Gebläseeinheit über mindestens einen Luftleitkanal mit dem Belichtungskopf verbunden ist, wobei der Luftleitkanal in einen Kühlluftraum (48) zwischen den Reflektoren (11, 12, 13, 14) und den Seitenwänden des Belichtungskopfgehäuses mündet.
