  • the opening spring 3 may be slowly relaxed by manually first rotating the lockwheel/driver wheel assembly in the normal forward direction until the main operating lever 30 ( Fig. 1 ) lifts off a catchgear by which it is otherwise locked. The main operating lever, and therefore the fully charged opening spring, is now supported on the cam 20. Then an opening catchgear, for manually opening the switch, is released and the camshaft 7 is rotated backwards by turning the hand crank in the opposite direction. The backwards rotation of the cam 20 lowers the main operating lever 30, which opens the switch and discharges the opening spring 3.

Claims (11)

  1. Unité d'entraînement à ressort (1) comprenant
    un moteur (4) pour entraîner un mécanisme de charge de ressort (5),
    une boîte d'engrenages (6) reliée au moteur,
    un arbre à cames (7) relié à la boîte d'engrenages, ladite boîte d'engrenages transmettant une énergie de rotation à partir du moteur, via un arbre de boîte d'engrenages, à l'arbre à cames, caractérisée par
    une unité de ressort d'ouverture (3) ayant une tige de traction (9) accouplée à un levier d'actionnement principal (30), lequel levier (30) est accouplé à l'arbre à cames (7), et une unité de ressort de fermeture (2) ayant une tige de traction (8) accouplée à l'arbre à cames (7),
    le mécanisme de charge de ressort comprenant une roue libre (11) qui est montée sur l'arbre de boîte d'engrenages,
    une roue d'entraînement (10) montée sur la roue libre et entraînant l'arbre à cames pendant la charge de l'unité de ressort de fermeture,
    un ensemble d'encliquetage (12) pour l'engagement et le désaccouplement de la roue d'entraînement et de l'arbre à cames et monté sur l'arbre à cames, et
    un organe de butée (16) agissant sur l'ensemble d'encliquetage (12) et provoquant ainsi le désaccouplement de la roue d'entraînement d'avec l'arbre à cames.
  2. Unité d'entraînement à ressort selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble d'encliquetage (12) comprend deux cliquets (13, 14) chargés par ressort.
  3. Unité d'entraînement à ressort selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la roue d'entraînement (10) a des évidements (15), lesquels évidements sont adaptés pour l'engagement avec les cliquets (13, 14) de l'ensemble d'encliquetage (12), afin de relier la roue d'entraînement à l'arbre à cames (7).
  4. Unité d'entraînement à ressort selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de charge de ressort (5) comprend en outre une roue de blocage (14) montée directement sur l'arbre de boîte d'engrenages (6) et qui peut être bloquée conjointement avec la roue d'entraînement (10) au moyen d'un dispositif de blocage, permettant ainsi le blocage de la roue libre (11).
  5. Unité d'entraînement à ressort selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de charge de ressort (5) peut être tourné manuellement dans un sens vers l'avant et dans un sens inverse, en bloquant la roue de blocage (14) sur la roue d'entraînement (10).
  6. Dispositif d'actionnement pour un appareil de commutation électrique, comprenant une unité d'entraînement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 et un mécanisme pour relier fonctionnellement l'unité d'entraînement à ressort à un contact de l'appareil de commutation électrique.
  7. Procédé de charge et de décharge d'une unité de ressort (2, 3) dans un dispositif d'actionnement pour un appareil de commutation électrique, comportant une unité d'entraînement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant
    - faire tourner, au moyen d'un moteur (4) relié à une boîte d'engrenages (6), une roue libre (11) et une roue d'entraînement (10) montée sur la roue libre, et aussi faire tourner un arbre à cames (7) relié à la roue d'entraînement au moyen d'un ensemble d'encliquetage (12) et entraîné par la roue d'entraînement, et auquel arbre à cames est reliée une unité de ressort de fermeture (2) d'un dispositif d'actionnement pour un appareil de commutation électrique, en chargeant ainsi l'unité de ressort de fermeture,
    - arrêter toute charge supplémentaire lorsque l'arbre à cames (7) atteint une position à laquelle l'unité de ressort de fermeture (2) est complètement chargée, grâce à un cliquet (14) de l'ensemble d'encliquetage (12) atteignant un organe de butée (16), provoquant aussi le désaccouplement de l'arbre à cames (7) de la roue d'entraînement (10), sans arrêter la rotation du moteur, la roue d'entraînement continuant aussi à tourner car elle est montée sur la roue libre (11) sur l'arbre de boîte d'engrenages (6),
    - couper le moteur (4),
    - décharger l'unité de ressort de fermeture (2) en libérant un mécanisme de blocage externe qui bloque l'arbre à cames (7), en laissant ainsi l'arbre à cames tourner vers l'avant et en provoquant ainsi l'engagement d'un cliquet (13) sur l'ensemble d'encliquetage (12) avec la roue d'entraînement (10), de telle sorte que la roue d'entraînement tourne avec l'arbre à cames,
    - après que l'arbre à cames (7) avec la tige de traction (8) de ressort de fermeture est passé par son point le plus bas, il atteint un point de retour, auquel point de retour l'arbre à cames et la roue d'entraînement (10) s'arrêtent en raison du fait que la roue libre (11) empêche la rotation en sens inverse à partir du point de retour, et une nouvelle séquence de charge peut alors commencer en faisant fonctionner le moteur.
  8. Procédé pour effectuer une charge manuelle lente de l'unité de ressort de fermeture (2) dans un dispositif d'actionnement pour un appareil de commutation électrique, comportant une unité d'entraînement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, le procédé comprenant l'utilisation d'un dispositif de rotation manuel pour faire tourner l'arbre de boîte d'engrenages (6), la roue libre (11) avec la roue d'entraînement (10), l'ensemble d'encliquetage (12) et l'arbre à cames (7) du mécanisme de charge de ressort (5), dans le sens vers l'avant de fonctionnement normal et de charge.
  9. Procédé pour effectuer une décharge manuelle d'une unité de ressort de fermeture (2) chargée dans un dispositif d'actionnement pour un appareil de commutation électrique, comportant une unité d'entraînement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 et 5, le procédé comprenant le blocage de la roue de blocage (17) sur la roue d'entraînement (10), et l'utilisation d'un dispositif de rotation manuel pour faire tourner l'arbre de boîte d'engrenages (6), la roue de blocage (17) et la roue d'entraînement (10) bloquées ensemble avec la roue libre (11), l'ensemble d'encliquetage (12) et l'arbre à cames (7) du mécanisme de charge de ressort (5), dans le sens opposé au sens vers l'avant de fonctionnement normal et de charge.
  10. Procédé pour effectuer un actionnement de fermeture manuel lent dans un dispositif d'actionnement pour un appareil de commutation électrique, comportant une unité d'entraînement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 et 5, le procédé comprenant le fait d'effectuer une décharge manuelle lente d'une unité de ressort de fermeture (2) chargée en bloquant la roue de blocage (17) sur la roue d'entraînement (10), en libérant un mécanisme de blocage externe qui bloque l'arbre à cames (7) à l'aide d'un moyen d'encliquetage (19) d'arbre à cames, et en utilisant un dispositif de rotation manuel pour faire tourner l'arbre de boîte d'engrenages (6) et la roue de blocage (17) et la roue d'entraînement (10) bloquées ensemble avec la roue libre (11), l'ensemble d'encliquetage (12) et l'arbre à cames (7) du mécanisme de charge de ressort (5), dans le sens vers l'avant de fonctionnement normal et de charge, l'actionnement de fermeture étant ainsi réalisé.

Procédé pour effectuer une ouverture et/ou une décharge manuelles lentes d'une unité de ressort d'ouverture (3) chargée dans un dispositif d'actionnement pour un appareil de commutation électrique, comportant une unité d'entraînement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 et 5, le procédé comprenant le blocage de la roue de blocage (17) sur la roue d'entraînement (10), la décharge lente de l'unité de ressort d'ouverture en faisant tourner manuellement la roue de blocage (17) et la roue d'entraînement (10) bloquées ensemble avec la roue libre (11), l'ensemble d'encliquetage (12) et l'arbre à cames (7) du mécanisme de charge de ressort (5), tout d'abord dans le sens vers l'avant de fonctionnement normal et de charge jusqu'à ce que le levier d'actionnement principal (30) soit soulevé d'un mécanisme de blocage par lequel il est autrement bloqué puis dans un sens opposé au sens vers l'avant de fonctionnement normal et de charge.
